When you look at the Catholic festival of “Ishtar” in the Philippines, you will se that the mix of Paganism and Catholicism leads into the same worship of Moloch. The butchers are the same, and the victims were Evangelic Christians.

The pagan Catholic festival of Ishtar was tried mixed into Christianity as a parade to accuse the Jews of being “Christ killers”. The butchers carried a idol of stone and wood, a dead Messiah trough Catholic towns, and instigated the population to round up and slaughter the “Christ killers”
While Radical Islam still encourage Muslims to kill the infidels with the sword, the Pope tried the Chameleon tactic. He change his colors, and tries to convince the World he is the replacement of God on Earth. The idea is that all religions must accept his Lordship, and stand united in the Eucharist. Does who take the Eucharist has accepted “Christ”, regardless if the believe in the message or not.
Those who accept this false endgame unity between the two largest religions, will end up in the same defense of Moloch as “god”. When you accept the Papacy, you will also find “interfaith projects” with Islam a noble thing to participate in.

If you want your comments to be backed with any credibility, when you make historical statements about the origins of the Shiite sect, please cite your sources. A simple Google search disproves your false statement about “a Jew named Bin Saba.” This is an invented myth and reveals your true intentions which are to condemn with hatred and discriminate against Jews. You are an anti-Semite.
Your attempt to perpetuate the myth that Sunni and Shia Muslims have nothing in common goes against truth, as the fact of the matter is that they both share fundamental Islamic beliefs and any differences they may have stemmed originally from political ones, not spiritual ones. Over time these differences have morphed into having a spiritual significance.
But the bigger picture here, Marwanyafi, is that it doesn’t matter if you distance from the act of self-flagellation because you just turn the other cheek and approve of the barbaric acts that your inhumane and ungodly political system of Sharia law governs.
You may not whip yourself (publicly anyway) but you approve of stoning women to death for adultery (whether real or imagined) and cutting off the hands of petty thieves while making an example of them by hanging them in the public square while an audience looks on with enjoyment. And this is just the tip of the Islamic iceberg.

I have a hard time understanding the rationale behind self-flagellation. Do they really think that making themselves bleed will atone for their sins? I can understand that non-Christians might think so, but wouldn’t you think that Catholics would understand that it would do nothing to reconcile them to God?

Jesus told us that our body belongs to God. It is a temple. Our bodies are on loan and are not ours to blatantly mark as we please. Tatoos are also not allowed. God would definitely not approve of this self mutilation. It achieves Nothing, as no works of man can achieve anything. Wake up please people. What a sad example for the next generation. My comment: Unfortunately, the main problem is that there are too many “so called” religions out there built on lies. They deny Jesus Christ who is the only one that can save. Too many false prophets who claim to know the way to heaven, and sadly many people follow them. There is no god name Allah, and Mohammed was a human just like you and me.
