Chaos in Israel: Do not know how to deal with Iran

Former Mossad head Danny Yatom says Israel can’t afford to wonder if Tehran “will go crazy and throw a bomb on us”.

Former Mossad top Danny Yatom warns that to deal with Iran will be painful for Israel.

Yatom also says “painful” IDF response would stop rocket fire from Hezbollah and Hamas.

Iran’s nuclear sites, no matter how destructive, can never be as bad for Israel as an Iran armed with nuclear weapons, former Mossad chief Danny Yatom said on Wednesday at a security conference at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar-Ilan University.

Yatom took up a position that is diametrically opposed to that of another former Mossad chief, Meir Dagan, who sparked significant controversy by stating earlier this year that an attack on Iran would be a foolish move that would lead to a war with an unknown outcome.

My comment:

The last days will be full of chaos, violence and confusion.

Israel knows that a nuclear Iran will bring doom to the Zionist state. But how to deal with the Jew-haters in Tehran, is a hot topic among Jews.

To do nothing, became costly in the 1930-ties.  The leadership in Israel has swore an oat that another Holocaust shall not become an exclusive Jewish genocide. But a genocide that will include hundred of millions of people who betrayed and attacked the Jewish nation with weapons of mass destruction.

Jesus the Messiah is the center of Psalm 2. Elohim Israel speaks to His Messiah, and talks about the age that will come, when the Earth will be ruled by Him with an iron rod.

Psalm 2:8-10

8 Ask me,
   and I will make the nations your inheritance,
   the ends of the earth your possession.
9 You will break them with a rod of iron[a];
   you will dash them to pieces like pottery.”

 10 Therefore, you kings, be wise;
   be warned, you rulers of the earth.

The World sits an watch “Big brother” on TV, rather than to be engaged in what is needed to remove the cancer that rules in Tehran.  The International community all got the same decease, when they did not remove the mad man in Berlin, before it was to late.

Saudi official: Riyadh will seek nukes if Iran gets them

The Iranian dictator President and the Saudi dictator King hand in hand.

Saudi Arabia would be forced to seek nuclear weapons if Iran became nuclear-armed, the Guardian quoted a senior Saudi official as saying on Wednesday.

“We cannot live in a situation where Iran has nuclear weapons and we don’t. It’s as simple as that,” the official said. “If Iran develops a nuclear weapon, that will be unacceptable to us and we will have to follow suit,” the official said, clarifying an earlier statement from Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal.

My comment:

The Arabs and Persians are like cats and dogs. They display the old saying: “My enemy’s enemy is my best friend”.

Saudi Arabia and Iran are two radical opposites in the Islamic World. Still they both claim to be followers of Muhammad, and to know their “god” “allah”.

But in regards to trusting each others, the Sunny Muslim in the Saudis have more faith in Americans than in Iranian Shia Muslims.

Hand in hand in one moment, and bitter enemies in the next. The true face of the double minded not honest followers of Islam.

While the US and Saudi Arabia has a defense agreement, the Iranian’s look up on America as the greater Satan.

Israel is branded as “little Satan”.

While Israel most likely have had nuclear weapons since 1973, this nuclear capability has not triggered a Saudi Arabian demand for such weapons.

A honest Saudi will privately admit that Israel has no offensive intentions in the Middle East, but rather would use such weapons as a last option if faced with the ultimate Holocaust.

The Saudis to not trust Iranians for a second. The Fascist priestly regime in Tehran is willing to use a possible nuclear capability to pressure and blackmail other Muslim Nations to submission to its supremacy in the Islamic World.

An Iranian nuclear bomb is a equal horrific possibility for the Saudis, as it is for the Jews home in Israel.

Fake unity for the sake of the media, or true unity?

The Saudis feels the need to have a terror balance with Tehran. The logic is: ” If you nuke us, we will nuke you”. If so: This seems to be the only way to bring an end to the civil war within Islam. Total destruction.

 1 Thessalonians 5:3
While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

What a mad, mad world we live in.

Analyst: Deterance won’t work with Iran

VOA’s Susan Yackee spoke about such a scenario with Evan Braden Montgomery, a Research Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments.

Iran's leaders think they will do the world a favor by starting a nuclear war in the Middle East.

According to Montgomery, adding a nuclear component would, first of all, further destabilize an already unstable relationship between Iran and Israel. And it would, he believes, create a situation in which both countries would have an incentive to “strike first” in the event of a crisis, even despite the enormous potential cost.

Second, says Montgomery, a nuclear Iran could be emboldened to lend broader support to proxies in the region, such as Hezbollah and Hamas or forces in Afghanistan and Iraq intent on destabilizing the governments of those countries.

Asked whether deterrence in the case of Iran is a viable option, Montgomery says that it, along with containment seems to be emerging as the default option for dealing with a nuclear-armed Iran in the future.

He cautions, though, that this strategy might not work as well as it did between adversaries during the Cold War, when the U.S. had formal treaty arrangements with allies and hundreds of thousands of troops in Western Europe to deter a Soviet attack. Montgomery believes that such an arrangement would be impossible to replicate between the U.S. and its allies in the Middle East today.

My comment;

During the Cold War, the US and the Soviet Union disagreed on a lot, but they agreed on one basic point; it is better to be alive than dead.

The Shi’ite Moslem leaders of Iran wouldn’t necessarily agree with this idea.  Their interpretation of the Koran has given them the idea that in order to save the world, it is necessary to destroy it. Setting the world on fire will force the appearance of the 12 Imam, very important messianic figure in Shi’ite Islam who will emerge from where he is “hidden” and usher in the final era of human history during which the world will unite in a perfect peace under the banner of Shi’ite Islam.

The Iranian leadership is EAGER to die in a war against the “infidel” Christians and Jews because they believe it will secure them a choice place in paradise. They also think that they will be doing the world a favor by starting a global conflagration by launching a nuclear war in the Middle East, because this is how they believe they will motivate the 12 Hidden Imam to appear on the world stage.

Needless to say, this is insane.

I have said before in this blog that it is impossible to argue with an insane ideology because you have no common frame of reference.  The only possible response to this situation is to pray that God will strengthen the Bible Believing underground church in Iran, which is rumored to have over a million followers. They are the only hope for Iran, just as Jesus Christ is the only hope for the Human Race.

China Threatens Nuclear War

The Chinese military would consider a pre-emptive nuclear strike if it had no other way to defend itself in a war against another nuclear-armed state, Kyodo News said Jan. 5, citing Chinese documents.

The policy, called “Lowering the threshold of nuclear threats” may indicate a shift from China’s pledge not to first fire nuclear weapons under any circumstances. U.S. military experts have argued since around 2007 that Beijing may have shown signs of altering its pledge of no first use of nuclear weapons.

Taiwan’s lawmakers expressed concern on Wednesday over the European Union’s (EU’s) possible lifting of its arms embargo on China.

The EU imposed an arms embargo on China after the Tiananmen Square crackdown in 1989, but calls to lift it have emerged in recent years. The French newspaper Le Figaro reported on Dec. 30 that, according to a source close to EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, the lifting of the embargo “could happen very quickly.”

The newspaper said that the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Germany had lowered their opposition to the idea.

My comment;

China’s declaration that it might use nuclear weapons if it felt it was being overwhelmed by a conventional attack is very serious. It’s a big step down a short road to nuclear weapons becoming just another tool that armies use to fight, instead of the proverbial “doomsday weapon” whose use is all but unthinkable by rational people.

This declaration can be added to China’s deplorable human rights record, support for criminal dictatorships and sundry other acts which put it outside the community of civilized nations. The fact that the EU is seriously considering lifting an embargo against selling high tech weapons and military equipment to feed the military power of this evil giant, which is unapologetically threatening its democratic neighbors, is a testament to the moral bankruptcy and economic desperation which informs the thinking of post-Christian European leaders.

If this is how they act in East Asia, how can we expect them to act any differently in the Middle East, where the only democracy, Israel, is threatened by despotic governments and terrorists who have lots of money?

Jesus said in the End Times there would be an increase in violence and lawlessness. This is to be expected, and the only thing we can do about it is pray for our own safety and the safety and salvation of those we love, and pray for our leaders to have wisdom to deal with these situations.
