Protesters lock themselves in UN school compound, demanding end Fatah and Hamas rivalry.
Hamas police in Gaza detained a Palestinian protester and two Palestinian cameramen on Thursday while breaking up a rally calling for political reconciliation, and 16 other protesters briefly holed themselves up in a United Nations school.
The event took place a day after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas offered to go to the Gaza Strip for talks with his Hamas rivals.
About 40 activists gathered in front of a UN school, waving flags and chanting slogans for unity between the rival Hamas and Fatah factions. When Hamas police approached the group, it dispersed, and police detained the three Palestinians.
The 16 other Palestinians rushed into the UN school compound, where Hamas police are prevented from operating. Protester Nuha Wajeh told reporters by text message that the group vows not to leave the school until representatives from the dueling Palestinian parties, Hamas and Fatah, meet with them and pledge to end their bitter rivalry.
Abbas has not visited Gaza since Islamic militant Hamas activists expelled his forces in 2007. Since then, he has ruled only the West Bank. No date has been set for his trip.

The Shia dominated Hamas is controlled by Iran, and inspired by the idea of a Muslim Revolution, that will create an Islamic dominated World order.
The al-Fatha is mainly a Sunny Muslim controlled organization, that lean more on support from Saudi Arabia. This organization is mostly occupied with the idea of a Palestinian homeland on the Mountains of Zion.

The historic background of the Sunni–Shia split lies in the schism that occurred when the Islamic prophet Muhammad died in the year 632, leading to a dispute over succession to Muhammad as a caliph of the Islamic community spread across various parts of the world which led to the Battle of Siffin. Sectarian violence persists to this day from Pakistan to Yemen and is the most common element of friction throughout the Middle East.
Do president Obama have the key to end the civil war within Islam?
If not Obama, at least the final anti-Christ will manage to bridge the gap. But first the Islam World has to erupt into total chaos and violence. Than the “man of peace” will arrive.
Today, we are almost there. The man of lawlessness is about to enter Jerusalem. Only a little bit more pressure on Israel, and the Jewish state will surrender.
Because the last common enemy will be the Zionist state of Israel. All nations shall attack Israel. They do. Politically, legally and economically. Soon the military pressure will lead to an Israeli surrender of Zionism.
