Obama to support Jerusalem as «International zone»

King Abdullah of Jordan have got Obama to support the most important demands in the «Saudi Peace» plan for the Middle East

Israel will have to face a new peace plan that calls for the establishment of a demilitarized Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital and the Old City designated an «international zone».

The London daily Al-Quds Al-Arabi reported Wednesday, that Jordan’s King Abdullah and US President Barack Obama is working behind the scenes to revise the Arab League peace initiative of 2002. The revision also includes the Madrid Quartet Road Map plan for Palestinian statehood. The two «peace makers» wants to present a grand new vision of a final settlement in coming weeks, to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

– Lets divide Jerusalem

The President of the US and King of Saudi Arabia seems to agree that Jerusalem has to be divided to bring peace to the Middle East.
The President of the US and King of Saudi Arabia seems to agree that Jerusalem has to be divided to bring peace to the Middle East.

King Abdullah visited the White House recently. Back in the Arab World the King has has been meeting with key Arab leaders from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the Palestinian Authority. The new Obama backed plan calls for resolving the two thorniest issues in the conflict by sharing Jerusalem and settling Palestinian refugees in Arab countries or a future Palestinian state, but not in Israel.

The offer will reportedly call for the establishment of a demilitarized Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital and the Old City designated an “international zone.” The report said Obama had requested that the plan outline a «timetable for normalization and the establishment of diplomatic ties between Israel and the Arab world».

Blair: Within six weeks

Meantime, Quartet envoy Tony Blair said Tuesday that the group’s 2002 Road Map plan «is being worked on at the highest level in the American administration, (and) in the rest of the international community, order to table a «new framework» for peace talks within the next five to six weeks».

These developments come as the US State Department has called on Israel to join the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, a move that could strip the nation of its presumed nuclear arsenal.

  1. I wonder how Catholic and faith wind up on the tags for this. It has nothing to do with Catholic or faith.

    1. It has every thing to do with Catholic and faith. According to the book of Rev., chapters 17 and 18, the pope wants Jerusalem for his own purpose.

  2. Matters about Jerusalem has been a Catholic topic for the last 1500 years. Its all about faith.

  3. Our Choices

If you had a choice, right now, to choose to be with Christ Jesus in heaven would you choose to do so? Being human and having the power of choice, can we choose to ask God to grant us a wish? You see, there are three realms, earth, heaven, and hell. We live on the earth in the now, and we believe, as Christians, that at some point Christ will return to the earth and judge us in the final days. Many of us will go to hell and the rest will live in heaven with Christ Jesus, our heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit.

    1. Dear Jaramad

Shalom, and welcome to this site.

Thanks for this comment. The Holy Basin in Jerusalem belongs to God of Israel. This was the place, from where the Messiah Jesus ascended into Heaven. And to this place He will soon return.

  5. No doubt America will continue to be judged as Obama pushes forth with his vision of splitting Jerusalem and Israel.

I wonder what he can expect next in America because of it? Earthquakes, continued drought, heat waves, tropical storms? It could be anything really.

I will bless that bless Israel abd curse those that curse Israel.

    1. I agree with you completely America is about to suffer a significant blow due to the Obama mandate that Israel divide its land. Every time we do or say anything against God’s holy land America gets hit with disaster after disaster. Earthquakes Hurricanes Tornados I’m afraid we have not seen anything yet. God have mercy on America if she tries to divide the land of Israel or causes the Israelis harm.

      1. There are disasters in America, and there are disasters everywhere. Christians and Jews get killed in disasters. You should think more carefully about what you say.

Luke 13:1 Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. 2 Jesus answered, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? 3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. 4 Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.”

      2. Those that are against Israel, will know the wrath of God. It is written in his Word.

        Ezekiel 38
7 “‘Get ready; be prepared, you and all the hordes gathered about you, and take command of them. 8 After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety. 9 You and all your troops and the many nations with you will go up, advancing like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land.

14 “Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? 15 You will come from your place in the far north, you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. 16 You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me when I am proved holy through you before their eyes.

His Truth- a ? for you. Do you believe that Israel is the center of the endtime focus? I do. Even Our King Messiah when he returns will return to Israel. It is strange that you come here, and I’ve noticed that you contradict Israel and any article written by them.

        Read: Zechariah 14
        The LORD Comes and Reigns
1 A day of the LORD is coming, Jerusalem, when your possessions will be plundered and divided up within your very walls.
2 I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. 3 Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights on a day of battle. 4 On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south. 5 You will flee by my mountain valley, for it will extend to Azel. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake[a] in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with him.

He is coming for his people gentile or jew, but he is coming also to Israel!

My comment: Why do you say it is strange that I come here? It is not strange. Many different believers go to this site and others sites to discuss their beliefs. I come here to this site and others to discuss my beliefs. Also, you should not say that I contradict Israel and any article written by them. That is not true. Maybe you contradict what the Bible says Israel is? The Bible says not all from Israel are Israel. Do you agree with that? What does that mean to you?
When Jesus comes again, believers will meet him in the air, no matter where we are, no matter what country we live in. Do you not believe that too? I also do not believe that a non-believer is “God’s people.” An Israelite who does not believe in Jesus is not a child of God. God announced the way to salvation ahead of time to Abraham, the promise of God is to those who believe. I believe that when Jesus comes again for those waiting for him, God’s wrath will be come upon the earth and those who reject His Son , and fire will destroy the whole world. I believe that in near the end of time, many more Jews will accept Jesus Christ. I also believe that many still will not. Those Jews who accept Jesus are God’s people whether or not they are in Israel or America.
Another question for you: why is it that you respond to me in this way when I only was showing scriptures that show disasters happen to people no matter what their sins are? Do you think that God makes disasters happen to America and people whether or not they agree with Pres. Obama about the earthly land of Israel?

An Israelite who does not believe in Jesus is not a child of God.

        My reply

An Israeli is chosen by God to be His people either He accept this or not. The election of the Jewish people are not based up on their righteousness. Their election is based up on God’s sovereign choice.

Has God rejected His people? Absolutely not. Even if His people, do not accept the Son and the Messiah.

        Romans 9:3-5
For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my people, those of my own race, the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption to sonship; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of the Messiah, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.

        Romans 11:4

I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don’t you know what Scripture says in the passage about Elijah—how he appealed to God against Israel: “Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me”? And what was God’s answer to him? “I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal.

        (end of scriptures)

If Jesus have rejected His people, than why should he return to Jerusalem?

If Jesus have rejected His people, how can the everlasting promises be true?

Jesus is the King of Jews. His kingship is not based on a vote among the Jews. His kingship does not hang in balance, if the majority of the Jews believe in Him or not. Their are the chosen people, either they like it or not.

My Comment: The term “God’s people” is often confused with “a child of God.” Have you confused these two titles? A child of God is a Christian reconciled to God through Jesus Christ. Will being a Jew who does not believe in Jesus save them from God’s Wrath? Please carefully consider this passage:Hebrews 10:36 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. 28 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”] and again, “The Lord will judge his people.” 31 It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Did you see that, Ivar? “The Lord will judge his people. It is a a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

My Comment: God hardened and cut off the Jews who did not believe. It must have seemed like God had rejected His People and cut them off forever. However, Paul explains that there are Jews who are believers, and Paul later explains how the Jews are not cut off forever, that they can be grafted back in if they do not continue in disbelief.

        My comment:

This is almost the same message as Jesus gave us. He became a curse for us. He carried our sins, got them blotted out, so we could live.

I guess Paul can feel the same pain as the Messiah.

To be cut off from Christ, was like being cut of from the Father. Jesus prayed to the Father, IF He could remove the cup of death.

Has the Jews rejection of the Messiah cut them off from His love? No way. To the rather opposite, they can be saved by believing in Him.

Will Jesus save those who do not believe in Him? Absolutely possible. Also five minutes before I was saved, He loved me. So it will be with the Jewish people also.

Will there be Jews among those who will have to spend eternity in Hell?

Absolutely. Along with people of all creeds and colors. Among them many who claimed to know “Jesus”, but followed a copy cat.

      7. Ivar,
God can save someone who lived their life even as a Catholic; there is no special treatment for being a Jew. You have slandered me and others unjustly, we who are children loved by God. Yet you preach that if we slander those professing to be Jews we will be cursed. Furthermore, who has slandered any Jews? You need some adjustments to your beliefs. God bless you.

The difference between a Jew and a non-Jew is that the Jews are His chosen people. I am not Jewish. I am a gentile who have been grafted into the Jewish faith by the Messiah Jesus. The Messiah has enlarged Israel by saving gentiles.

You contradict yourself. You say one can only be saved through believing in Him, but then say he or she may be saved without. I concur, it does not cut them off from his love, for he loves all His creation; Christians, Jews, Muslims, Catholics, homosexuals, murderers, thieves, adulterers, and liars alike. It is because of this love and mercy for mankind, that the Lord sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross. Though we are all in God’s love, would you say that all will be saved?

        John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

        I am a good example.

Will Jesus save all who do not believe in Him?

        Absolutely not.

The majority of people will spend eternity in Hell because they rejected Him, and did not do the Fathers will.

        Why did He save me?

        Ask Him. Only He knows.

I have read where you used all kinds of scriptures against Catholics, but scriptures where a Catholic might still be saved do to spiritual blindness does not pertain to them? Stop yourself from such nonsense. As for the chosen ones of God, all believers who obey God are called the chosen and elect.

        James 2:5
Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?
        1 Peter 1:2
who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance.
        1 Peter 2:4

        Revelation 17:14
They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

You might not be a Jew, or chosen, as you have said yourself, but true believers are “chosen.” I gave you many scriptures about the “chosen” of God; do you also need scriptures on the “elect”? Please stop your ridiculousness.

      12. Dear His Truth

        Shalom.

If you claim to be a Catholic, you should ask your self why this word is not mentioned in the Bible. Neither is the word Buddhist, Muslim or Hindu mentioned in the Bible.

The New Testament is basically a confirmation of the Old Testament. Jesus the Messiah held the Jewish Bible in His hand, and the Gospel writers wrote down Jesus quotations.

Paul the Apostle did the same. He quotes from the Law and the Prophets.

Your own use of Peters quotation from 1 Peter 2:9 is an excellent example.

        1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

        Exodus 19:6
you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.”

        Deuteronomy 7:6
For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.

        (end of scriptures)

All these promises were not given to “Catholics”, but given to the Jewish people. There were no Catholic religion before 325 A.D. And no Catholics either.

      13. Ivar, Your argument s against Catholics and your arguments for the Jews are full of error. You also blatantly avoid the truths that are brought up. Those who have faith are children of Abraham that goes for the circumcised and the uncircumcised.

Galatians 3:7 Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. 8 Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” 9 So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.
Galatians 3:15 Brothers and sisters, let me take an example from everyday life. Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established, so it is in this case. 16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,”[i] meaning one person, who is Christ. 17 What I mean is this: The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise. 18 For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on the promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise.
        Children of God
23 Before the coming of this faith,[j] we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. 25 Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.
26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
        Romans 3:30
since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.
        Romans 4:9
Is this blessedness only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised? We have been saying that Abraham’s faith was credited to him as righteousness.
        Romans 4:11
And he received circumcision as a sign, a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised. So then, he is the father of all who believe but have not been circumcised, in order that righteousness might be credited to them.
        Ephesians 2:11
[ Jew and Gentile Reconciled Through Christ ] Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (which is done in the body by human hands)—
        Colossians 3:11
Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.

      14. Dear Ivar,

        You wrote:
“All these promises were not given to “Catholics”, but given to the Jewish people.”

        Romans 2:28-9

A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code.

        Galatians 3:16

The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. The Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.

A Jew is not defined by his ethnicity or his upholding of Torah law, or even being born into the land of Israel; a Jew is defined by faith in Christ. As such, one who does not keep the faith of Jesus, is not a Jew. To this I say, yes, I do believe the Jews are His chosen people, and inherit his promise.

        Romans11:17-21

If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, do not boast over those branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid. For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.

        My comment:

This is an antisemitic statement. This is Jew-hate in practice. The Shemit’es was there thousands of years before Jesus walked in flesh on Earth. The Jesus people are elected based on His election, not their faith in the Messiah.

Like Hitler and the Nazis, you rob the Jewish people for their election, their history, culture, their religion and ethnic origin. You should be ashamed of your self. Radical Islam has good friends among false Christians. If you do not repent, you shall burn in Hell. Mind my words.

Your Comment: An Israelite who does not believe in Jesus is not a child of God.

My Comment: Where is it that it was said otherwise?

Your Comment: why is it that you respond to me in this way when I only was showing scriptures that show disasters happen to people no matter what their sins are? Do you think that God makes disasters happen to America and people whether or not they agree with Pres. Obama about the earthly land of Israel?

My Comment: I have responded to you with respect and curiosity. Disasters happen everywhere, but correct me if I’m wrong you seem to deny that Israel is the center of the endtime.

      17. Ivar,
How you dare say to Steve what you did is beyond me. You falsely accuse a Christian with all kinds of slander. Steve has quoted scripture explaining what he said. If you don’t like what he says, then you don’t like the written Word of God.

  6. Ivar, Here is a scripture for you to carefully consider.

1 Timothy 5:21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism.

  7. Ivar, Gloria, His truth and who ever else
    Consider this verse, Gal.2:15,16
I will tell you what I think it means and then anyone can respond.
We who are Jews by birth and not ‘Gentile sinners” 16. know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. Stop there.
Two people Jews and gentile sinners. Paul was speaking to fellow countrymen in the context. He says that by birth they are Jews because they know that justification come through faith in Jesus Christ. Think about that a moment. Their physical birth as an Israelite or Jew did not teach them that.
Their physical birth taught them that the law justified them. So what birth is it
that teaches that justification comes through faith in Christ? it is re-birth. Being born again. Jesus told Nicodemus that you must be born again. Paul says in Titus 3:5 …He saved us through the washing of re-birth and renewal by the holy Spirit.. Now if that hasn’t happened to one self then that person cannot claim the name of Jew. All that remains is Gentile sinner. Even Paul recognized his Israelite birth as insignificant. Not until he was born again did it make him a Jew. And any gentile sinner who is born again also is a Jew. Jesus is King of Jews not King of Israelites or Israelis. This is clearly New Testament teaching.

    1. TODD,
What you wrote and explained is scripture; it is the beautiful pure truth that I’ve been discussing also. God has used us to speak the truth to Ivar in chance that he might hear and understand. Grace and peace to you from our Father.

      1. Genesis 12:2 says: “I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing

Salvation is for jew and gentile alike.

But my point is this and written in God’s word in Ezekiel 38 to 39, whether you believe it or not: Those against the nation of Israel will face God’s wrath. It is written in his word. Read those chapters, seek Jesus. He is the only way.

      2. Dear Todd.

        Shalom.

        You asked:

What great Nation is God making from Abraham?

        My reply:

The great nation is Uganda. It is located in Africa, and the Bible talks about this land. I guess Uganda is mentioned in the Bible more than 500 times.

      3. Todd,

You asked: What great Nation is God making from Abraham?

My Comment: If you have to ask that question, then perhaps you should begin by reading Genesis 12 altogether.

Also read Ezekiel 38 and 39.

      4. Gloria said: Salvation is for jew and gentile alike.
But my point is this and written in God’s word in Ezekiel 38 to 39, whether you believe it or not: Those against the nation of Israel will face God’s wrath. It is written in his word. Read those chapters, seek Jesus. He is the only way.

My comment: Israel is of all nationalities who believe in God through Jesus Christ. How do you be a Christian and not know that? Christians here have been slandered, we Christians are Israel, and we have been called hell bound and told that the Jesus we believe in is fiction from the pit of hell. You should be concerned about people here breaking God’s command about not going against Israel.

      5. Dear His Truth.

        Shalom.

        You wrote:

        My comment:

There the Pandora box was finally opened. Another Jew-hater, and worshiper of Satan in the name of “Jesus”. You have been deceived by a copy-cat, that will take you down to the pits of Hell. I will not allow you to continue to comment on this blog. Jew-hate is not permitted.

If I see no regrets, your next message will be spammed.

  8. It seems to me that some people need to read Romans Chapter 11… just saying. What you guys are saying is absolutely 100%, not the truth. GOD warns us not to boast against the natural branches, which would be the Jews. He blinded them, and they will see again. Had it not been for His ultimate and perfect plan of salvation that came through the Jews….. neither you, nor I would have salvation to start with. I urge to read Romans chapter 11 carefully, and re-think your stance.

    GOD Bless!

    1. Dear Missy:

      You wrote:
What you guys are saying is absolutely 100%, not the truth.

What we have said is from scripture. Would you say that the Word is not the 100% truth?

GOD warns us not to boast against the natural branches, which would be the Jews.

I completely agree, in fact may of the verses we have shared explicity state that. I do not understand what you mean here.

Had it not been for His ultimate and perfect plan of salvation that came through the Jews

Salvation comes not from the Jews, but through faith in Jesus Christ.

      Ephesians 2:8

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

I urge to read Romans chapter 11 carefully, and re-think your stance.

Romans 11 could not be anymore clear. Gentiles are grafted into the olive tree that is Israel, but only because of Jews who are unbelievers. I do not boast this; in fact that very verse commands that we do not. This is an act of complete mercy on His part, of which I am eternally thankful.

      1. Steve,
I have been only speaking what the scriptures say. And as for what I have been reading of your posts, I have been also enjoying the truth that you have been trying to get across likewise. If you do not mind, there is a correction though to something you said to Missy. You said salvation does not come from the Jews. That is an incorrect statement. God bless.

John 4:22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.

      2. Dear His Truth,

I have read this passage, and I now see what Jesus is saying here. Thank you for this correction, and thank you for this blessing.

      1. Why would you say “Amen, Missy”? What type of spirit are you and Missy following to where you think someone is boasting against the Jews?

      2. I say Amen Missy, she realizes the importance of Gods promise to Israel and that God’s words are forever truth.

You somehow try to debase the importance of Israel, and try to say but what about the “rest of us?”

No one is saying that we aren’t just as important. But what we are pointing out is the importance Israel played in the beginning, and the importance Israel plays in the endtime.

And FYI: You ask what type of “spirit” am I? I follow Jesus Christ. I am a sinner who has accepted the sacrifice He made on the cross for all of us. And I will forever realize the important of Israel.

    2. The ultimate perfect plan of salvation came through God and his son. It was their plan from the beginning. I did not boast against the natural branch. The plan of salvation to all who believe, Jew ,Gentile, Barbarian , Scythian etc… was agreed upon by God the Father, and God the son from the beginning. Missy , I would like to hear your interpretation of Gal 2: 15,16.

  9. Sorry, I just figured out that I can sign in a different way. We, as gentiles, are grafted into the olive tree…. let us remember that when we speak against the Jews, we are not pleasing the LORD. If the Jews were insignificant as you say… then why in Revelations, as John saw the New Jerusalem descend from the sky… did he describe seeing the names of the twelve tribes of Israel on the walls of the city? Israel is spoken of and described in Romans, Galatians, Ephesians, and Revelation…. not mention many of the prophetic chapters of the Old Testament. I pray that you let the LORD lead you in this matter, and show you the truth. Again, GOD Bless!

  10. And to clarify what I am trying to point out…. is that you are in fact, boasting against the natural branches, because it seems as if you are trying to change the definition of what a Jew is…. and you cannot. That is a false statement friend! What you had written above tried to take away the definition of Israel and the Jewish people in prophecy. The Jewish people are still the line which Jesus Christ came through, and they will see again in GOD’s time- not yours or mine. Being saved by the blood of Jesus Christ does not make you Jewish, it makes you saved by grace, yet still a gentile. Read Romans Chapter 11 with an open heart, I implore you. And please do not ask “what Spirit I’m following”…. it doesn’t speak highly of character to do that, when someone is simply trying to debate with you or speak truth to you in love. I would never ask you that question unless I had a much better reason than that! GOD Bless!

    1. Missy,
No one has boasted against Israel. You have falsely accused someone of boasting against Israel, and that makes me wonder how it is that you are doing this. Tell me, what good is it in being a Jew if you reject Christ? Will you please answer that?

      1. His Truth,

I find that you and Todd are twisting the importance of Israel, and trying to convince us that they are not important at all.

That is odd to me since you both claim to follow Jesus Christ.

And might I point out this: HisTruth: you say someone is “falsely accusing you”. NO ONE has accused you of anything. This is a forum to debate, and one must not take things as insults to you, because we are discussing the Word of God, and I see no one that has insulted you.

Ezekiel 39 says: 25 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will now restore the fortunes of Jacob[d] and will have compassion on all the people of Israel, and I will be zealous for my holy name. 26 They will forget their shame and all the unfaithfulness they showed toward me when they lived in safety in their land with no one to make them afraid. 27 When I have brought them back from the nations and have gathered them from the countries of their enemies, I will be proved holy through them in the sight of many nations. 28 Then they will know that I am the LORD their God, for though I sent them into exile among the nations, I will gather them to their own land, not leaving any behind. 29 I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my Spirit on the people of Israel, declares the Sovereign LORD.”

In these verses alone you realize the importance of Israel. You realize that God’s word ring true forever, and you realize that though nations and nations attack Israel, Our God is forever faithful and will not leave his people nor his land defenseless.

Open up your eyes. Imagine you in front of your King, and when God asks you if you harbor any doubts that Israel was the great nation he said it would be? What would you guys answer, since you know that only Christ knows each of our hearts.

      2. Gloria,
I have been insulted here. You are answerable to God for all careless words to any of His children, whether or not it is over the Internet or in person.
My interest is on a heavenly country, not an earthly one.

      3. Dear His Truth.

        Shalom.

        My reply:

As the Editor in chief of this site, I will request you to quit. Do not inflict your self with the pain, of getting insulted. That you do not acknowledge that God of Israel is the same today as He was 3.000 years ago is your problem. That you feel insulted because we are telling you the truth about Israel and the Jewish people, is your choice. We will keep on telling the World the truth about the stern judgment all those who harm the Jewish people will face.

There seems to be nothing we can do to open your eyes. Only the Holy Spirit can do that.

The Word of God is plan language. All who will perish because of their rejection of the Fathers will in regards to the Jewish people, will have no excuse.

        Zechariah 14:12
This is the plague with which the LORD will strike all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.

This is going to be an ugly display of God’s judgment and power. My job is to call people to repent, or perish. Please do not harm Israel and the Jewish people.

      4. Ivar,
The only person on this site who has been trying to harm Israel is you. Christians don’t speak against other Christians who are of any nationality. Christians are Israel, and we harm no one.
You call someone hell bound and tell them not to take it personal is surely the character of a confused man.
It is a sadistic move of you to say all kinds of things to a person and really expect them not to defend themselves.

      5. Dear His Truth.

        Shalom.

I told you I would spam you, if I see no regrets. There is no regrets in this comment. Like Hitler and the Nazis you have told the readers of this blog to go against Israel. That is a message from the devil. You are not a Christian, but have been deceived to follow false Christianity. It is the editor who hold the spam button. Since you feel I am a sadist, please do not come back and inflict your self with more pain.

Jew-hate will not be permitted. You have expressed your views, and I will not permit your to continue.

      6. Dear all readers.

        Shalom.

I have spamed His Truth for Jew-hate. It will not be tolerated on this site. May Jesus the Messiah bless this lady, deliver her from deceptions, and show her who He really is. Amen.

      1. Dear Todd

        Shalom.

        You asked:

What is the biblical definition of a Jew,

        My reply:

A Jew is a man who eats beef made in Argentina. He came originally from the parts of the Andes mountains that belongs to Bolivia. He has his own style of worship, and pray with his eyes open when facing the moon.

      2. Dear Ivar,

        Romans 2:28-29

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

      3. Dear Steve

        Shalom.

After your anti-Jewish message, I will suggest to my co-editors to spam you. You have insulted God, without regrets. You Jew-hate will not be tolerated on this site.

Did you know that almost all Jews keep the Sabbath. I do not know to many Christians who rest on Sundays, or do not do any work on the day they are supposed to obey Him. All Jewish men are circumcised in their flesh. I do not know many people who believe in Jesus who keep this command. Still some wicked men like you, claim to be a Jew, and that Jews are not the real Jew.

You next message will be spamed if I do not see any regrets

      4. Dear Ivar,

I did not claim to be a Jew, and I am certainly not one. I am a Gentile. Why do you make this claim?

      5. Dear Steve.

        Shalom.

        You wrote:

I did not claim to be a Jew, and I am certainly not one. I am a Gentile. Why do you make this claim?

In your earlier message your wrote:

A Jew is not defined by his ethnicity or his upholding of Torah law, or even being born into the land of Israel; a Jew is defined by faith in Christ.

        My reply:

If a Jew is defined by “faith in Christ”, than the Jewish people can into existence when Jesus walked on Earth in flesh. This is falsehood. You make a mockery of the Bible, and the “Jesus” you claim to know.

The word “Jew” is mentioned in the book of Ezra, the book of Nehemiah and in the book of Eshter. The Jews are also mentioned in the book of Daniel and the book of Jeremiah. And finally in the book of Zechariah.

You need to repent from the falsehood you write, or I will spam you for Jew-hate.

      6. Ivar,

I assure you that I do not hate Jews, I merely used Romans 2:28-29 to explain this. If I have confused this verse, please explain to me what this passage means. I wish not to live in falsehood, but in truth.

      7. Dear Steve.

        Shalom.

        Romans 2:28-29.

A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

        My take on this:

King David was circumcised in His heart. That is why the Bible in the New Testament explains that The Holy Spirit speaks to us through Him.

        Mark 12:36
David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: “‘The Lord said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’

It is very important to understand that the Holy Spirit was not invented on the Day of Pentecost, like may Super Apostles have claimed. Father, Son and Spirit is One God. They have always been around.

The large majority of Jews I have spoken to do not reject that Jesus is the Messiah. They are all searching and looking for Him. But as long as the wail is there in front of their eyes. they can not fully understand.

There are also Jews who have rejected Jesus. Like many Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox Jews. Only Jesus can save them. If He is not willing, they will face eternity in Hell. Jesus was not able or willing to circumcising their heart.

      8. Thank you Ivar,

I understand. The church has not replaced Israel as the chosen people, instead we are His instrument, that can help those who are in unbelief.

      9. Dear Steve

        Shalom.

Thanks for understanding that I have used sharp ammunition in a bid to explain this point. God the Son, Jesus, loves His chosen people. Even those who does not deserve His love, and do not believe He is the Messiah.

But behold: He will hold them accountable, and He will reappear in Jerusalem. Many Jews will open their heart as the World aline their military and political forces against Israel. This hostile global army will force the Jews to cry out in His name. He will eventually be their only hope and solution.

May Jesus the Messiah bless you and keep you free from all kind of deceptions. Amen.

      10. Ivar
Thankyou and bless you for answering what is the biblical definition of a Jew. That answer never crossed my mind. I can always count on you to answer some of my most difficult questions

      11. Dear Todd.

        Shalom.

The Jews (Hebrew: יְהוּדִים‎‎ ISO 259-3 Yhudim Israeli pronunciation [jehu’dim]), also known as the Jewish people, are a nation and ethnoreligious group originating in the Israelites or Hebrews of the Ancient Near East. The Jewish ethnicity, nationality, and religion are strongly interrelated, as Judaism is the traditional faith of the Jewish nation.

        Source: Wikipedia.

      12. Dear Todd.

        Shalom.

        Dear Todd.

        You asked:

What was the nation God promised to build on Abraham?

Israel, or Israelites, are only mentioned 2431 times in the Bible.

  11. So do you think that Paul is an anti-Semitic? Read what Paul says in Galatians 3:28 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
How about what Paul says in Colossians 3:11, “Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.”
Or how about what Paul says in Romans 10:12, “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile–the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,”

  12. As I said, read Romans Chapter 11 and ask for guidance. GOD blinded the Jewish people, and He will make them see…. so do not ask me for the answer to this.. ask HIM. It lies in that chapter if you’ll only read it, and look past what you’ve selectively chosen to see. I promise you! The Jews reject Christ, because of the spirit of slumber that has been placed upon them…. that’s what the WORD says. GOD did that to them…. and had he not, Christ would never have been crucified to cover our sins. Think about that! Salvation would never have come to the gentiles if it weren’t for GOD’s beautiful, flawless plan that you’re questioning! I do not question it.. I praise HIM every day for it. And I bless the true Jewish people, for it is through them, that my Savior came. Israel is the apple of GOD’s eye… make no mistake. Those that stand against them, will be held accountable.

    1. Missy,
You assume that I haven’t read Romans 11 with the guidance from God, you assume wrong. You also said that God blinded the Jewish people and He will make them see. Where do you get from the scriptures that God will make them see? Please use scriptures. God does not make us believe in Him. I see that you don’t answer questions asked of you, why is that? Furthermore, you twist my words till they are unrecognizable, where do you get that I question God’s plan? Please, strive to stay in line with what is said in the Bible, and stay in line to what I actually say.

      1. John 12:

Belief and Unbelief Among the Jews
37 Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him. 38 This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet:
“Lord, who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”[h]

39 For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere:

40 “He has blinded their eyes
        and hardened their hearts,
so they can neither see with their eyes,
        nor understand with their hearts,
        nor turn—and I would heal them.”[i]

41 Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus’ glory and spoke about him.

42 Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved human praise more than praise from God.

44 Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.

47 “If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. 49 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. 50 I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”

      2. Gloria,
Haven’t you been reading my posts? I have stated more than once that the Jews who did not believe were hardened. You have only repeated what I’ve been saying all along. This shows that you are closed to trying to get along here. My statement to Missy was about staying closer to the words of God. Where in the Bible does it say that God will “make” someone believe?

    2. Dear Missy.

      Shalom.

      You wrote:

      1. Ivar,
If Missy is a child of God, then God is blessing her.
And Missy, we should bless all people, even our enemies.

  13. I never said we shouldn’t His Truth… Do not put words in my mouth. We are children of GOD, made by the same creator. We are to love one another as the Jewish Messiah loves us!:-)

  14. Ivar
    greetings once again
    1 Pet. 2:9
Peter speaking to God’s elect strangers in the world scattered throughout Pontus,Galatia,Cappadocia,Asia and Bithynia.
    he say’s in vs 9.
But you are a chosen people ,a royal priesthood, a holy nation,a people belonging to God, that may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people , but now you are the people of God.Once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
These were gentiles sinners who had received the mercy of God. They were chosen, and elected by God. This sounds like Israel to me. How can we differentiate this people from the Israel of old. It is the same Israel only difference is it includes Gentile sinners. ” but now you are the people of God”
And these people have the same inheritance as Abraham. These are the seed of Abraham, because they believed in Jesus. These are the same status as Old Israel

    1. Ivar
      Consider this
How can you have people who do not believe in God because they do not believe in Jesus nor have his spirit in them, and be called the people of God, then have a people chosen by God who are a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD’
who have his spirit in them and are the seed of Abraham and they are called Gods people. How can that be? And if that is the case, then God has Created a great confusion. But God is not a God of confusion. So both cannot exist. Israel of the bible is a chosen people and today that includes any one who by faith believes in Jesus. These are people who like Abraham have believed. There is no other Israel than this. These are the people who I love and they are brothers. This is God’s household. Eph.ch.2
God made the two one. The dividing wall of hostility has been removed. This was God’s plan from the beginning. Gods son was and is in agreement with the original plan from the beginning and was key player to make it happen. thats why today their is no one people who are better
than another. All have been bound over to disobedience so that all men can receive mercy. This is the great nation that God was making from Abraham. Do you believe this
Peace and blessing to you today

      1. Dear Todd

The Holy Spirit has gathered the Jewish people back home to Israel. Why? Not because the Jewish people deserve to be gathered back home, nor because they acknowledge that the Holy Spirit has done so.

It is important that the Holy Spirit is always in agreement with Father and Son. The Father can not gathered His people back Home, in disagreement with the Son and Holy Spirit.

The challenge is that many who believe in “Jesus” thinks that Jesus is just a New Testament figure. He is not. He is also the author of the Prophetic Word, and will fulfill all prophecies. The Jews are His people either their want to be or not. He is their King even among those who do not want Him to be their King. They are His subjects. Many of them are not saved, and will not make it to the Kingdom of Heaven. But home to Israel they all will go, because God of the Bible has said so.

        A Royal Priesthood?

The majority of the Jews are absolutely not so. Neither are all who claim to be Christians, “a Royal priesthood”, nor act like that. We all fails, makes Jesus not happy, and are in need mercy and grace. So do the Jewish people.

Those who can see the hand of God in the fulfillment of the Prophetic Word, can also see a living God. The state of Israel and the regathering of the Jewish people is the biggest miracle of our times, and the best proof there is that Jesus is the Messiah.

        Matthew 5:17
[ The Fulfillment of the Law ] “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

      2. Dear Missy

        Shalom.

Thanks for blessing me. May Jesus the Messiah bless you today in a special way. May some of your not saved family members be saved by Him. Amen.

      3. Thank you very much… please keep my brother, Scott in your prayers. He has strayed away, and he knows better. It’s a bad situation… that’s all I can say. I have been praying and the LORD is keeping him up many nights… though he doesn’t know why. Time is very short… and I pray that he’ll be ready.

GOD Bless you friend.. I just started a page on facebook and I share your articles with my readers daily:-)

        https://www.facebook.com/restoringcouragethrufaith

For those who are interested… it’s a Christian based page in support of Israel and GOD’s chosen people. It’s growing and the LORD blesses me through it daily. There are several Messianic Jews that are part of the page. It’s wonderful! 🙂
