Government of Israel racist policy against Jews on the Temple Mount

The Israeli High Court Blocks Shurat HaDin’s Prosecution of Islamic Waqf.

Jews are allowed on the Temple Mount. But if they pray, they will be arrested.

The Israeli Government is very determined in its strange protection of Islamic totalitarian rule on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Jews are denied even the right to pray at this, the most Holy site in Judaism.

This is what the trust “Shurat HaDin” wrote in their website 4th of November:

Israel’s High Court of Justice has handed down a decision which blocks a first-of-its-kind private prosecution brought by Shurat HaDin against the Islamic Waqf (“Trust”) in Jerusalem.
The Waqf is the radical anti-Israel authority which the government allows to oversee Muslim holy places including the mosques on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount.

Following months of reports that the Waqf was utilizing bulldozers on the Temple Mount to carry out unauthorized construction that was obliterating ancient Jewish artifacts and the refusal of the Israeli police to act to safeguard these relics, we decided to go to Court against the Muslims.

On October 11, 2007, we filed a private criminal action against the Islamic Waqf on behalf of more than 150 Israeli citizens, indicting the Waqf members for the illegal bulldozing and destruction of Jewish artifacts. Many of these relics being destroyed date back to the First Temple Period!

We accused the Islamic Waqf of seeking to eradicate all evidence of Israel’s ancient connection to this holy site and trying to rewrite Jerusalem’s history.

We argued that it is nothing less than a religious, cultural and archaeological crime against the entire world Jewish community. We were seeking to imprison the Waqf’s leaders.

We turned to the High Court (BAGATZ) after the Attorney General  (AG) moved in May 2008, to have our indictment dismissed.

At that time we were notified by the AG, that his office was attempting to halt our private prosecution on the grounds that an issue with such broad public implications and interest cannot be prosecuted by private citizens.

In essence, the AG refused, out of fear of the international response, to prosecute these Islamic extremists and he moved to obstruct Shurat HaDin from undertaking the litigation ourselves.

In response, Shurat HaDin argued that the AG’s motives in this case were not of a pure legal nature and, thus, his office should step aside completely and not involve itself in the proceedings.  We demanded that the AG be compelled by the High Court to either prosecute the case himself or allow us to continue with our legal action independently as provided for by the law.

At the oral arguments before the High Court in February 2009, we argued that the AG has a political agenda and was voicing his political considerations, rather than purely legal ones as he was mandated to do.

We insisted that the AG is simply too afraid of the Arab states, the European Union, the UN and US State Department to legally defend Jerusalem.  Just to note the absurdity of the BAGATZ deliberations, at one point one of the justices urged that we withdraw the petition because status of “the Temple Mount is very emotionally charged.”

We replied we know, and that is why we brought the indictment and the petition in the first place – it is Judaism’s holiest site. This week the BAGATZ rejected our petition and gave the Islamic Waqf a free pass to continue its destruction of Israel’s sacred heritage sites.

The justices held that our efforts to safeguard the ancient First Temple artifacts on behalf of world Jewry could not be done by means of a private prosecution. Alternatively, it refused to order the AG to take action against the Waqf.

It is absurd that while the Israeli government is mounting an international campaign against UNESCO to protest its labeling Rachel’s Tomb and the Cave of the Macpelah in Hebron as Muslim mosques and denying their Jewish origins, it obstructs Shurat HaDin from acting to safeguard the status of the Jewish people’s holiest site.

My comment:

To claim that the state of Israel upholds religious freedom in Jerusalem, is only partly true. It is correct for Muslim, and it is correct in regards to Christians.

But the Government of Israel do discriminate against its own Jewish brethren. That is a huge paradox. While the Muslims cries foul without reason, Jews who believe in God of Israel is forced to accept that their holiest site is under Islamic occupation.

Norwegian billionaire cuts support to anti-Israel University who repented

The Norwegian Real Estate Investor has cut his financial support to the Norwegian University NTNU.

Olav Thon has lots of money. May He use this money to the glory of Jesus of Nazareth

Earlier this spring, 34 scientists and employees of NTNU signed a document calling for an academic and cultural boycott of Israel.

On of the secret funders of the technical University, have no come into the open. Two days before the Board of the University rejected the boycott resolution, the Norwegian Real Estate Billionaire Olav Thon wrote to the Board and canceled his support.

Thon are quoted having written «that his decision is final, and can not be revoked».

My comment:

Olav Thon have done one right, and one wrong.

All of us a called to boycott lies, cheating and injustice in regards to the state of Israel. But we are also called to bless those who change their mind, and starts to do what is right. Its called fruit of repentance.

If Olav Thon up held his boycott of NTNU, after the University have repented and done what is right, the Norwegian Billionaire only inflames Jew-hate. The board might have voted against a boycott of Israel, but the reality on the ground will just worsen. No Israeli-scholar will be invited.

Thon is now penalizing the teachers,staff and board members who stood up for Israel and gave all of us an important victory. There were more than 100 of them signing a letter supporting Israel, to counter the 34 signatories that called for a boycott.

Thon is also running the danger for fueling the movement that says that some people think they can buy everything with money. Only when people supports what the Billionaires wants to promote, they will send a cheque.

Dear, Olav Thon. Revoke your boycott of NTNU, and give the state of Israel a helping hand.

The editorial in the Norwegian Christian daily that supports Olav Thon`s final decision is regrettable.

South African Union: «ill-treat and exile Jews who support Israel»

«Jewish and Israeli communities are to be despised, scorned and ridiculed, thus subjecting them to ill-treatment on the basis of their religious affiliation»

This is a statement from Bongani Masuku, International relation spokesperson of Congress of South African Trade Unions.

A South African human rights panel last week condemned a local trade union leader for calling to exile Jewish compatriots who support Israel, in a ruling which defined his statements as «hate speech» The union had no comment on the case.

The commission – a government watchdog with some constitutional powers – also determined that the comments that Masuku made on March 5 at Johannesburg’s University of the Witwatersrand are «of an extreme nature».

The probe into Masuku’s conduct was initiated following a complaint by the South African Jewish Board of Deputies – the community’s representative body.

My comment:

Black racism against Jews. I guess that is not any day better than racism against black people?

The people of South Africa should be very careful in their relationship with the Jewish people. To enforce an new Apartheid state in South Africa that is ethnically cleansed for Jews, has nothing to do with Humanism. Its pure racism, and will have to be enforced on Jews with the same methods used by the Fascists in Europa before World War II.

Most of the Arab nations are already Apartheid states. Jewish people can not even get a visa to Saudi Arabia. The Israeli Airliner El Al is not even permitted to fly over the air space of the Islamic Republic.

This is in dark contrast to the Zionist state of Israel, who have two million Israeli Arabs as citizens, the large majority of them Muslims.

The World is getting more evil by the day. Extreme evil shall hit Planet Earth, before the stage is set for the final battle in Zion. The Jews are again in the epic center of the storm of evil. The people of Israel will succumb to the firewall of evil, and shall be forced into a false peace.

The Messiah will return to Earth as the Lion and Judah and will bring an end to all the evildoers who have become the sons and daughters of the devil. The eternal flames of Hell is their final destination.

To claim Gilo belongs to Arabs is a daylight robbery of Jewish property

Gilo has been a residential suburb of Jerusalem since 1971. The land was purchased by Jews before World War II.

The suburb of Gilo is very different from the so-called Jewish outpost in Judea and Samaria, whom the Arabs and International media calls «The West Bank». Gilo is not in East Jerusalem as widely reported, but in southwest Jerusalem within the municipal borders.

It is a Jerusalem neighborhood with a population of around 40,000. The ground was bought by Jews before WWII and settled in 1971. There is no inference whatsoever that it rests on private Arab land.

My comment:

To claim that Jews can not build in Gilo is not only racism against the Jewish people. Its also a daylight robbery of Jewish properties.

The Arabs have always been jealous of the Zionist Jews, that returned to Eretz Israel. In modern time, the great return home to Israel started around 1895. The Jews that returned home purchased land, wherever there was a owner to be traced in this massive wasteland.

The Jews purchased sand dunes, and rocky soil.

When the Jews liberated the so called West Bank from Islamic occupation in 1967, Jews also came home to the Mountains of Zion. They gave the local Arabs the job of constructing houses. The Arabs had a saying:

«Good the Zionist are building such beautiful houses. Because one day we will just take the key´s from them, and declare these houses as Palestinians properties».

In plain English: This is theft and robbery, promoted by Islam as a struggle for independence.

Why has Gilo first developed in 1971?

Because from 1948 to 1967, East Jerusalem was occupied by Islamic forces. The Kingdom of Jordan did not give Jews access to their properties in the suburbs. The Islamic occupation was the real Apartheid.
