Indian judge says pre-marital sex “immoral”

A judge in the Indian capital, Delhi, has said that pre-marital sex is “immoral” and against the “tenets of every religion”.

Sex is a god given thing, that belongs to married couples of one man and one woman.
Sex is a god given pleasure, that belongs to married couples of one man and one woman.

Judge Virender Bhat made the remarks after ruling that sex between two adults on the promise of marriage did not amount to rape.

Pre-marital sex remains a cultural taboo in India.

Last year, a court in Delhi said live-in relationships were immoral and an “infamous product of Western culture”.

Judge Bhat presides over a fast-track court set up in the Indian capital to dispose of cases relating to sexual offences against women.

He made his latest remarks while clearing a man employed with a multinational company of charges of rape.

The 29-year-old had been arrested after a woman working in a different company lodged a complaint of rape against him in 2011.

The woman alleged that the man had sex with her after promising marriage.

“In my opinion, every act of sexual intercourse between two adults on the assurance of promise of marriage does not become rape, if the assurance or promise is not fulfilled later on by the boy,” Judge Bhat was quoted as saying by the Press Trust of India.

“When a grown up, educated and office-going woman subjects herself to sexual intercourse with a friend or colleague on the latter’s promise that he would marry her, she does so at her own peril. She must be taken to understand the consequences of her act and must know that there is no guarantee that the boy would fulfil his promise.

“He may or may not do so. She must understand that she is engaging in an act which not only is immoral but also against the tenets of every religion. No religion in the world allows pre-marital sex,” the judge added.

In 2010, the Supreme Court dismissed a number of cases against a Tamil actress who spoke in support of the right of women to have pre-marital sex. The court also endorsed the right of unmarried couples to live together.

Actress Kushboo was accused of “outraging public decency” and 22 cases were filed against her in 2005.

My comment:

While lesser and lesser part of the Post-Christian west have any clue about the word “moral”, India shines bright in the night.

Despite being mostly populated by Hindus, most of the Indian’s agree that good moral is to wait till after marriage before having sex.

In the west, very few young virgin’s are getting married. Fornication and sexual immorality is a widespread disease.

And by the way. There are laws in India against sodomy. This laws protect the natural family, of one husband and one wife, raising the next generation.

Praise Jesus the Messiah for the better part of family values in India.

India get centralized monitoring unit of all citizens

India establish Central Monitoring System – a project that gives it access to everything its citizens do over the country’s communications services.

To get subsidized food in India, a poor man must give his biometric data.
To get subsidized food in India, a poor man must give his biometric data.

Usually, people claiming their governments are spying on them are considered merely paranoids or conspiracy-lovers. But in the last several years, it has become hard to really tell the difference between those conspiracy theories and reality.

During the last couple of weeks, India’s government has started rolling out what it refers to as the Central Monitoring System – a project that gives it access to everything its citizens do over the country’s communications services. The system tracks phone calls, SMS and online activities like chats and e-mails, and gives authorities a way to easily monitor citizens.

Such systems aren’t a new idea. The U.S has been considering such an idea since September 11, and maybe even longer. The problem with India’s implementation, passed as a bill after the Mumbai bombing in 2008 and again in  2011, is the lack of rules to prevent what privacy advocates are calling an “abuse” of the system.

Many activists, both in India and abroad, are worried that the government will interpret the basic principle allowing it to use the tool for “reasonable security practices and procedures” as widely as it can, preventing anyone from criticizing it without facing allegations like treason or support of terrorism.

India, however, is not the only country trying to get the ability to monitor its citizens’ behavior on-line.
China and North Korea are the most known cases, blocking access to websites and logging all internet activity. It is believed the Chinese government even uses local tech companies exporting communications systems to other countries (i.e Huawei, ZTE) to spy on governments, companies and civilian life.

Last February, The Guardian uncovered a spying software developed for the U.S military in 2010 by Raytheon, called Rapid Information Overlay Technology (Riot). The software is able to track social network users, logging images, location etc. from Facebook, Twitter and other major internet services, mapping people’s travel habits and connections.

Late last month, Israeli Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein confirmed that security officials at Ben-Gurion Airport can order tourists give them access to their e-mail accounts, threatening them with denial of entry if they refuse.

In a letter sent to the Association for Civil Rights in Israel  (ACRI), following a June 2012 scandal which led to fierce criticism on the government, Weinstein wrote the policy is backed up by law, and is only used in case of “relevant suspicious signs” and with the passengers’ consent. In response, Lila Margalit from ACRI said “Such ‘consent’ – given under threat of deportation – cannot serve as a basis for such a drastic invasion of privacy”.

My comment:

It should not surprise anyone, that India takes the lead in the World in regards to electronic monitoring.

Inside India there are 300-400 million illiterate people. They can not read written messages in classical media.  They need to be given AUDIO-messages, and instructed in details what do do.

To communicate with + 300 million people is impossible, without electronic transmission. And to be able to “talk to all”, they must all be tagged and be traceable.

For many India is chaotic, and not possible to monitor.  That will change rapidly, when all Indians are electronically tagged. Even in their sleep, people will receive electronic impulses that comes as in the form of government approved visions and dreams.

The Indian government link electronic tagging to the access to basic provision. One million analog ration cards are replaced daily with the electronic AADHAAR card.  If you do not and register online, and confine your self for registration of biometric data. you will not be able to buy subsidized cocking gas.

For the poorer section of the population in India, there are no other alternative than to get this card.  If you do not accept this “electronic mark”, you will not get food.  A hungry man will eventually not object, to be tagged with a small electronic stamp or mark.

Welcome to the days of the the final antichrist. His global system for total control is being built. The speed is highest in India.

No rations for 720 millions Indians without “unique ID”

The majority of Indians will have to give the Government their biometric data. If they wants their ration support to continue.

A man from the poorer sectors in India ready to give his biometric data in exchange for food.
A man from the poorer sectors in India ready to give his biometric data in exchange for food.

The Indian Government has started a project to collect finger prints and biometrical data from 720 million people. They have all been entitled to food and fuel at discounted rates, identified by analog Ration cards.

The government has now started a project where sponsorship will only be transferred directly into a persons bank account. To be insisted in this scheme, the receiver of governmental aid will have to give either finger prints or biometric data.

After giving such prof of ID, the concerned person will get a unique digital 12 digit number.  This number will be used to open an bank account for the transfer of Governmental money.  The number will also be used for other purposes, and if possible, in all communication and interaction with the Government.

The project in India is named “Aadhaar”.

This is what is written on the official website of the Indian government:

Aadhaar-based identification will have two unique features:
Universality, which is ensured because Aadhaar will over time be recognised and accepted across the country and across all service providers.

Every resident’s entitlement to the number.

The number will consequently form the basic, universal identity infrastructure over which Registrars and Agencies across the country can build their identity-based applications.
Unique Identification of India (UIDAI) will build partnerships with various Registrars across the country to enrol residents for the number.

A Indian test the finger print copier used by the Government.
An Indian test the finger print copier used by the Government.

Such Registrars may include state governments, state Public Sector Units (PSUs), banks, telecom companies, etc. These Registrars may in turn partner with enrolling agencies to enrol residents into Aadhaar.

They (service providers) would no longer have to deny services to residents without identification documents.

Residents would also be spared the trouble of repeatedly proving identity through documents each time they wish to access services such as obtaining a bank account, passport, or driving license etc.

By providing a clear proof of identity, Aadhaar will empower poor and underprivileged residents in accessing services such as the formal banking system and give them the opportunity to easily avail various other services provided by the Government and the private sector.

The centralised technology infrastructure of the UIDAI will enable ‘anytime, anywhere, anyhow’ authentication. Aadhaar will thus give migrants mobility of identity.

Aadhaar authentication can be done both offline and online, online authentication through a cell phone or land line connection will allow residents to verify their identity remotely.

Remotely, online Aadhaar-linked identity verification will give poor and rural residents the same flexibility that urban non-poor residents presently have in verifying their identity and accessing services such as banking and retail.

Aadhaar will also demand proper verification prior to enrolment, while ensuring inclusion. Existing identity databases in India are fraught with problems of fraud and duplicate or ghost beneficiaries. To prevent these problems from seeping into the Aadhaar database, the UIDAI plans to enrol residents into its database with proper verification of their demographic and biometric information.

My comment:

Think if you had to give your biometric data, to be able to open a bank-account?

And if you did not let the Government to take a photo of your iris, you would simply not be able to get an ID-card, and nor be able to buy or sell anything.  This would be the very end of you supplies of food.

Seems like India is catching up on the Global effort to electronically “tag” all human beings.  It seems like we all will be treated like a commodity, and be forced to accept a new 12 digits number, today used as bar-codes in every supermarket on the face of the Earth.

The book of Revelation speaks about a number and a mark that shall be enforced on people. Those who say “no, thank you” will be forced to go back to the good old barter trade.

Are you ready?

India offers 10 USD billion aid to the eurozone

India on Tuesday committed to extend a USD 10 billion lifeline to help ailing Eurozone countries grappling with a sovereign debt crisis.

Sonia Gandhi is a born Catholic from Italy. Now she and PM Manmohan Singh gives Europe some financial aid.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh announced India’s contribution to the International Monetary Fund’s $456 billion bailout corpus at the G-20 summit at the Mexican resort of Los Cabos.

India’s commitment is part of the BRICS funding estimated to be around $75 billion, out of which China’s contribution will be USD 43 billion. Like India, Brazil and Russia pledged USD10 billion each, while South Africa offered $2 billion.

My comment:

It must be a great feeling for all Indians, that India finally offers the helpless Europeans some financial aid.

For hundreds of years, the colonial European powers burned, crippled and killed Indians, in a bid to control this nation who accounts for 1,2 billion souls.

The Kingdom of Portugal and Spain were in union during their onslaught on India. This kingdom represented one of the colonial powers who committed most crimes against humanity in India.

The worst part of the Roman Catholic onslaught on India took place from 1498 to around 1520. Their criminal activities  kept hundreds of millions of people in India away from the living God, Jesus of Nazareth. The Indians could simply not phantom that such evil could represent the Messiah who walked in Israel 2.000 years ago.

The Portuguese attacked and burned almost all ancient Jewish settlements on the west coast of India. On their onslaught on Goa in November 1510, they massacred more than 6.000 people within three days. From 1560 to 1812, more than 16.000 people are arrested, and condemned during the Inquisition of Goa. In the hundreds, Jews, Hindus, and Thomas Christians were burnt at stake.

Indians who refused to accept Catholics from Portugal as Christians were right. Such criminals had absolutely nothing to do with Biblical Christianity. They were all filled with the spirit of antichrist.

If Europe ever is going to pay back what they destroyed or stole in India up to its independence in 1947, the bill would be in tens of trillions USD.

It is my prayer, that the Nation of India will understand the difference between the antichrists among us, and a Jew called Yeshua. That the Indians will be given a chance to repent, and be baptized. May they be found in the Kingdom of Heaven. Amen.
