US Air Force came close to detonating an atom bomb over North Carolina in 1961, when a B-52 bomber broke up in mid-air.

A secret document, published in declassified form for the first time by the Guardian today, reveals that the US Air Force came dramatically close to detonating an atom bomb over North Carolina that would have been 260 times more powerful than the device that devastated Hiroshima.

The document, obtained by the investigative journalist Eric Schlosser under the Freedom of Information Act, gives the first conclusive evidence that the US was narrowly spared a disaster of monumental proportions when two Mark 39 hydrogen bombs were accidentally dropped over Goldsboro, North Carolina on 23 January 1961.

The bombs fell to earth after a B-52 bomber broke up in mid-air, and one of the devices behaved precisely as a nuclear weapon was designed to behave in warfare: its parachute opened, its trigger mechanisms engaged, and only one low-voltage switch prevented untold carnage.

My comment:

Many people believe that mankind is getting smarter and smarter. The truth is that mankind is getting more and more foolish.

The very fact that human beings can destroy all life on the face in the Earth, is the ultimate foolishness. And most people have become so lukewarm and hedonistic, that they do longer reflect on this issue.

In our so-called “modern” times we have also created the Holocaust, and now we are manipulating our food, and add toxic items to eatables.

The USA should be careful is their rhetoric related to nuclear arms. Washington is the only nation who have fried hundreds of thousands of people, using nuclear arms on two cities in Japan.

If we are going to use the Americans own logic: The World can not become a better place, without the USA surrender their weapons of mass destruction to the United Nations. My best guess, is that this will forever be a non-starter.

The truth is that a self-destructive, wicked and lost mankind will not be able to save them selves. All man have to renounce this evil generation, to escape the coming judgment. Only the blood of Jesus the Messiah can save you. Only the Messiah have paid for the utter foolishness and sins of mankind, with His own blood.

Kerry: Egyptian military restored democracy

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the Egyptian military did not take over but instead was “restoring democracy” in Egypt.

The military overthrew President Mohammed Morsi after protests by millions of people. They demanded Morsi step down after a year as Egypt’s first democratically elected president. The military then installed a civilian interim government and called for elections next year.

The Obama administration has refused to call the ouster a coup. That designation that would cut off USB 1.3 billion in annual military aid to Egypt.

Kerry says millions of people asked the military to intervene because they were afraid the country would descend into violence.

My comment:

This kind of statements from John Kerry should lead to some interesting reflections about democracy.

First, related to the very definition of democracy.

No longer is democracy defined by elections, where a majority of the people decides who shall run the government. From no onwards, it will be who has the military might on their side, who are the true democratic forces.

If the military had remained with the Muslim Brotherhood, it would have been the Muslim Brotherhood who protected democracy in Egypt. But when the Military ousted the Muslim Brotherhood, the generals became the protector of justice, and the voice of the people.

The problem with this kind of New Age definition of democracy, is that elections only becomes a guidance for the Generals. This is typical for all dictatorships that the USA has supported in Latin America, North Africa and South East Asia.

Not too unlikely, the Muslim Brotherhood will win the next election in Egypt. And to reinstall democracy, the military will again have to remove the Islamic political forces.

If we apply this kind of thinking to America, we will see that democracy do not fit the Americans. Because in the USA the generals have no guts to oust the Obama regime, who spy on all, and gradually set the US constitution aide.

Welcome to the age of confusion, where the World is lead by a confused leadership. Not knowing that they are taking all of us down the wrong path, that leads through the broad gates of destruction.

Obama ran a campaign promising change. We all have seen the fruits.

The world has not seen anything like this before. At least James Bond had to run for the money.

It is quite an irony that the USA accused totalitarian China of cyber crimes. Before it was disclosed that Uncle Sam is the biggest goon of them all.
