Daily bread from the life of Y´shua

Luke 2:27

«Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required».

Many Jews in the Temple courts of Jerusalem was waiting for the redeemer, the Messiah, the anointed One. His parents followed the customs. When the Spirit moved, many came to faith, seeing the Child of God being present in the Temple.

  1. Many Jews are waiting on Messiah… The problem is that the ‘Jesus’ that Christian’s present is not the Messiah of Scripture. He was a Sabbath-keeping, kosher-eating, feast-observing, tassel-wearing Jew.

Most Christians follow the RCC teaching that ‘Jesus’ started some new religion… He didn’t. “I did not come to abolish the Torah…” Matthew 5:17-19

When Messiah returns, the Jews will recognize Him and most Christians will not… because they do not ‘walk as He walked.’ I jn 2:3-6

May He open their eyes AND ours!!
