The Islamic invasion of Bethlehem

In 1948 Bethlehem was populated by Christians and Catholics. Today 90 per cent of its population are Muslims.

Islam has pushed almost all Christians out of Bethlehem.
Islam has pushed almost all Christians out of Bethlehem.

Just before 1948, 85 per cent of the population of Bethlehem were Christian or Catholic. Most of them from the Greek Orthodox and Roman Catholic denominations. Only 13 per cent were Muslims.

In 1967, when Israel took control of the city, Muslim inhabitants represented 53.9 per cent of the population.  After this area was given back to Arabs, the Islamic population has kept on increasing. Today, 90 per cent of the population of Bethlehem have Islam as their religion.

At the birthplace of Jesus the Messiah, there are hardly any of his followers left, let them be true followers or false.

Who is to blame for this?

Based on the Oslo-accords, Bethlehem was handed back to Islamic occupiers.

Strangely enough, many Roman Catholic’s blame Israel for this.

They overlook, ignore or try to falsify the facts. The Muslim population grew 400 per cent when the Kingdom of Jordan controlled this city from 1948 to 1967. And after 1993, this city has been ethnically cleansed for all Jews and Christians.

After taking control over Bethlehem, united Muslims and Catholics have started  to claim that Israel is “judaizing” Jerusalem.

The unholy alliance of Muslims and Catholic’s wants Jerusalem to embrace Islam, and also get a Muslim  majority. This is really despicable. The Islamic-Catholic nexus is truly satanic.

“Christ Conference” in Bethlehem demonize Israel

“Christ at the Checkpoint”. This weeks conference is fully arranged to demonize the state of Israel.

A "Church" facing the "apartheid wall of the Jewish state of Israel". Lies presented in the name of "Christ".

This is what the conference writes about itself:

The aim of Christ at the Checkpoint is to provide an opportunity for evangelical Christians who take the Bible seriously to prayerfully seek a proper awareness of issues of peace, justice, and reconciliation. The conference will:

Empower and encourage the Palestinian church.

Expose the realities of the injustices in the Palestinian Territories and create awareness of the obstacles to reconciliation and peace.

Create a platform for serious engagement with Christian Zionism and an open forum for ongoing dialogue between all positions within the Evangelical theological spectrum.

Motivate participants to become advocates for the reconciliation work of the church in Palestine/Israel and its ramifications for the Middle East and the world.

My comment:

It is always interesting to read about people who believe in “Christ”, and not Jesus the King of the Jews.

All who are willing to read the Bible, will find about 100 verses that speaks about the restoration of the Jewish people in their ancient home land.

To “spiritualize” so many verses is a difficult job. You need to look at the Word of God as metaphors and poetry. At the end of such an interpretation of the scriptures, you will become a promoter of universalism and relativism. Your message will be, in short terms: “Anything goes, but not Zionism and Messianic Judaism”.

It is a tragedy that people have been told by false teachers and false prophets to read the Bible, as some kind of fairy tale. It is nothing but wishful thinking that God of the Bible will accept those who demonize the Jews, and claim that all the promises of the Bible has been transferred to pagans who mock the Word in the name of “Christ”.

Baptist church that backs Israel troubled by Palestinian Authority

The First Baptist Church in Bethlehem was ordered closed by the Palestinian Authority on Saturday.

Pastor Khoury at desk and shown at Bethlehem’s First Baptist Church with congregants and Christian American supporter

This is according to Rabbi Russell Resnik of the Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations.

Resnik reported the incident after meeting with Pastor Steven Khoury, the son of First Baptist’s head pastor, Naim Khoury.

“Steven told me that…a representative of the Palestinian authority showed up at his father’s church in Bethlehem and told him to shut the doors–they were closing down the church,” wrote Resnik.

The Palestinian officials reportedly did not specify why they were closing the church, but Steven, who pastors his own church in Jerusalem, told Resnik that it must be because of his family’s support for Israel.

Observers have noted with suspicion that the threats of closure of First Baptist in Bethlehem came just one day after the Christ at the Checkpoint conference, which was organized and hosted by Bethlehem-based Christian leaders who do not support Israel’s restoration.

Messianic blog Rosh Pina Project noted that Salam Fayyad, prime minister of the same Palestinian Authority who gave fresh threats to First Baptist, had only days earlier attended and addressed Christ at the Checkpoint

In 2009, Steven Khoury was interviewed by CBN on the true reason for the suffering of Bethlehem’s Christians. You can view that video here:

My comment:

Christians who intermingle with Muslims persecuting Evangelical Christian friends of Israel, are doing the devil’s work.

Pastor Khoury faced Sharia Laws, for supporting the "little Satan" who do not live in submission to Islam.

The United Nations (UN) and the World Council of Churces (WCC) claim “Palestine” to be a safe area for Christians.

This is a huge lie.

“Palestine” is truly a safe area for Catholics and dead Christianity, who live in submission to Islamic rules and regulations.

Shame on all who starts to present Islamic lies on Israel as the truth.

If you are going to escape eternal damnation, you have to repent and beg Jesus of the Bible for mercy.

Former German president to honor anti-Jewish pastor

Roman Herzog to honor anti-Jewish Lutheran pastor Mitri Raheb next week.

The former German President walks in the footspeps of Jew-haters within the Lutheran camp.

Roman Herzog, the president of the Federal Republic of Germany from 1994 to 1999, is slated to deliver a speech next week in honor of Reverend Mitri Raheb, a fiercely anti-Israel Palestinian Lutheran leader in Bethlehem who has argued that Jews have no right to be present in Israel.

The decision by Herzog and Media Control, a German NGO, to praise Raheb has sparked criticism from US and Israeli NGOs. In a statement on Sunday, the Simon Wiesenthal Center urged Herzog to cancel his keynote address at the event.

My comment:

Jew-hate in Germany die hard. I have in some articles exposed the Nazi-Roman Catholic nexus. But there is enough antisemitism in the Lutheran camp, to make God of the Bible to bow His head in shame.

Mitri Raheb

That a former President of Germany honors pastor Mitri Raheb is a disgrace.

It is a fruit of replacement teleology made in the bottomless pit. That the state of Israel is just another political formation on Earth, and that the Jews is just another people.

You are free to demonize the Jews for calling them selves for God’s chosen people. You are also free to delegitimize the borders around Israel, and divide the land.

 Joel 3:2
I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel, because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.
