Global hypocricy on Israeli naval blocade on Islamic terrorgroup Hamas

International law gives Israel the right to stop ships who tries to end the naval blockade on Hamas, even at their port of origin.

The Cuban Missiles crisis in October 1962. Russian ships are intercepted by the US Navy in International waters off Cuba.

A maritime blockade is a tool countries can employ during an armed conflict to stop the passage of weapons and other goods to a country or entity. Israel has imposed one on Gaza since January 3, 2009, during Operation Cast Lead.

Under the San Remo Manual, a 1994 legally recognized but nonbinding document from the International Institute of Humanitarian Law dealing with blockades and armed conflicts.

The US enforced a naval blockade of Cuba. Just as Israel do with the Hamas.

This is widely held to be the international standard for blockades.

Countries can intercept a vessel that is trying to breach the blockade as soon as it leaves its port of origin if the vessel is clear in its purpose to illegally enter waters.

This is what a legal adviser to the Foreign Ministry who is an expert in maritime law explained.

The official added that blockades are always imposed in international waters, and ships trying to breach the blockade are intercepted even further out, to give the military enough time to intercept it before it reaches land.

My comment:

Did the Americans have the right to stop the Russian ships in International waters off Cuba in October 1962?

Maybe the US should have allowed Russia to break the naval blockade, and give Castro the weapons he desired?

Leftists politicians and Islam agree with Hamas.  They use the same arguments against Israel as Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev used in his letter to US President Kennedy in 1962:

The US quarantine of “navigation in international waters and air space” constituted “an act of aggression propelling humankind into the abyss of a world nuclear-missile war.”

But the Pentagon paid no respect to the Russian viewpoints:

“US Secretary of defense McNamara noted that another tanker, the Grozny, was about 600 miles (970 km) out and should be intercepted” .

USS Carter Hall stopping a ship from delivering "aid" to Iran in 2008.

The United States has also used Naval blockage as a tool in our most recent days. In august 2008, the US enforced a naval blockade on Iran in the Persian Gulf.

Was this kind of a naval blockade justified?

Lets see what the website Global Research says:

Extensive war games were held off the US Atlantic Coastline under “Operation Brimstone” in late July.
These war games were activated shortly after the submission in the US House of Representatives (May 22), of a bill (H CON 362) which called upon the Bush administration to carry out an economic blockade directed against Iran.

With the logic of Turkey, and other supporters of Hamas, Israel has no right to stop any ships in International waters. They are wrong.

Israel has a right to do so, and must do so. This is war, and the enemies of Israel bids for her delegitimization and destruction.

Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD himself, is the Rock eternal.

Castro: NATO bigger threat to Libya than Gaddafi

NATO might invade Libya in a matter of hours.

Dictators do better in wax, than in real life. Here from Madam Tussaud.

This is a claim inside an email from long term Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. It was sent to members of the Parliament in Norway.

The Norwegian politicians were puzzled with this message.

The message from Castro was:

“You can agree or disagree with Gaddafi. But its seems obvious that the US Government is not interested in peace in Libya. Washington would not think for a second, before using NATO to invade Libya and secure the oil fields. This might happen in a matter of hours”.

Source: The Norwegian newspaper VG.

My comment:

Oil reserves in Libya are the largest in Africa and the ninth largest in the world with 41.5 billion barrels (as of 2007. Oil production was 1.8 million barrels per day as of 2006.

Fidel Castro might have some points about the US not having good motives behind its Middle East policies. But you can be sure that the US wants the region to be peaceful. Instability dangers the oil import to America.

But the US do not mind using brutal dictators as their puppets in the region, to keep “peace”. That is hypocrisy of its worst kind, from a nations who claims to be the very protector of democracy and human rights.

I do not sit with the deceitful, nor do I associate with hypocrites.

Banana republican Netanyahu apologizes to US Law maker for praising Castro

Fidel Castro looked towards Israel, and is one of the few World leaders who have rebuked Mahmuod Ahmadinejad for Jew-hate.

In a September interview with Atlantic reporter Jeffrey Goldberg, Castro defended Israel and Jews and criticized Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s threats and Holocaust denial.

Castro’s surprising support for Israel, leading to praise from Netanyahu and a friendly letter from President Shimon Peres.

But Republican Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a senior Republican House member from a south Florida district with many anti-Castro Cuban exiles and Havana-born herself, demanded that Netanyahu retract his statements.

On his visit to the US two weeks ago, the prime minister called the lawmaker by phone and apologized.

Benjamin Netanyahu has lately acted like a banana republican.

She is an incoming chairwoman of the influential House Foreign Affairs Committee and an unflinching supporter of Israel.

Ros-Lehtinen is viewed in Jerusalem as a key figure for off-setting the rough treatment the Obama administration has been dealing out to Netanyahu’s government on its settlements policy.

My comment:

It looks like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is caught somewhere between the devil and the deep blue sea.

When someone, who does not like the US, praises Israel, should the Israel Government restrain it self from hailing the positive remark?

This kind of dhimme Jewish attitude can not be accepted in regards to Islam. Neither is it a singe day better if is a US law maker that can force the Israeli leadership to crawl along the floor.

Who is the US Law maker that Benjamin Netanyahu was forced to bow before?

Us Law maker Ros-Lethinen pointed a finger towards Netanyahu, and the Israeli leader bowed.

Lets read from Wikipedia:

She is not a co-sponsor of the Uniting American Families Act.

But she supports anti-hate crime laws, anti-discrimination bills, believes gays and lesbians should be allowed to serve openly in the armed forces.

She is a sponsor of the Domestic Partnership Benefits and Obligations Act, voted against the Federal Marriage Amendment.

(end of wikipedia).

Not only is she a lesbian and gay activist, she is also a con woman killer, who would like to get the freshest Cuban lover of Israel inside a coffin ASP.

Again from Wikipedia:

Ros-Lehtinen stirred controversy by calling for the assassination of Cuban Leader Fidel Castro. She appears in the British documentary 638 Ways to Kill Castro, saying: “I welcome the opportunity of having anyone assassinate Fidel Castro and any leader who is oppressing the people.”

This US Law makers support of Israel can also be put in question.

Ros-Lehtinen’s maternal grandparents were Sephardic Jews from Turkey who had been active in Cuba’s Jewish community. Her mother later converted to Catholicism.

It must be said that Israeli leaders must not become dhimme to such wicked people like this lady. She is no longer Jewish, but a Catholic convert. Catholic born Castro, who turned to atheism, seems to be a more honest supporter of Israel at his very old age.

Bibi: Please pick up your Hebrew Bible, and read the first Psalm:

Psalms 1:1

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers.

God of Israel do sometimes use fools to make the wisdom of the wise look like what it really is “Foolishness”.

Proverbs 12:15
The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.

1 Corinthians 3:18
Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
