Pope head the “peace gathering” in Assisi

The Pope gathers 300 religious leaders of all kind of faith's in Assisi in Italy, also Rabbi David Rose.

As a young German the Pope claims he was forced to join the Hitler Youth.

Traditional Catholics condemned the Assisi meeting — just as they did the one in 1986 — saying it was blasphemy for the pope to invite leaders of “false” religions to pray to their Gods for peace.

The Society of St. Pius X, a breakaway traditionalist group that Benedict has been working to bring back into Rome’s fold, said it would be celebrating 1,000 Masses to atone for the damage done by the event and urged the pope to use it to urge others to convert to Catholicism.

Thursday’s meeting also included Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I and representatives from Greek, Russian, Serbian and Belarusian Orthodox churches as well as Lutheran, Methodist and Baptist leaders. Several rabbis were joined by some 60 Muslims, a half-dozen Hindus and Shinto believers, three Taoists, three Jains and a Zoroastrian.

My comment:

The Pope speaks about “god’s absence” at the concentration camps.

That is strange. There were hundreds of Roman Catholics in Nazi-uniforms there, who had written on their belt: “Got mitt uns”.

Millions of Catholics in Germany were sure that God was with Hitler. They voted for him, hailed Him and served in the military that was supposed to bring the 1000 years Kingdom to the Globe.

The leader of the Nazi-party was baptized as an infant in Austria, and was confirmed in the Roman Catholic Church. By all standards set by the Vatican, Adolf Hitler was as good Catholics as the rest of the flock.

The rainbow alliance of peace within different religious community, reminds me about the rainbow alliance in the United Nations. Wicked men who have rejected the gospel, comes together and talk about “god”. But as little as the Catholics who joined the Nazis knew “god”, nor does the peacemakers in Assisi know God Almighty.

God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is about to judge the World, and will send billions of “peace makers” to hell. because they reject the only true peace maker there is, Jesus of Nazareth.

The road that leads to the gates of Hell is wide. But those who wants to escape the flames of Hell, must separate them selves from men who accept “holiness” in other religions.

The Pope do not do that.

The Pope in Rome wants to be lifted up as the “prince of peace”, and tries to gain momentum in all kinds of religious movements. The Universal One World religion already have hundreds of millions of followers.

Do Christians work for peace?

Absolutely.

In the midst on wars and chaos, people can have peace. Peace in their hearts, because they have submitted to the Messiah, Jesus our Lord.

Honestly: There have never been a peaceful day on Earth ever, and never will be before the true “prince of peace” returns.

Roman Catholics makes a mockery of the true faith in South Africa

Diego Maradona said it was Gods will that Argentina should reach the final. Uruguay played handball, and called it “the hand of God”.

Catholic football players look very holy, as they enter or leave the football ground. They make signs of the cross, and kisses their own hand.

By their actions, they expose for the whole World that they do not know Him. In fact, they make a mockery of the true faith.

The worst of them all is Diego Maradona. When He used his hands to make a goal against England, he insulted God by saying this was the “hand of God”. His mockery of God our Father in Heaven have now been copied by other Catholic hypocrites.

In football, using the hand is lawlessness. The hand of a copy cat god might be involved in this.

The 10 commandments in the Bible has the following message to Catholic football “hero’s”.

Exodus 20:7
“You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

It was a Muslim referee who allowed the “hand of God” to get England out of the World Cup in the quarter final in 1986. His name is Tunisian referee Ali Bin Nasser.

The name of the Uruguay striker who used the “hand of God”, is Luis Suárez. Ironically it was Ghana who paid the penalty.

Only 3 of 10 Catholics believe Jesus will return by 2050

58 per cent of Evangelicals in the USA believe that Jesus is about to return. Only 38 percent of Catholics are convinced about the same.

Pope Benedict XVI — Catholics seem to have more faith in the Pope, than in the scriptures.

This is according to a survey by the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press and Smithsonian Magazine.

41 per cent for the Americans expect Jesus’ second coming in the next 40 years, While 46 percent said it probably or definitely won’t happen.

The poll suggests that 58 percent of white evangelicals believe Jesus will return by 2050 compared to only 32 percent of Catholics, and respondents with no college education were three times as likely as those with college degrees to expect Christ’s Second Coming in the next 40 years

My comment:

I am not surprised that a minority of Catholics do not believe in a second coming of Jesus. They have been told by their priests, that the scriptures can only be understood by Vatican approved priests.

What is more disturbing, is that 4 out of 10 evangelicals do not believe in the scriptures, that tells about an unexpected return of Jesus. The first Apostles believed in could take place during their walk on Earth.

What does the scriptures say about this matter:

First: Jesus promised to come back a second time:

John 14:28

“You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I”.

John 14:1-3

1″Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

Second: Jesus promised t come back as a surprise:

Luke 12:40

You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”

Third:

Jesus promised that the Kingdom would be restored to Israel:

Acts 1:6-9

So when they met together, they asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”

He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

The poor expectations of the return of Jesus, has two main reasons:

1. Christians do not read the Bible, or at least do not believe what they read.

2. Christians are listening to false teachers, who do not have a clue about the restoration of Israel as a sign of a sudden and unexpected return of our Master.

Bot of them points to an ongoing disaster within claimed to be “Christianity”.
