Brazil do rethink on corruption and consitution

The Parliament scraped PEC 37. The protesters in Brazil stopped power shift in favor of a corrupt police force.

The people on planet Earth is being deceived by their elite. Political games are played to build the One World Government.

PEC is an anagram for a formal proposal to amend the federal constitution pending before Congress. The proposals are numbered serially each legislative session, and PEC 37 was one of many. It deals with a Brazilian legal institution that is entirely unfamiliar to most North Americans, something called the “Ministério Público” and often abbreviated “MP”.

Under the constitution, the MP is a separate and independent power, not part of the Legislative, Executive or Judicial branches. It is deemed an institution “essential to justice” whose purview is to defend “the legal order, democratic rule and inalienable social and individual rights.” It combines the role of a public prosecutor with that of a public defender; it acts as the “internal affairs” department of the police, defends indigenous peoples and the environment and brings civil class actions in favor of “diffuse” interests.

The MP has the power to request investigatory measures, and even the formal initiation of criminal suits, but, so say many, only the police can conduct criminal investigations. And there’s the rub.

For some time now, the MP has said its constitutional powers include initiating criminal investigations, and has done so most willingly. This is often the case in high profile cases, where the MP believes that the police are either unwilling or politically unable to initiate proceedings.

The MP argues that its constitutional independence from the other three branches of government ensures it will investigate without being subject to political pressures. Its detractors, including numerous members of Congress, say it has usurped the executive police power.

So, PEC 37 would amend the constitution to prohibit any criminal investigative activities by the MP. The police, and only the police, will be allowed to conduct criminal investigations.

The protesters, as we all have seen, do not like or trust the police. In fact, most Brazilians do not like or trust the police, who for decades have more often been oppressors rather than defenders of the people. Both the Vargas and the military dictatorships relied heavily on the police to keep people under control and suppress democracy.

So, saying “No!” to PEC 37 is definitely a key program of the marchers, because they know, based on decades of experience, that if you leave the investigations to the police, only the rich and powerful will investigate anything at all—and it won’t be themselves.

My comment:

In most nations, the police force is a political tool that can be used by the ruling political party. The Ministry of Justice can force the police not to take action against corrupt politicians.

In Brazil, the public prosecutor has been an independent office, not controlled by the legislators. When PEC 37 is scraped, the corrupt politicians and police officers, can still be brought to justice.If possible.

Let us hope and pray that there will be less bla-bla-bla in Brazil too. People are getting tired of listening to politicians who have lost grip with realties, and support outright anti-human evil. The elite is working for their own benefits, and desire to establish a One World Government.

May the revival in Brazil get momentum. The Roman Catholic Church has lost its grip in this nation, seeing the former Portuguese subject of colonialism and Fascism coming to faith in Jesus the Messiah.

Brazil to make “homophobia” an punishable criminal act

A Brazilian Senate Judiciary Committee approved Friday a proposal to criminalize “homophobia”.

According the current wording of the bill, any person who discriminates based on gender, identity or sexual orientation as well as regional origin will face criminal charges.

Under current laws only those who discriminate against another person because of race, color, ethnicity, religion or national origin can be prosecuted.

They believe that under the current “loose” wording religious freedom and freedom of speech will come under attack.

The mainstream Church in Brazil believes scripture labels homosexuality as a sin. However, Christian leaders believe the new legislation could lead to religious leaders being charged with crimes for simply expressing the Bible’s teachings

Under the new bill offenders can be given prison sentences of between two to five years. The penalty can be increased further if the offense is committed against a child or adolescent.

My comment:

The first city that had laws against “Homofobia” was Sodoma. When Lot refused to let two Angles being raped by aggressive homosexuals, the gay men tried to force them selves through the doors of Lot’s house.

Lot was attacked for his lack of submission to the Sodomist’s. God intervened. The city was destroyed.

This is the situation in the Western Civilization today. Sodomy is not only accepted. It is also promoted and encouraged in the school system. The teachers perverts our children in our education system.

In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.

To claim that Sodomy is a perversion and a sin, will soon result in criminal persecution. Not only in Brazil, but over most of the Post-Christian world.

You will have to chose if you will continue to tell the truth, or to submit to the cultural acceptance of Sodomy.

Brazilian playing Judas hangs himself on stage

A Brazilian actor accidentally killed himself onstage while enacting the suicide of Judas in a Good Friday play, according to reports.

Tiago Klimeck, 27, was hanging for four minutes before fellow performers realized something was wrong, BBC reports. He was pronounced dead Sunday following more than two weeks in a coma.

Mr Klimeck was left dangling for four minutes until horrified performers and spectators realised it wasn’t part of his performance and rushed to his aid.

Pictures show the actor taking part in the play before the incident in which he was suffocated.

Judas2 — This actor died like Judas. He hanged him self.

He can then be seen on set hanging from the rope moments before the cast and audience realise a real life tragedy is unfolding.

The play took play in Itarare, 214 miles west of Sao Paulo, BBC reports.

Klimeck wore a harness under his robe during the play, which had been borrowed from the local fire department for three years running, CNN reports.

The actor had been allowed to use the harness unsupervised because officials thought he knew how to use the equipment.

The harness, along with the rope used in the play, are now being analyzed at a crime lab, CNN reports. Officials speculate Klimeck tied the knot wrong.

That the Roman Catholics have no shame, in nothing new. Neither do they read the Bible, nor do they have any respect for people who warn them of the endless damnable blasphemy of the Roman Catholic religion, headed by an antichrist in Rome.

I regret all loss of not saved human beings. Also the actor in the Brazilian play. I wish all Roman Catholics will repent and be saved, before their departure for the judgment seat of Jesus. Amen.

PA Ambassador to Brazil: “Israel should disappear”

Alzeben Ibrahim told a group of university students that “Israel should disappear.”

Ibrahim Al-Zeben, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva — Ibrahim Al-Zeben and former President of Brazil Lula da Silva both support a Nazi state that will cripple Israel.

This remarks fell on Friday.

Imagine the scandal if an Israeli diplomat said: “The Palestinian Authority should disappear.” “And this is not the ambassador of Iran or President Ahmadinejad who is speaking.”

Thus it was evident that he did not mean Israel must disappear from the West Bank, but wiped off the map as Ahmadinejad preached.

Hamas also believes that Israel must disappear. The writer is a widely-read columnist for the largest magazine in Brazil.

The Nazis wanted the Jewish people to disappear.

Islam refuse to recognize that there is a Jewish people, and do absolutely not accept a Jewish state.

The ideology of the Nazi party and Islam have the same source. Jew-hate have always been irrational, and have Satan as the source.
