“Holy” shinbone of Saint Mary Magdalene

This is supposed to be the right shinbone of a sinful Jewess named Miriam from Magdala.

A woman admire the “holy bone” claimed to be of a Jew who lived 2.000 years ago.

This is what a website has recorded:

A woman venerates a piece of the right shinbone of St. Mary Magdalene contained in a reliquary at Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington, N.Y., in this 2009 photo during a previous U.S. tour. It is scheduled to be in Southern California in March.

My comment:

There seems to be a constant flow of demonic powers into the US, through the “relics” on the move.  The police must be on the alert. Because many Roman Catholics would not mind becoming owners of such “holy items”, if the authorities are off their guards just for a second.

The Vatican must have a secret list of “relics” that has been stolen, or simply gone missing. Since these items have been robbed from the grave of departed souls, the legal defense of the Pope as the rightful owner might be in question.

From where did the Vatican get the permission to claim both ownership and “holiness” over dry bones?

Did anyone ask Miriam from Magdala if she would permit such a display to take place?

Would you like your skeleton to be exhumed from the grave, cut into piece’s and displayed in public?

What if these bones, are not of the claimed person. Would the defamed soul get a rightful compensation for this falsehood in his or her name?

Jesus the Messiah warned us about well dressed religious people, who were unclean on the inside. In fact full of dead man’s bones.

 Matthew 23:27
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men’s bones and everything unclean.

  1. I wonder if the ‘Grave Diggers’ are hunched back like the Movies of 1950’s and earlier? They probably don’t get paid well either…’some things just never change!!’ (smile)

  2. My friend is a grave digger. They’re called Internment specialists. 🙂
It’s all done with machines/back hoes. He works at a federal cemetery so he gets paid pretty decent.

    1. Dear Ant Writes.

      Shalom.

This might insult some Catholics, but only those who refuse to believe anything else than the dogmas of Pontifax Maximus in Rome.

What would have happened to the body of Jesus in the tomb during the three days and nights he spent there?

If the “Internment specialists” had got their hands on the body of Jesus of Nazareth?

That would have become the perfect horror movie.

Now, they could have taped some of his blood, and sent it in containers to Italy.

Than they could have cut of the head of Jesus. The skull would have been sent to the Vatican, for adoration and veneration in the crypt under the Temple of Jupiter, called “St. Peters Basilica.”.

His skeleton would have been cut into pieces, and sold as relics. That would quickly have brought in 10 billion USD in hard cash.

His heart would have been cut out of his body, put in a glass mounter, paraded on the shoulder of Catholic priests during the feasts. The bishop and cardinals would have ordered all the faithful to bow down before the scattered remains of a dead Messiah, and hailed the “Holy Father”.

Is there anyone who want to make a movie based on such a script?

  3. The Lord is doing a mighty work in my husband and I. One of the many things, he has done for us, was to deliver us out of the Roman Catholic church. Now, I am astounded at the level of error we had been walking in and am so thankful and repentant to the Lord for His faithfulness.

What is not clear is how we are to walk righteously before the Lord with regards to our family who are still involved in the RC church. Our niece is presently signed up to make her First Communion this April and the thought of it makes us very grieved. The family wants us to be there and we are torn as of how to handle it. We think it would be beyond what we could handle, watching this beautiful young girl being paraded down their aisle to be made to eat the “real body and blood of Christ” (what they believe). If we refuse, we will be thrown out of the family for who know how long. How would the Lord has us handle this situation?

Thanks in advance for your wisdom.

    Thanks,

    Ester

    1. Matthew 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.Matthew 10:38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 1John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

  4. Dear Ester

    Blessings and love in Yeshua.

I can speak from my own experience having also left the RCC. Becoming a preaching bible thumper will not win your family to Jesus. My niece just made her confirmation and I have five godchildren. I wrote all of the parents and told them why we left the RCC, We told them we would not raise their kids Catholic but would always lead them to Jesus and biblical truth. I said if they would not like us to remain godparents they should feel free to terminate the relationship but that they would always have our loving prayers. None of the parents let us go. Perhaps we are the only bridge to biblical truth in their lives.
    We give bibles as gifts.
The best thing you can do is love your family with your actions and witness Jesus with your love nor judgement. There will be opportunities to share the gospel. Let your actions and joy make them want to have what you have been given. Jesus.

Invite them to a church bible study or service. Watch what the Liord will do. Plant seeds and gently water. And let all your conversation be seasoned with grace and love at all times.

    In Him.
    Sue

    1. Ester,

I understand your plight. I, too, have been pulled out of RCC only 7 months ago. 7.1 months ago, I was a devout catholic.

I reflect on Jesus. I am a babe in God’s Word, but Jesus taught the people. He did not go around shoving Truth down their throats. His example is meant to be followed and how wise He is!

In my extended family, the mere fact that they know I am no longer catholic is a huge testimony b/c they cannot fathom my
leaving RCC. It is 1 seed planted in the soil of their hearts before the Lord plants the next one.

I know it pains you. Never deny the Lord. Listen to His Voice and He will guide you. Be at peace in Him.

      Kay

  5. Dear Ester,

Praise God that you have been delivered from the RCC. Isaiah 59:19 says, “When the Enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of God will raise a standard against him.”

The Roman Catholic church is the enemy. The Word of God living in you is the standard. Roman Catholics are NOT Christians no matter what any of them will tell you. The doctrines of demons they follow are pure blasphemy and not one of them will be saved without renouncing this “church” in full. Claiming salvation in “mary” plus Jesus plus every other filthy lie they teach will send them to hell, ignorant of the lies or not.
    ________

Those who choose unsaved friends and family (which includes those involved in the apostate RCC) over following what Jesus tells us to do will regret that decision. His commands are not burdensome. “I tell you the truth, no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the Kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come” (Luke 18:29-30).

To be a true disciple for Christ, even though we have relationship with others of the world for the purpose of witnessing, we must forsake all others and all our affections must have the first highest absolute priority Christ and Him alone.

The Lord testifies, “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man’s foes shall be they OF HIS OWN HOUSEHOLD. He that loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loves son or daughter more than me IS NOT WORTHY OF ME.” (Mat 10:34-37).

The fifth commandment commands us to honor father and mother with heavy penalty for those who do not (Deu 21:20-21 also Eph 6:1-3 Col 3:20).

Thus here our Lord is not literally telling us to hate our parents, but it is a hyperbolae used by Jesus to make the point very clear:

We are to LOVE THEM LESS THAN WE LOVE CHRIST as explained in Matthews; that is, the love we have for them when compared to the deep love we should have for Christ it would appear almost as HATE.

We are to obey Christ rather than them; we are to be willing to forsake them if He calls us to go and preach His gospel; and we are to submit, without a murmur, to Him when He takes them away from us. This is not an uncommon meaning of the word hate in the Scriptures. (see Mal 1:2,3 Gen 29:30,31 Deu 21:15-17).

These are to be neglected and forsaken, and turned from with indignation and resentment, when they stand in the way of the honor and interest of Christ, and dissuade us from His service:

Such who would be accounted the disciples of Christ, should be ready to part with our dearest relations and friends, with the greatest enjoyment of life, and with life itself, when Christ calls for it; or otherwise we are NOT WORTHY to be called His disciples.

The people of the world are divided in two camps, those who belong to Christ and those who belong to Satan and the believers must not have fellowship with the unbelievers as Scripture clearly warns us:

“And what agreement is there between Christ and the Evil One (Belial)? or what part has one who has faith with one who has not (infidel)?” (2Co 6:15)

We must not have fellowship with unbelievers, of any kind even our own kin: “Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?” (2 Col 6:14)

Christ has no fellowship with the devil, therefore we ought to have no unnecessary communion with such who manifest themselves to be of their father the devil, by their doing his works; nor has Christ any communion with the sons of Belial.

The believer’s part and portion are God and His Christ as his eternal inheritance; while the unbeliever’s part and portion will be in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, with Satan and his angels (demons); and therefore what part, society, or communion, or fellowship can the two have with one another?

    Absolutely NONE.

    1. All I have to say is this:

When my dearest friend of twenty years left RCC and she continued to share her friendship with me (a catholic), it was thru her testimony, love and patience that seeds were planted in my heart to then accept Jesus as my savior. If she would have refused to have anything to do with me b/c i was a non- believer, i would not have heard the good news through her.

      1. Sister Kay in The Lord Jesus, there ‘are’ spirits who know exactly who who is. When you walk into a room, the ones that are not of God know it, They are uncomfortable, often we mistake this as it is us, for we have not exercised the gifts of the spirit in us as Hebrews tells us. Sad but true. It is The Holy Spirit that these spirits don’t want around them, because they know if you speak ‘the Truth’ they either have to leave, stir up a ‘division question or you are not walking in love’ to get the others to side with them. Be what you are in your heart what God has made you to be, that boldness that speaks ‘Get thee behind me Satan”, Mar 8:33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men. …we are told we wrestle not against flesh and blood yet we give more credence to the flesh and peoples feels than The Word…(smile) …Oh Glory when we as His people speak His Word. I say if you are not persecuted for His Word sake, ‘re-check your Salvation’…HE don’t lie…we do. Yes it hurts a lot when we are persecuted in any manner shape or form. when we know it is The Holy Spirit who instructs us to speak. It is always in Love for HE is love and His Words are coming from us to them! Those words are powerful to ‘instruct, teach, deliver, comfort, rebuke and (clean our spiritual ears out’ so we can ‘hear HIS Voice’ not the World’s.

      2. Dear Kay,

There is nothing wrong with continuing a relationship to witness to that person, but the main point is this: if fellowship with unbelievers is causing you to compromise your own walk with Christ, if you find yourself submitting or approving of doctrines that you know are false just to maintain the relationship, if you love them or the world more than you love Christ — that is when Jesus says you are not worthy to be His disciple.

If you have knowledge of what really goes on during the Catholic Mass, yet set yourself in the pew every week without speaking up or taking a stand for Christ — then you are in real danger.

When you “COME OUT OF HER”, Kay, you don’t go back — no matter what.

        God Bless.

  6. Kay,
I am not saying that I want to abandon my family over this RC ritual.
I am saying that if I stand up and tell them the truth of this evil belief system, they will abandon me. I am not bible thumping them, I just cannot sit there and watch them put my niece through this without telling them what they are doing. What is behind it all. I am not refusing to have anything to do with them, I am refusing to be apart of anything in the RC church. And to them that is offensive.

    1. Anything is offensive if it goes contrary to what people want…they will follow that demonic spirit and …as Jesus said, “Some will kill you thinking they do God a service!”
