An American military source told Fox News that US military leaders were “outraged” when Turkey began launching airstrikes against the Kurdish PKK in northern Iraq just hours after striking a deal with the US opposing the Islamic State, the militant group also known as ISIS, ISIL, or Daesh.
A Turkish officer entered the allied headquarters in the air war against ISIS and “announced that the strike would begin in 10 minutes and he needed all allied jets flying above Iraq to move south of Mosul immediately,” the source said.
“We were outraged.”
The US special forces stationed in northern Iraq advising and training Kurdish peshmerga fighters had virtually no warning before Turkish jets started striking the mountains, where the PKK is headquartered.

My comment:
I can literally see the innocent US Generals pulling their hair, crying out load and begging God for mercy.
How could they so innocently believe the Turks would apply the US military strategy of supporting the Kurds in Iraq and Syria?
This is an excellent example of “yellow journalism” from Reuter’s news desk. Did the Pentagon pay them to distribute this kind of whitewashing story?
Turkey has been fighting a war against the Kurdish people for more than three decades. The Turkish NATO machinery has been used to cripple any bid to establish the independent republic of Kurdistan. To avoid the onslaught of Turkish forces with American weapons, the Kurdish freedom fighters established their bases inside the Kurdish controlled areas of Iraq, a safe zone protected by the US.
Washington D.C now copy the acts of Pontus pilate washing his hands of the ploy to get Jesus executed. The Pentagon did not put any restrictions on the Turks. As soon as the ink sealed the deal on the NATO paper, the blood of the Kurds started to flow. It would an extraordinary event, if the Obama administration claimed they are completely incompetent to handle world affairs. I have earlier underlined that Obama is not incompetent. Alarmingly we are left with a more horrific alternative.
For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.
The NATO-attack on the Kurds was an act of evil men, using the former defense alliance as a tool for Jihad on a small Kurdish minority. As these men create more chaos, the World will eventually panic and cry out for a global “peacemaker”. He will rally all religions into submission to a new one World government.

In normal situations this could be considered a war crime… committed by Turkey, the US and NATO.
