The Norwegian doctors and Advocate General, wanted the Utøya-terrorists to be declared insane. That would be just perfect.
It would be his political manifest that lead to the insanity. And all who agree with some of his political viewpoints, could be arrested, sent to a medical facility, and locked up without a return ticket.
With the lasts medical report, Anders Behring Breivik most likely, will have to pay the penalty for his actions. He is a cold blooded mass murder, and should be locked up in prison for at least 30 years.
If Breivik regrets the killing of innocent youth, and beg Jesus for mercy, He will be forgiven. But the consequences of his sins, will still be the rest of his life in custody. He will become a perfect preacher to the souls in captivity.

why should he be locked up for 30 years? He needs to be executed immediately! He didn’t give 77 other people a chance did he? Why spend money on him? End his life now!

I agree that it is painful to see mass-killers alive. But in Europe, we have abolished death-penalty. That is the correct Biblical attitude. Jesus the Messiah took our penalty and punishment on Him self. He told us to love even our worst enemies.
Jesus can stop the heart beat on whoever He wants. Their heart beats because of Him. Jesus is life. The Bible says, let God take revenge. He knows best how to deal with both the living and the dead.
