Seattle: Anti-Israel billboard ads to be removed

Pro-Palestinian group seeking to end US funding of Israel.‬‬

Jew-hate in the form of a call to end support for Israel.

A Seattle group seeking to publish ads calling for an end to US financing of Israel suffered another defeat recently. Last year the Seattle Mideast Awareness Campaign tried to get ads pointing to “Israel’s war crimes” to run on the sides of buses but they were cancelled.

The Seattle Times reported Sunday that the ad agency has now removed the “softened” message billboards as well.

The new ads showed a Palestinian boy behind a fence with the caption “Equal rights for Palestinians — Stop funding the Israeli military.” The group’s website is also mentioned.

The site states that “under Israeli military occupation, millions of Palestinians live in conditions which closely resemble the apartheid system that existed in South Africa.”

It also claims that Israel is committing war crimes, violating the Geneva Convention by killing innocent people, expanding settlements and maintaining the occupation.

The site also claims that Israel carried out “ethnic cleansing” in 1948 and continues to do so today.

My comment:

To call Israel an Apartheid state is grave injustice to the Jewish people.

While the Apartheid was minority rule that suppress a large majority, the state of Israel is a democracy. In every election, the majority voters can change the government.

In South Africa, the Apartheid regime replaced democracy. The majority of the people of South Africa was robbed from their right to vote.

During the Apartheid rule in Johannesburg, the majority of the people were also denied their right to own properties. Their right to work was also limited. Their “mistake”:  They were born into this World with a black color on their skin.

Israel is the radical opposite of Apartheid.  In Israel there is two million Muslims with full Israeli citizenship. All these Israeli Arabs live in a free and democratic society with the same democratic rights as five million Jews.

Now, be wise. If you call Israel an Apartheid state, you are a liar. And liars shall not inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.

Do not be deceived by Islam, neither by confused people who claim to be “Christians”, but do harm them Jewish statehood by their endless calls to boycotts of Israel.

Report: Pro-Israel activist bitten in London

Jewish Chronicle reports activists attacked at school celebrating ‘Israel Apartheid Week’‬‬

Freezing cold between Jews and Palestinian activists during the Israel Apartheid week.

An activist with the pro-Israel Stand With Us organization was attacked Sunday at a London university, the Jewish Chronicle reported. He was taken to the hospital after being beaten and bitten on the cheek, his companions said.

The four activists decided to visit the School of Oriental and African Studies after learning of a pro-Palestinian event set to take place there in honor of “Israel Apartheid Week”.

Two of them – Tony Coren and Gili Brenner – went inside to speak with students. “We had placards and some information packs, and we had some very interesting and civilized discussions,” Coren told the Chronicle.

But then a man spouting anti-Semitic remarks approached the activists. “He said that the best thing the Jews had ever done was to go into the gas chambers,” Coren said. The activist then asked if he could film the man, who Coren said replied “yes” adding that “these things should be heard.”

To claim that Israel is an Apartheid State is nothing but a lie.

In South Africa, a white minority suppressed the black majority. In Israel, a Jewish majority share freedom and democracy with a large Muslim minority.

Few anti-Zionists know that there are two million Israeli Arabs will full Israeli citizenship. Almost all these Israeli Arabs are Muslims.

The attackers of Israel on University campuses around the globe, have been deceived. They do the evil work of Islam, that will use any methods, including lies and deceptions, is a big to destroy the state of Israel.

South African official doubts Israeli nuclear arms sale offer

Waldo Stumpf, who led project to dismantle South Africa’s nuclear weapons program, says Israel could not have offered to sell nuclear warheads to his country in 1975.

Professor Waldo Stump is the man who lead the work to dismatle the nuclear bombs in South Africa.

Yesterday professor Waldo Stump at the University of Pretoria said he doubted Israel or South Africa would have contemplated a deal seriously.

«To even consider the possible international transfer of nuclear devices … in the political climate post the 1974 Indian ‘peaceful’ explosion, would have had very serious international complications», he said, referring to India’s first nuclear test blast.

A Guardian headline Monday screamed: «Revealed: How Israel Offered to Sell South Africa Nuclear Weapons».

Avner Cohen is the author of Israel and the Bomb, provides this assessment:

«The headline of Chris McGreal’s story is erroneous and misleading. Nothing in the South African documents on which the story was based suggests there was an actual offer by Israel to sell nuclear weapons to the regime in Pretoria. To the contrary, the conversation amounted to a probe by the South Africans, which ultimately went nowhere».

As defense minister, Shimon Peres would not have had the authority to sell nuclear devices to another country, even if he had wanted to. Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin would have had to decide. I believe that Rabin would have opposed the sale of nuclear weapons, technology, or even components – not just to South Africa, but to anyone. Peres’ reply to the South African feeler was opaque, and Israel, in the end, did the right thing.

South Africa helped isolated Israel get nuclear fuel

Both France and Israel helped the Apartheid regime in South Africa develop a nuclear bomb. In return Israel got 50 tons of Uranium to their own nuclear bomb program.

Both France and Israel traded military secrets with the Apartheid regime in South Africa. Why should Shimon Peres be blamed, and not Nicolas Sarkozy?

The Israeli President Shimon Peres offered South Africa Israeli Ballistic Missiles that could carry Nuclear warheads. This was in 1975, while Israel was isolated after the Yom Kippur war. In those days, few nations in the World was willing to offer Military assistance to Israel, holding on to the Sinai desert for its own security.

In return for their gesture towards the Apartheid regime, Israel received 50 tons of Uranium in 1977. This was nuclear fuel for the Israeli Nuclear weapons program.

Yesterday the UK paper The Guardian published claims from Sasha Polakow-Suransky, an American academic who uncovered a series of classified memos detailing South Africa.

According to secret South African documents, Shimon Peres, then Israel’s defense minister, responded to a request in 1975 for Jericho Missiles by offering to fit them «in three different sizes» The Guardian reported.

According to Mr Polakow-Suransky, whose findings are published in a book published in the United States this week, Israel «formally offered to sell South Africa some of the nuclear-capable Jericho missiles in its arsenal» during a meeting on 31 March, 1975.

The disclosed documents does not display that Israel offered South Africa nuclear warheads. Only ballistic missiles that could cary such warheads. Eventually, South Africa developed its own nuclear bomb. The proposed deal to buy missiles from Israel was never executed.

How could Israel deal with the in moral Apartheid regime?

Israel was not alone. Norway exported oil to South Africa, and France sold them military equipment. Israel was in need of nuclear fuel in form of Uranium. South Africa had plenty, and was willing to sell.

Should Israel have avoided to deal with the Apartheid regime?

Yes, and no. If the West had been willing to share their nuclear technology with Israel, the Jewish state would not have been forced to deal with the Apartheid regime.

Why should only nations like the US, England and France have the right to defend them self with nuclear bombs, and not Israel?

Should Israel have ran the risk of letting an Islamic nation achieve a nuclear bomb, before the Jewish state?

The answer is no.

Israelis feel that they can only relay on the Jewish people for its own security.

My comment:

Again Israel is singled out as the black sheep. Most of the Western World traded with the Apartheid regime in South Africa.

Nuclear nations like United States, England, France Russia and China were not willing to help Israel with its own nuclear program.

Where was the Jewish state going to seek support?

Both South Africa and Israel felt the need to develop nuclear weapons for their own protection. in 1983, The Apartheid regime decided to start to dismantle its six nuclear warheads.South Africa signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in 1991,

Why blame Israel alone, for dealing with them?

Anyhow. Politics is a dirty game. We who are not Jewish, and love Israel, know that the return of the Messiah Jesus is their only hope.
