Former Israeli PM: Bush was ready to take Palestinian refugees

President George W. Bush was prepared to take in 100,000 Palestinian refugees as part of a Middle East peace deal.

Olmert and George W. Bush seems to have got the right picture. The "Palestinians" would be better off in the US, who anyhow pay their bills.

This is a claim presented by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on CNN on Sunday.

“The United States was ready to take in 100,000 refugees as citizens of the United States,” Olmert said, in what may be his most revealing comments to date about negotiations with the U.S. and the Palestinians when he was prime minister.

Olmert, who led Israel from 2006 to 2009, spoke weeks after direct talks between the Israelis and the Palestinians resumed in Washington.

As prime minister, Olmert negotiated with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently doing.

My comment:

This is amazing.  George W. Bush presented the best and only solution to the “Palestinian refugee problem”.

Lets take them all away from there.

Because if the US could take 100.000, why should not the Kingdom of Jordan do the same?

And what about Syria?

They should have place for at least 200.000?

And since the Arab Palestinians are Muslims, I guess they will feel much more home in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

The Islamic Kingdom have a lot of place. Let them build proper homes for their Muslim brethren, let say for at least 300.000 of them?

Israel has already accepted two million “Arab Palestinian refugees”. They are all Israeli Arabs. The large majority for them are Muslims, with full Israeli citizenship.

Did I still hear anyone, say that Israel is a racist Jewish statehood?

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf.

Before I will take a stand on such a statement: Who is Meir Kahane?

Do you also have a reliable link to this statement?

    2. Lars-Toralf,

You said: Kick the Arabs out of Israel! I agree.
And then bomb Rome and Mecca/Medina. No more problem.

My Comment: Even not knowing who Meir Kahane is, the words are horrible.

The bible says: John 1:12 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God

And Matthew 5 says: 43″You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[h] and hate your enemy.’ 44But I tell you: Love your enemies[i] and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

  1. Meir Kahane was a former rabbi in Israel, and a politician, that had a growing support in Israel. His party was then outlawed in Israel, labeled Racist.

I interviewed Kahane in 1992 (i Think!) in “Dagen” and found him a much more reasonable and considerate man than what the media said.

He was shot down and killed in 1990.

  2. Sorry, I have no sources for the statement, but I used to have, twenty years ago, public material for the Kach party showing the Star-Fist with that text..

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf

I looked at the link in wiki. The symbol of this movement, looks like the symbol of Communists. I can not approve of men who promotes violence in the name of religion. You do not have the approval of Jesus, to support bombing of Rome and Mecca. Please explain.

  3. In 1942, the famous historian (though atheist) Herbert G. Wells, stated in his book “Crux Ansata”, that the Roman Catholic Church was the reason for the war – and the purveyor of war in man’s minds.
Then he asked: Why do we not bomb Rome.
In the same way as him, I think that if you eradicate the Mother of Harlots and all evil on earth – much evil would come to a stillstand. If we eliminated Mecca and Medina (not the people! but the places!) the foundation for islam would falter.

I may of course be wrong. But at present that is how I think.

On the other hand; according to Bible Prophecy; both Rome, Mecca and Medina will exist until the end, when God himself condemns them.

    Call me a dreamer.

    1. Dear Lars Toralf.

I totally disagree with you. Destruction of Rome, Mecca or whatever, will not delete the spirits behind such places. Your comment is regrettable.

  4. And I don’t have a problem with that. I have my opinions, you have yours. That’s what’s so great by being a free person in free society (at least for now).

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf.

I agree to that. But be careful not to mix up the teachings of Jesus with private opinions. You did not do that, and I am your brother.

We live in a free and plural society. And all true Christians will defend such values.

  5. Gloria;
I haven’t said anything about hating our enemies. Actually I don’t even hate muslims.
    I don’t even hate Catholics.
I do hate both islam, and roman catholicism, which are false doctrines leading many, many to death and hell.

  6. Lars-Toralf,

I agree that both Islam and Catholicism are false doctrines, but by your agreement to “bomb Rome and Mecca/Medina” is promoting violence.

And that is something Jesus Christ would never do. Matthew 5:9 says: Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

And peacemakers is something we should all be.

    God Bless.

  7. Dear Gloria;
It is quite possible to evacuate all of these minor towns before evaporating the buildings…

The point is that if the god of the Roman-Catholic Church is the God of the Bible, he would never let that happen (that it would be destroyed). But since the god of the RCC is satan, why shouldn’t it be destroyed?

And since “allah”, the ancient moon deity of Arabia, and the equivalent to Ba’al, definetely ain’t the same as the God of the Bible – but a hotbed of evil, it would act as a proof to all the world’s muslims that “allah isn’t greater” after all (Allahu La Aqbar!) and then Arabs/Muslims would have a very good chance to turn to the Real God.

Now, however, this is merely a philosophical question, and as such we must be allowed to discuss it from all angles.

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf

As a true follower of Jesus you should not promote violence. We demand this from Muslims. If we all restrain from violence, no one will get hurt, but is free to express them selves, and tell others about their faith.

You said you love Catholics. If so, you would never destroy Rome. Neither will anyone who say he wants to destroy Mecca, be understood in the Muslim World.

Just admit this, my dear brother.

Our mission is to tell people about Jesus. The Word of God is all it takes.

    2. Good Afternoon Lars-Toralf,

Your comment: The point is that if the god of the Roman-Catholic Church is the God of the Bible, he would never let that happen (that it would be destroyed). But since the god of the RCC is satan, why shouldn’t it be destroyed?

My Comment: Who are we to say what get’s destroyed or doesn’t? Jesus said peacemakers would be called Sons of God. Though we believe in Christ only, it is God who is the Judge.

      1 Corinthians 4:5
Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

      God Bless.

  8. Why would I admit to something I disagree in?
Rome is a den of thieves. A nest of vipers. It should be exterminated.
I’d rather Catholics would meet Jesus and be born again, than ending up in hell because of the doctrines of this false and shameless city.

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf

If you want to win Catholics for Jesus of the Bible, you should attack the doctrines. Not the city. The city is not shameless. With your attitude, you promote destruction of physical things. That is wrong. Are you not able to see this?

    1. Dear Lars-Toralf.

Your last comment, I feel is honorable to Jesus. He was accused of planning to destroy the Jewish temple in Jerusalem, to tear it down and rebuild it.

Would any Jew listen to Jesus, if He had said: The Temple has become a dent of robbers. Lets destroy the building?

The problem with the Catholics, is that they do not know, or at least do not want to talk about, the foundation of the Vatican. That the Pope made an agreement with a devil. With another Italian father of lies, the Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini.

The Vatican statehood was a gift to the Pope from the Fascist leader in 1929. In return, Mussolini got needed support from the Pope.

Should a Christian make such deals?

    2. Dear Lars-Toralf.

      You wrote:

I am not going to destroy any of those. I am trying to lead a philosophical discussion about them.

      My reply:

I totally agree. Like with Catholics, the the problems with almost all Muslims, is that they do not know the very background of their Headquarter. Mecca was the seat of the Arabian moon god worshipers, that had no connection to the Hebrew Bible, the Torah. First when Muhammad came in 600 A.D, and got his hand on a Torah, He started to copy verses from this book.

Than He changed some of the verses, like deleting the name of Isaac, the son of Abraham. Muhammad also added some “revelations”, that elevated the Arabs, to be the people who should rule in the World. Not only over God’s chosen people the Jews, but over all of us.

I wish all the Muslim’s on planet Earth would be able to give me feedback on this article.
