US Muslim Congressman accuses Israel of collective punishment in Gaza

Israel is imposing collective punishment on the residents of Gaza for the relatively minor crimes of Hamas.

Two of a kind. Keith Ellison and Barack Hussein Obama. Both raised in families with Muslim fathers.

This are the words of US Congressman Keith Ellison of Minnesota. He is the first American Muslim that has been voted into the Congress. On Tuesday 54 members of the House of Representatives signed a letter drafted by Ellison to President Barack Obama requesting that he increase pressure on Israel to lift the blockade of the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.

Written by representatives Jim McDermott of Washington and Keith Ellison of Minnesota, the letter accused Israel of imposing collective punishment on the residents of Gaza for the relatively minor crimes of Hamas.

The letter ignored the fact that the residents of Gaza, together with the Palestinian in Judea and Samaria, swept Hamas to power in the 2006 Palestinian parliamentary election.

Ellison, the first Muslim to be elected to Congress, had earlier lashed out at his fellow representative for voting against the UN’s Goldstone Report, which accused Israel of committing war crimes during last year’s military response to ongoing Hamas rocket fire.

Ellison insisted that the Goldstone Report “only presents facts.”

My comment:

That 54 members of the US Congress sign a letter from a American Muslim attacking Israel is alarming. That is more than 10 percent of the 535 federal politicians.

The support of the argument that Israel is the aggressor, shows that its just a matter of time before the majority in Washington turns against the Jewish state.

The Bible is the truth: All Jews shall return home to Israel, just before the second coming of the Messiah.

The American Jews will soon be in the same situation as the Jews in Europe in the run up to World War II. They did not want to leave their possession, and go back home to Zion. The US Congress is a sign that the hunters will soon enter into the political arena in the US. The Jews will be forced to leave, with only one place to go. The state of Israel.

Jeremiah 16:15-17

But they will say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up out of the land of the north and out of all the countries where he had banished them.’ For I will restore them to the land I gave their forefathers.

“But now I will send for many fishermen,” declares the LORD, “and they will catch them. After that I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them down on every mountain and hill and from the crevices of the rocks. My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from me, nor is their sin concealed from my eyes.

Only Muslims can stop killing of Muslims in the name of Allah

Almost all the terrorist and extremist violence in the world today is committed by Muslims. And in most instances, the victims are Muslims themselves.

Another Muslim has killed him self and other Muslims, shouting Allah is great.

What’s afoot here is Muslim extremism – despite the fact that the great majority of Muslims aren’t radicals and condemn terrorism. If the battle against Muslim terrorism is to be won, moderate Muslims will have to do the heavy lifting, and explain to us how we can best help them.

If Americans and Westerners continue to take the lead, it will remain an «us vs. them» war – «infidel and oppressive» outsiders battling «victimized» Muslims. Effective military force, of course, will be needed to weaken the fanatics and provide security. But the support of the great majority of Muslims is an even more essential ingredient for success, one that can be garnered only by their fellow believers both in the U.S. and abroad.

Of the terrorist killings and maimings that have taken place over the last three years, over 90 per cent  have been Muslim on Muslim. The great majority of sensible and moderate Muslims must take up operational and actual arms against the terrorists. It can’t be just rhetoric.

My comment

You can not understand why Muslims are killing Muslims without looking into the religion of Islam. The problems caused by Islam, has to be found within Islam.

The fight within Islam makes no sense. It is beyond reason and logic. We are obviously dealing with Spiritual forces. Sunnis and Shiits murdering each other over the right of being the true offspring of Muhammad.

There is only one common enemy that can unite Muslims fighting their own brothers. And that is their hate towards Israel and the Jewish people. Since the Jews are God`s chosen people, their enemies will be in direct opposition to the God of the Bible. The One and only living God.

Arab Palestinian police need help from Israeli Army to protect their own leaders

The US trained Fatah security force in Ramallah is not even capable of looking after the safety of its own leadership.

JER324-_wa
The Israeli army on duty in Ramallah. If it had not been for the protection of the IDF, there would not have been a Fatah government in the city.

While Palestinian officials continued to threaten Sunday to unilaterally declare independence, a senior Israeli defense official said, «Just let them try».

Even though the past year has seen an unprecedented improvement in the performance of Palestinian security forces and civilian institutions – largely due to increased cooperation with Israel – the PA is still far from being able to hold it together on its own.

Despite the deployment of Palestinian forces in the West Bank trained by U.S. Lt.-Gen. Keith Dayton, whenever PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas travels outside of Ramallah, Israeli security forces are involved to coordinate and ensure his safety. “The PA forces cannot yet completely ensure his security,” one officer explained.

My comment:

What would the PA government in Ramallah been without USD from Washington?

What would Mahmoud Abbas been without Euros from men like Tony Blair and Javier Solana?

The answer is nothing. Within weeks if would have collapsed and ceased to exist.

To display how patetic an Al Fatah unilaterally declare independence would be: Their own security forces, trined by the US Army, is not even able to look after the security of the Arab Palestinian leadership.

The Israeli Army choose to coordinate, protect and safe guard a bunch of Islamic enemies of Israel, must be one of the greatest paradoxes of our time.

The Fatah leadership in Ramallah do not understand that the formation of the state of Israel is the greatest gift to the Arabic people and the Middle East since the birth, death and resurrection of the Messiah.

That the Jewish people do protect their very enemies, that is grace, that is love, that is a an awesome move by the Spirit of God of Israel.

Arab Palestinians denied citizenship by their Arab neighbors

For decades, Arab governments have justified their decision to maintain millions of stateless Palestinians as refugees in squalid camps as a means of applying pressure to Israel.

Why did King Hussein not give Yasser Arafat citizenship in Jordan? Why should Israel give citizenship to people who wants to destroy the Jewish nation?
Why did King Hussein not give Yasser Arafat citizenship in Jordan? Why should Israel give citizenship to people who wants to destroy the Jewish nation?

A report by the International Crisis Group in Lebanon noted that the refugee population is «marginalized, deprived of basic political and economic rights, trapped in the camps, bereft of realistic prospects, heavily armed and standing atop multiple fault lines».

The inclusion of the descendants of Palestinian refugees as refugees in UNRWA’s mandate has no parallel in international humanitarian law and is responsible for the growth of the official numbers of Palestinian refugees in foreign countries from 711,000 to 4.6 million during decades when the number of ageing refugees from the 1948 Israeli war of independence was in fact declining.

UNRWA grants refugee status to the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the original Palestinian refugees according to the principle of patrilineal descent, with no limit on the generations that can obtain refugee status.

Yet according to Article 34 of the UN Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, «The Contracting States shall as far as possible facilitate the assimilation and naturalization of refugees» and must «make every effort to expedite naturalization proceedings» .

This is the opposite of what happened to the Arab Palestinians in every Arab country in which they settled.
