Israeli Police cancel an ICEJ service for “restoration” of Jesus that aimed to invite as many Jews as possible and gain foothold at Temple Mount.

Pressure from the Chief Rabbinate and the Derech Emuna Rabbinic organization has succeeded in causing police to cancel an evangelical Christian prayer service, that was planned for Wednesday at the Southern Wall of the Temple Mount, near the Hulda Gate.

International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) organized the prayer vigil for the “restoration” of Jesus and called on Christian attendees to invite as many Jews as possible to a prior interfaith event.

Aside from being a breach of halakha (Jewish law) as interfaith worship, the vigil particularly rankled as it was scheduled for the morning of Hoshana Raba, the last day of the Sukkot holiday, and would have been the first time such a service was held at the holy site since the liberation of the Old City in the 1967 Six Day War.

Derech Emuna rabbis praised the cancellation, saying in a statement “we thank the many rabbis who took action on the issue, and the government of Israel that paid attention to preserving the Jewish character of the Old City.”

According to the rabbis, if left unchecked the evangelical interfaith prayer service would have turned into an annual tradition attended by thousands of Christian pilgrims to the Southern Wall, and would have further spread the control of the Church in the Old City.

“The open prayer was supposed to deal with the resurrection of ‘that man’ (Jesus – ed.), as part of a process of bringing Christianity back into the Holy Land. The matter is most severe, and we must thank G-d that the public prayers on the border of the Temple Mount were cancelled,” said the organization.

Clarifying its stance, Derech Emunah added “as we have written in the past, non-Jews are all welcome to pray in Jerusalem and at the Kotel (Western Wall) to the G-d of Israel, but not as a Christian union trying to gain control of these sites and leading astray hearts in Israel after idol worship,” a status Christianity holds in Jewish law for its belief that G-d was contained in a corporeal form.

Derech Emuna also addressed the King David’s Tomb Compound – in early July in a Knesset Interior Committee meeting it was revealed that Christians received permission to hold fixed prayers in the Compound in a secret deal, breaching the status quo of the site and endangering Jewish prayer rights.

“The struggle against the Church that seeks to established idol worship in David’s Tomb and Mount Zion will continue full force, and as with their plan to gain a foothold on the Mount of G-d’s Temple, so too they won’t succeed in their desires to control other new sites in the Old City,” pledged the group.

The institution of regular Christian prayers at David’s Tomb has been raised by rabbis as a move changing the Compound’s status, and one that could prevent Jews from entering the holy site altogether, given that Jewish law forbids entering a Church.

My comment:

Many Evangelical Christian Friends of Israel do not trust the leadership of ICEJ. By mobilizing 4.000 to a gathering in Jerusalem, 1.000 of them from Brazil, ICAJ pretend to represent Evangelical Christians all over the World.

This is simply not true.

Be aware, that the body of Messianic Jews in Israel looks on ICEJ with great suspicion. By and large, the Messianic Jewish body do not attend ICEJ functions.

There are many reasons for this. First and foremost that ICEJ collaborate with Orthodox Jewish institutions who persecute Messianic Jews. Secondly ICEJ has displayed “hyper charismatic colors”, not acceptable by classic Christianity. The third issue is that ICEJ seems to be founded on ideology, rather than on obedience to scriptures.

From an Jewish Orthodox perspective, it seems that ICEJ try their best to mix groups of Jews and Christians, to gain support for a syncretism that is neither Christian nor based on Orthodox Judaism. Not everyone agee that our common view on politics shall unite us, as long as serious difference are pushed under the carpet.

When the religious leadership in Israel move to block ICEJ, we need to pay attention. Many qustions the motives for why ICEJ bid to establish this organization inside the Jewish quarter of the Old City.  Bible believers are aware that that there will be a global movement paving the way for the last antichrist. They will rule for a brief period of time, based on syncretism and a call for a political and religious compromise.

True Evangelical Christians will stand united with Israel, but continue to call all Israelis to accept their Messiah. The gospel about sin and repentance must continued to be preached in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria. This is best done by Jews who believe Yeshua is the Messiah. Therefore: Keep on supporting Messianic congregations. There is no other way for Jews and gentiles, than to accept Yeshua as the Messiah. Not doing so, have equal horrible consequences for Jews and gentiles alike.

To be Jewish do not amount to righteousness. Nor will a compromised gathering who claim to honor “god” find favor with the Messiah.

Any form of Judaism without Yeshua is as incomplete as religiosity that claim “Christ” has nothing to do with the restoration and protection of Israel.

Rene Terra Nova promised a global revival that would start from Brazil on 12-12-12, at the end of “cycle 12”.

The 12.12.12 party was a controversial celebration, sponsored by the patriarch Apostle Rene Terra Nova and International Ministry of Restoration (MIR).

Classified as “gospel macumbaria” by many bloggers, the project included a celebration of 12/12/12. The project  provided that participants in M12 should practice fasting for twelve hours plus a touch of shofar, an instrument used by ancient Jews, the twelve first minutes of the date, and 12.12.12, to close a “cycle 12”.

This conclusion must be preceded by two vigils twelve hours in the day 07/09 and 15/11, national holidays.

The justification is explained by Terra Nova, that such action is necessary to “remission of shame in the most diverse areas” as “political, currency, education, health, media and converting business for the nation to prosper”.

Among the program posts of Terra Nova, for the day 12/12/12, is the “Holiday of Vision” in which the followers of his denomination will “legislate their own cause and seek the conquest of release at work, college and schools “so they can” bring the crowds to selected places “for the” greatest revival in history”.

My comment:

Many New Age preachers have entered into the Charismatic copy of Biblical Christianity. One of them is Rene Terra Nova, the leader of ICEJ branch in Brazil. The failure of his “12-12-12” program and vision, proves Mr. Terra Nova to be a false prophet.  On ICAJ’s Fest of Tabernacle Celebration 13th of October 2014, Terra Nova complained about “a troublesome spirit” that has come over Brazil.

You might say, that ICEJ.org needs money, and should use men like Terra Nova. Well, there is always a wide ocean between giving, and not expecting anything in return, and to preach a guaranteed return.

Just watch Terra Nova during this ICEJ-function:

Since we know the antichrist must come before the Messiah, it is surely not difficult to distribute promises of prosperity and make a large numbers of people happy.  In fact, millions will be willing to fall at your feet.  Because all who love the world, desire, at least, a little bit more money. And mind my words: They will all love, embrace and hail the final antichrist.

When a money-preacher starts his appeal by saying: “Today is going to be one of the most amazing nights of your life”, you should listen carefully.

How much money is he going to offer me in return for the cash in my wallet?

– 10 times, 30 or maybe 100?

This claimed to be apostle Rene Terra Nova ended his 10 minutes long speech with a promise of 100 fold return.  A return at the higher end, even in this fashionable club of prosperity.

But astonishingly, the Brazilian did not mention the name of Jesus.  Not even once. He spoke about him self, Brazil, “god”, “Lord” and “the eternal one”.

Watching the ICEJ show, Terra Nova appeared to be not much different from other false prosperity preachers, super apostles and false prophets.

Watch the uniq “bone covenant theology” being launched on 13th of October 2014. The International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem (ICEJ) let Bishop John Francis of London preach a set of unbiblical Word of Faith doctrines.

The Bishop also presented his New Age understanding of Ezekiel 37, and a new bone covenant theology.

I am always amazed by New Ager preachers like Bishop John, who can command the forces of darkness by just giving some big talks. The gathered supporters of ICEJ in Jerusalem just have to command the Hamas to surrender.  We are told we just have to vizualize the demon, and speak a New World Order into existence.

After watching this video, there seems to be a need for urgent change. This embassy needs to be renamed. So they do not continue to defame biblical Christianity. Feel free to use “Hyper Charismatic embassy”.

Dear reader

Let me underline that i support the Jews right to live everywhere in Judea and Samaria. I also support a united Jerusalem, not to be divided, and only a capital for the state of Israel.

I know that every supporter of the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem (ICEJ) agree with these viewpoints.

But ICEJ seems to be lead by a Pentecostal teacher who do no longer stand on the Reformation. The winds of Vatican II inspired ecumenism seems to have catch up with ICEJ too.

I also have a feeling that the desire for more money has tainted this ministry in Jerusalem. The last years expansion plans, seems to have come with a heavy prince. It looks like the organic grown in ICEJ this year, is a fruit of a political and spiritual acceptance of the Vatican movement. This year we see Roman Catholic nuns dancing in En Gedhi. And a Roman Catholic priest from Cannada has been hired to bring in Catholics from all over the World.

When supposed to be Evangelical Christians seek financial support from the Roman Catholic Church, they will eventually place them self under judgment. The curse Dr. Jurgen Buhler spoke about in the video above, might land in his own head.

If this collaboration with the RCC is not  repented for, the present spiritual blessings of the ICEJ will disappear.  Also its supporters will face a comming spiritual drainage.

 

 Matthew 11: 11-14:

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah who was to come. Whoever has ears, let them hear.

The theological error of forseeing yet another return of Elijah, seems to be less serious. There are a lot of people who are not willing to accept that Malachi’s prophetic message of the return of the Elijah, was fulfilled by John the Baptist. Those who claim otherwise, do not agree with Jesus the Messiah, and will one day have a lot of explanation to do.

And to demand that we call the “people of Israel” for our “fathers”, is as un-Biblical as calling Catholic priets the same.  Even if claiming so brings in the cash.

Monday evening:

I am watching the ICEJ event on a Norwegian TV channel, to be qualified to comment on whats going on…. When you thougth that you already had heared the wildest of all collection speaches, ICAJ managed to call a new champion to the stage. And Bishop John Francsis from London did follow suit. What about the bones of Ezekiel 37, not being bones, but promises? A whole vally of promises? And that the bones of Jesus on the cross, were not broken, because the promises of God can not be broken. And what about: “When we say we shall have someting, the Bible say we shall have it”.
