Mark 3:4
Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent.

The Messiah asked a good question. His answer was His own actions. There was an uproar when Jesus healed a man on a Sabbath day.  The Messiah even told that rescue workers could do good on the official day of rest.  I guess that climbing down in a well to collect a sheep, was not an easy task 2000 years ago. I am also pretty sure that man must have been tired, and might have stayed at home the very next day. Making both the Sabbath and the following day Holy.
