The Obama administration said for the first time that it supports a role for groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, a banned Islamist organization, in a reformed Egyptian government.
The organization must reject violence and recognize democratic goals if the U.S. is to be comfortable with it taking part in the government, the White House said.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said that a reformed government “has to include a whole host of important nonsecular actors that give Egypt a strong chance to continue to be [a] stable and reliable partner.”
The Muslim Brotherhood, the largest and best-organized Egyptian opposition group, advocates tearing up Egypt’s peace treaty with Israel. (Los Angeles Times)

My comment:
The US handling of the crisis in Egypt, is the height of hypocrisy.
While Obama hailed Honsi Mubarak as a friends one month ago, today the President of Egypt has entered into the bad books.
And while the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt has been banned as an Islamic terrorist organization, Obama has suddenly seen something good in them. They are in fact invited by the US President to be a part of the transformation of Egypt into a “democracy”.
We have seen this in Lebanon. The US banned Hizb”Allah as a terrorist organization. When there was a need for a “unity” government in Beirut, Washington conveniently changed their doctrine. The military wing of Hizb’Allah is bad, but the political wing does “a lot of good”. Today the Prime Minister in Lebanon is from Hizb”Allah.
Likewise, the US will find a way to legitimize Radical Islam also in Egypt. Because Obama has branded Islam as “a great religion of peace”, not the problem that blocks any path to a honest and lasting “peace”.

Now this is interesting. Obama wants The Muslim Brotherhood to make Egypt ‘a democracy’. What does that tell us about ‘democracy’?
One thing is certain, and that is that ‘democracy’ is not what it is purported to be.
Not leastly, if we consider that in light of what ‘democracy’ is said to mean, islam is not even close to it.
The real meaning of ‘democracy’ is this: Demos comes from the Greek ‘Daimon’ meaning “Multitudes”, “Masses”, and is the Greek word that was replaced by the Latin “Legion” in the New Testament, with the same meaning; “Multitudes”; “Masses”.
Thus: Democracy means: Control with the Masses, Multitudes.
Res Publica, which is the Latin basis for our English word Republic means “Of the People”, which is clearly stated by Abraham Lincoln in the Gettysburg Address: “A government of the people, by the people, for the people”.
Time to make a check up of your vocabulary?
The Muslim Brotherhood knows absolutely nothing about democracy. It is not because they haven’t had time to learn but because it is against everything they stand for. They have no useful purpose in life. They are without honor, dignity or respect for human life. They serve a cruel yet false god. They will receive no rewards on the other side. Only eternal damnation.
