China never paid their WWII debt nor was it forgiven therefore its a wash.

The US government borrows from its own pension funds. Putting a burden on future generations. The Federal Reserve issue bonds. Take up loans, that needs to be repaid. The USA can off course take the Al Capone path. But that will be the end of the great United States of America.
