Romani people in Europe worship black «Saint Sarah», a claimed to be «Queen of Heaven». Their global exile could have started from Egypt. Gypsy in English literally mean an «egyptian». With a negative undertone.

Romani and Gor Banjara’s do not share the same DNA. They are not blood family related. But both people are considered gypsy’s. And they could have been in ancient Israel at the same cross road of time.

In the Biblical book of Jeremiah (chapter 40-44) the Queen of Heaven worshipers among the gypsy people might find their origin. They were originally the poor and needy people living inside ancient Israel, that were not sent into exile in Babylon. But a sudden unrest occurred inside Babylonian controlled Israel. The Babylonian governor Gedaliah was murdered, and many of the remaining Israelites decided to flee to Egypt. Since God of the Bible had told them not to run away to Egypt, and not be afraid of the Babylonians, their disobedience triggered God’s wrath.

The ancient culture of Egypt, and all its idols, were reduced to rubble by God of the Bible. We still do not know how the pyramid’s in Egypt were built.

Jeremiah 42:13-21
“However, if you say, ‘We will not stay in this land,’ and so disobey the Lord your God,  and if you say, ‘No, we will go and live in Egypt, where we will not see war or hear the trumpet or be hungry for bread,’  then hear the word of the Lord, you remnant of Judah. This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘If you are determined to go to Egypt and you do go to settle there,  then the sword you fear will overtake you there, and the famine you dread will follow you into Egypt, and there you will die.  Indeed, all who are determined to go to Egypt to settle there will die by the sword, famine and plague; not one of them will survive or escape the disaster I will bring on them.’ This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘As my anger and wrath have been poured out on those who lived in Jerusalem, so will my wrath be poured out on you when you go to Egypt. You will be a curse and an object of horror, a curse and an object of reproach; you will never see this place again.’  “Remnant of Judah, the Lord has told you, ‘Do not go to Egypt.’ Be sure of this: I warn you today that you made a fatal mistake when you sent me to the Lord your God and said, ‘Pray to the Lord our God for us; tell us everything he says and we will do it.’  I have told you today, but you still have not obeyed the Lord your God in all he sent me to tell you.  So now, be sure of this: You will die by the sword, famine and plague in the place where you want to go to settle.” (…).

Chased and persecuted, whereever they have tried to settle. Always on the run in a bid to find shelter.

Worship of idols, was the reason for the people of Israel’s Assyrian and Babylonian exiles. The Romani people have not stopped their idol worship, and they have not returned to Israel. They are considered a byword and a curse by the European populations in the nations they have tried to settle.

Jeremiah 44:17
We will certainly do everything we said we would: We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our ancestors, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm.

Repent, or perish. Turn to the living God of Israel, who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The great I AM.
