Apple CEO Tim Cook hails the device, which can make and receive calls, as “the most personal device we have ever created”.
Cook has claimed the company’s new smartwatch is the “most advanced timepiece ever created”, as he revealed more details about the technology giant’s latest device.
It will go on sale in the US, Britain and China on 24 April, with pre orders taken from 10 April.
The main Apple Watch will start at £479 and go up to £519.
The Sport incarnation of the device will start at £299 for the 38mm face, and the 42mm version is £339. The high end model, a limited edition 18 carat gold watch, will set you back at least £8,000 with prices rising to £13,500 – a revelation that drew gasps from the crowd that gathered for the announcement.

I can not write this message, without using my Apple computer. So having an Apple computer is not sin, and will not make me take the mark of the beast. But since I read the Bible, I have become aware of the danger ahead. I have refused to purchase a “Smartphone”, so I can resist the offer of shifting my netbank over to my mobile phone. And I am not able to pay on the buss, etc, by using my phone. I will not use a “smartwatch”, even if it comes with an included gift of 1 million USD….

I know what you mean, I just get a kick out of the symbolism. The Sun is another commonly used one, probably because it sounds so much like Son. They have Suntrust bank near me but no Sontrust bank, given the option I would chose the latter, I expect the penalties would be less and mabe pay more than 1% interest on deposits and less than 36% on loans. Sun worship is evil so maybe they’re not trying to hide it too much and be hypocrites.

If it was an apple, God would have said so. The true story of Adam and Eve happened way before the law (commandments) were given. There was no Israel (Jacob) yet. They were perfect until they sinned in disobedience. Something I think is more interesting is the tree itself. “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.” Revelation 2:7 “In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month, and the LEAVES OF THE TREE were for the healing of the nations. and there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and His servants shall serve Him.” Revelation 22:2:3. The focus is on the leaves here.

I wasn’t presuming anything Ivar. I wasn’t even talking about the mark. I was talking about trees. It does not say what kind of fruit, that is not speculation. Fruit and leaves. Food and healing. In the Bible Believer’s Commentary it says of Rev. 21:1&2, “A pure river of water of life flows from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street. On either side of the river grows the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, NO LONGER FORBIDDEN. This suggests God’s ceaseless provision for every season. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations is figurative way of saying that they will enjoy perpetual health.” It seems like the same tree in Genesis 3:22 it say, “Then the Lord God said, Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand and take also from the TREE OF LIEFE, AND EAT, AND LIVE FOREVER.” As for the mark it clearly says, “right hand or forehead” Not wrist. That’s a different tree, the tree of life. The tree of knowledge of good and evil is the tree in question. I believe the sinister part is how the serpent subtly twists Gods word and causes them to distrust God. Sort of like a lawyer might do, he didn’t technically lie but worded it to deceive.
I find this funny how I came across this page today because my Bible Doctrines teacher just covered THIS SAME TOPIC today. He said (I am mostly paraphrasing),”So, even if the mark of the Beast is not a chip the size of a grain of rice, I just want to let you know, folks, the technology for the Beast is here, and Satan CAN use it.” Personally, I agree. The technology may, or may not, be what the Beast uses, but, it is here, and our eyes should be pealed.

Since half of my family are Roman Catholics, I know their rejection of Biblical truths. They do it in the name of “Christ”. They say: “It is impossible to follow the Bible. Who can understand what Jesus said?”.

Well, we will have to go back to the wisdom of Acts chapter 2 and 3. Claim to own nothing, and have evertyhing in common. The sooner Christians become parttakers in the good old barter trade, the lesser pain inside the Great Tribulation. Otherwise, we will become like all others, being led to the eternal slaughterhouse.
That is why it is better to be beheaded for your faith, than to bow before the antichrists. It happens today in large parts of Northern Africa, Nigeria, the Middle East and Islamic parts of Asia.

Makes sense. Currently, I am reading a book by a man named Dave Ramsey called,”The Total Money Makeover”, and he only uses debit cards and cash to pay for anything. I don’t use credit cards, or even debit cards (that is because I’m afraid I will get into credit card debt). I rather use what Mr. Ramsey calls “The envelope system”, meaning if I budget $600 in cash for food for next month, I get $600, and put it in the envelope. When I go to the store, I take some of that money with me, and of course, spend it on food. If I spend $600 that month, that is, if I’m not in the next month, I’ll just eat soup, beans, etc. so I don’t waste money. So I don’t use a smart phone or any electronic devise for buying goods (even though I have an HTC ONE X).

The key to understand the World system, is ownership. If you claim to own nothing, you will have nothing to lose. Basically true Christians will say that we (as the body of Christ) shall have everyhing in common. We are caretakers of material things, that must be made available for the body.
The Christians are called to live a life of peace, and can best do this in a simplistic manner. Material posessions binds every human being. To much of it make all of us selfish and filled with pride.

Yes, it is! The Jews managed to live like this for 40 years, after the state of Israel was rebirthed in 1948. Its called a Kibutz. They are still there. But today men love the world above everything, and wants to have posessions. They do not want to renounce ownership, and to share everything they have. Like the Messiah demands from his deciples.
It is unfortunate that there are people out there who will readily admit that they love money, their car, their TV, you name it, I’ve probably heard people say,”I love that”. Matthew, and Luke I believe, wrote about this. Let’s take a look at Matthew 6:24 — No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. This is a Kibutz. There are still people who live like this outside of Israel too. Like in parts of villages in many nations in Asia. In Goa in India there are village communities who follow the old commuidade system. Where the villagers do not own the land, but leases it as long as they need it. The harvest is distributed among the part-takers. The legal owner of the land is the local village community. Not the state, like in communism.
