Norway: PM hires taxi “passengers” for PR-stunt

It has emerged that some of the people in a video of Norwegian PM taxi driver, were paid for taking part.

The country’s ruling Labour Party confirmed that five of 14 passengers filmed in the cab had each been paid 500 kroner (£55; USD 85; 64 euros).

But while they had been asked to take part in a Labour video, they were not told what it involved, it said.
The PM said he wanted to hear from real voters before polls next month.

His party, in power since 2005, is trailing Norway’s Conservative Party in opinion polls.

The video, made in collaboration with an advertising company in June, is due to be screened during the election campaign but has already been posted on Mr Stoltenberg’s Facebook page.

My comment:

Democracy in Norway has for a long time been sold out to PR agents and advertisement agencies. The Norwegian PM is surely not unknown to corruption. The last two years several minister has been caught in “favoring” close friends, without a single resignation.

The Norwegian government is one of the largest contributor of money to Islamic terror groups. A couple of years ago, the Norwegian PM Jens Stoltenberg let a cabinet minster put pressure on the Government of Israel, to release a convicted Aram murderer. Just like Obama is doing today, through his puppets in the PLO.

If the Norwegian M could by the election, 500 NOK (80 US dollar) per vote is a high price to pay. But it would be less that what Norway has gifted to the Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood and the PLO over the past decade.

The sad news for Norway, is that the Conservative party seems to be equally committed to the Islamic agenda as the ruling Labor party. So badly has the indoctrination of the Norwegians been over the last decades, that there seems to be little hope for anything but continuation of support for the evildoers.

Corrupt Indians siphoned out USD 125 billion in 8 years

The elite in India has looted one billion people for 125 billion USD within a decade. 1,5 trillion USD has already been stolen and moved to Swiss banks.

Indian Congress party leader Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is responible for the biggest looting of poor people in the history of the World.

More than USD125 billion worth of funds meant for the uplift of Indians were illegally siphoned out of the country.

The culprits are  corrupt Indian politicians and corporates between 2000 and 2008. The robbery of the Indian nation is hindering inclusive growth, a leading think tank here said on Wednesday.

“Much of the funds flowing out are generated at home within India and then sent illegally abroad,” said an upcoming report from Global Financial Integrity (GFI).

“So the growth of corruption and India’s underground economy contributes significantly to illicit financial flows from the country,” said the research arm of the Centre for International Policy (CIP).

“Both corrupt political and corporate officers manage to siphon off funds — intended to aid the people of India — to the political and private sector elite,” it said.

“Recent efforts in India to challenge this corrupt affront on humanity have been met with severe violence,” junior GFI economist Karly Curcio said on a blog on the report on illicit financial flows from India.

“As India develops economically and builds better infrastructure, one would think all Indian citizens would see an increased standard of living and that the income inequality levels would fall,” says the blog post following a news report about recent violent crimes in India against whistle-blowers.

India ranked 84 out of 180 countries in Transparency International’s 2009 Corruptions Perceptions Index ranking.
“As corruption continues to plague both the country and its ability to develop free and fair institutions to monitor and charge corrupt officials, most of India’s economic growth will never make it to the people of India,” Curcio warned.

Two Indian brothers. Anil and Mukesh Ambani have risen into the club of the super rich.

India’s legislative efforts to protect whistle-blowers and those who work to fight corruption is a step in the right direction.

However, more must be done, she says, calling for global efforts to make it harder to move illicit funds around the world.

My comment:

The elite in India are the biggest looters and robbers on the face of the Earth.

In 2006 someone leaked a report from the Swiss Bank association. The report calculated the deposits by 80.000 Indian nationals in Switzerland to be 1,5 trillion USD.

Some of the biggest crooks have very fast moved to become the richest men in India. A news report yesterday foretold Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries to become the richest man in the World by 2014. That is a shame. 500 million people in India live on an income less than two US dollar a day.

«I will surely be assassinated by the Arab Palestinians»

Last week he blew the whistle over large scale corruption around Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah. He expects to be assassinated by Al Fatah.

Fahmi Shabaneh was until recently the head of the anti-corruption unit in the Palestinian Authority’s General Intelligence Service. Last week He spoke openly to the Jerusalem Post about ongoing financial and administrative corruption and sexual scandals in the PA.

Shabaneh revealed that most of the senior Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) officials who came from Tunis when the Palestinian Authority was established in 1993 have for years siphoned off taxes and foreign aid. Today they have millions of dollars stashed away and own extravagant palaces at home and abroad.

In his previous position, Shabaneh was in charge of uncovering corruption and scandals. But when he realized that all the money he returned to the PA’s coffers was only being stolen by someone different, he decided to blow the whistle.

«When the Palestinian Authority came [after the signing of the Oslo Accords] I left my work as a lawyer and went to work with them. I wanted to help build a state of law and order, one where there is no room for corruption», he told the Post.

In his interview, Shabaneh warned that the rampant corruption is setting the stage for a Hamas takeover in Judea and Samaria, just as the group seized control of Gaza. Hamas already holds a majority in the Palestinian parliament, having sailed to electoral victory in 2006 on the strength of general disillusionment with the PA.

Shabaneh said he has little doubt that someone from the PA will assassinate him soon, and has already purchased a grave and tombstone and instructed his wife and five children what to do after he is gone.

But before that happens, Shabaneh has promised to reveal additional details of financial and administrative corruption that will touch even Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, who is portrayed in the West as a clean-cut «moderate».

The out-of-control corruption in the PA has long been highlighted by Israelis who insist the Palestinians at present couldn’t possibly run a sovereign, independent state. In reality, a Palestinian state today would be wholly dependent on Israel and on foreign aid, much of which would continue to line the pockets of its corrupt leaders.

Iran bribing nations to vote against Israel at UN

Nearly every member state of the United Nations routinely votes against Israel at the world body, which has for 60 years overwhelmingly focused on the Jewish state.

The mother of all corruption. The Iranian president bribes nations to vote against Israel in United Nations.

But having an overwhelming majority against Israel isn’t enough for Iran, it seems. A report obtained by Israel’s Foreign Ministry last week and published by Israel’s Yediot Ahronot newspaper at the weekend accuses Iran of bribing those few nations who up until recently had voted in Israel’s favor at the UN.

According to the report, last year, Iran’s foreign ministry promised a USD 200,000 check and technological aid to the Solomon Islands, a tiny and very poor Pacific island nation. Up until that time, the Solomon Islands, along with fellow Pacific island nation Micronesia, had consistently voted in favor of Israel.

But that all began to change a few months back when the Solomon Islands surprised Israel by backing anti-Israel resolutions in the General Assembly. Most recently, the Solomon Islands voted in favor of the Goldstone Report, which accuses Israel of war crimes in the recent Gaza war.
