Formally named Pagoda of the Tooth Relic of Buddha, it is the only great pagoda for the preservation of Buddhist relies built after 1949.

Sponsored by Buddhist circles in China, the pagoda was constructed at the Temple of Divine Light, second of the eight great sites in the Western Hills to enshrine a relic tooth of Sakyamuni preserved in China for more than fifteen hundred years.

According to a Buddhist sutra, after Sakyamuni’s death two of his teeth were left in the world. One was taken to Sri Lanka, and the other was brought to China after passing through many hands.

It was first taken to Xinjiang and later, during the fifth century, found in Nanjing.

It was taken to Chang’an (today’s Xi’an) during the Sui Dynasty and later to Yangjing (today’s Beijing) during the Five Dynasties.

It was finally enshrined in Zhaoxian Pagoda, specially built for its preservation in August 1071 during the Liao Dynasty.

My comment:

One of the characteristic of the Babylonians, is that they carry holy items on their shoulders. Either they be Buddhist or Roman Catholics.

Since the Biblical faith is built on Judaism, even making of idols are an offense against God.

Men carrying such items on their shoulders, are making a mockery of God the Creator. He explained to mankind, that He must be worshiped in Sprit and in truth.

 Romans 1:25

They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

Jesus the Messiah did not come to change the Law. The 10 commandments are alive, and do expose those who are a law onto them selves. The Law of Moses is crystal clear, and makes a clear cut between the Judeo-Christian faith’s and different kind of paganism.

 Deuteronomy 4:15-16

You saw no form of any kind the day the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, so that you do not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman, or like any animal on earth or any bird that flies in the air,

It is interesting to see that both Buddhists and Roman Catholics adore and venerate ‘Holy teeth”.  They are obviously honoring the same deity, and claim to be “children of god”. But their ‘Lord” is not God of the Bible.

Many of the Babylonians do their religious practices in the name of “Jesus”. Claiming to know the Messiah, do not make them less guilty of idol worship, an offense against the living God.

  1. I wonder if any of these “Deceivers ever saved toenail or fingernail clippings so their mass followers could worship them a ‘Cheaper thing to carry around with them” ….it’s funny in one sense, yet :::sigh::: in pure reality Hell’s mouth will be opened wide for all who reject Jesus and cling to these….yet these are really no different from the current followers of the TV famous people who hawk their wares for many to send them more money as they run to be just like them…’deeply seeking to have that wealth and power also’…greed ….lust…of this world and mens favor..
