Inside the prophetic movement there is a wide known teaching that the final forth beast is the European Union, a restored Roman Empire. More likely the EU is just a part of Mystery Babylon.
My take is that the Forth Beast is a domain much larger than the European Union. In fact this Beast was already a global force in the 20th century, and will eventually control the whole World.
The only ancient empire that has controlled the World is the Babylonian Empire. That is a spiritual empire, that serves the universal army of mythological figures, spirits and demons. What binds them together is the «Queen of Heaven». She has many names. Isis, Semi Ramis, Mother Mary, Venus, Astartes and Juno to mention some of them.
These spiritual queens have in common, that they are the mother of a son. «The mother of gods». Their followers will one day agree that this «son» will be their ruler on Earth, a common prophet of a universal faith that leads to the same god. «Jesus son of Mary» is a name both Islam and Rome can agree on. The only people who will spoil the party are true Christians. They will continue to expose this falsehood, and claim only «Jesus Son of God» can save. Neither orthodox Judaism nor Islam can accept that such a God Messiah has come in flesh.
When the true Church has been marginalized, and have become powerless, the restoration of the Global Babylonian Kingdom can be accomplished. And Mystery Babylon will not fall before the One and Only true Jewish Messiah returns, Jesus of Nazareth.
If the fourth beast is a global Babylonian kingdom, and not the expected European restoration of the Roman Empire, than the ten kings are not only European kings. And in the last 100 years we saw them ruling, some of them present among us. The horror on planet Earth is an ongoing tribulation of Kings who have launched war on the Word, the Lamb of God and his living saints. Some of the kings became a religion of their own.
What you will see is than most of these kings of the forth beast do have Roman Catholic connections. But non of them has risen up form the blessed reformed Christian nations.
To wait for another 10 mad kings inside the European Union, is to overlook and neglect the evil of kings of our present history. The Babylonian reality around us point to an eminent false peace to be forced up on Israel, and the coming of the last anti-Christ to Jerusalem.

He was an Austrian-born German politician and the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party. Baptized and confirmed Roman Catholic. He is the worst of the 10 kings, and the Bible foretold in details his coming.

Benito Mussolini
29 July 1883 – 28 April 1945.
He was an Italian politician who led the National Fascist Party and is credited with being one of the key figures in the creation of Fascism. Baptized as a Catholic as an adult, to make it possible to make a deal between the Fascist Government and the exiled Roman Catholic Pope, and form the Vatican statehood.
Mussolini soon shifted from the pacifist anti-imperialism of his lead-up to power to an extreme form of aggressive nationalism. He was dreaming of making Italy a nation that was «great, respected and feared» throughout Europe, and indeed the world. An early example was his bombardment of Corfu in 1923. Soon after he succeeded in setting up a puppet regime in Albania and in ruthlessly consolidating Italian power in Libya, which had been loosely a colony since 1912. It was his dream to make the Mediterranean mare nostrum (“our sea” in Latin).
Italy entered Addis Ababa to proclaim an Empire by May 1936, making Ethiopia part of Italian East Africa.

Josef Stalin
18 December 1878 – 5 March 1953
He was the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union’s Central Committee from 1922 until his death in 1953. At sixteen, he received a scholarship to a Georgian Orthodox seminary, where he rebelled against the imperialist and religious order.
Even though Stalin was raised in Orthodox Catholic Georgia under Ottoman Muslim rule, he and Lenin crushed the democratic republic of Georgia in 1921, three years into Georgia´s independence.
During Stalin’s rule the following ethnic groups were deported completely or partially: Ukrainians, Poles, Koreans, Volga Germans, Crimean Tatars, Kalmyks, Chechens, Ingush, Balkars, Karachays, Meskhetian Turks, Finns, Bulgarians, Greeks, Latvians, Lithuanians, Estonians, and Jews. Large numbers of Kulaks, regardless of their nationality, were resettled to Siberia and Central Asia. Deportations took place in appalling conditions, often by cattle truck, and hundreds of thousands of deportees died en route.
Researcher Robert Conquest has revised his original estimate of death under Stalin, down to 20 million.

Mao Tse-tung
December 26, 1893 – September 9, 1976.
He was a Chinese revolutionary, political theorist and communist leader. He led the People’s Republic of China (PRC) From 1931 to 1934, Mao helped establish the Soviet Republic of China and was elected Chairman of this small republic in the mountainous areas in Jiangxi. It is estimated that hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, perished in the violence of the Cultural Revolution in 1966.
Millions of people in China had their human rights annulled during the Cultural Revolution. Those identified as spies, «running dogs» or «revisionists» (such as landowners) were variously subjected to violent attack, imprisonment, rape, torture, sustained and systematic harassment and abuse, seizure of property and erasure of social identity, with unknown hundreds of thousands (or more) murdered, executed, starved or worked to death
Some of the most extreme violence took place in the southern province of Guangxi, where a Chinese journalist found a «disturbing picture of official compliance in the systematic killing and cannibalization of individuals in the name of political revolution and ‘class struggle». Senior party historians acknowledge that. In a few places, it even happened that «counterrevolutionaries» were beaten to death and in the most beastly fashion had their flesh and liver consumed [by their killers]. «Not even the minor children of ‘enemies of the people» were spared, as more than a few were tortured and bludgeoned to death, dismembered and some of their organs – hearts, livers, and genitals – eaten during ‘human flesh banquets’. As a result of this frenzied killing and «obligatory cannibalism», an estimated 100,000 people were killed in Guangxi alone.

Said Halim Pasha
Ottoman Empire Grand Vizier from 1913-16.
Muslim ruler Halim Pasha was behind the genocide of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, the present day Turkey. It took place in April 1915
An Islamic deliberate and systematic destruction of the Armenian Orthodox Christian population of the Ottoman Empire took place during and just after World War I. It was characterised by the use of massacres, and the use of deportations involving forced marches under conditions designed to lead to the death of the deportees, with the total number of Armenian deaths generally held to have been between one and one-and-a-half million. Other ethnic groups were similarly attacked by the Empire during this period, including Assyrians and Greeks, and some scholars consider those events to be part of the same policy of extermination.
It is widely acknowledged to have been one of the first modern genocides as many Western sources point to the systematic, organized manner in which the killings were carried out to eliminate the Armenians. Indeed, the word genocide was coined in order to describe these events. It is the second most-studied case of genocide after the Holocaust.
Modern day statehood of Turkey deny this genocide.
The Ottoman Empire was occupying Israel from 1517 to 1917. The Ottoman Empire and the German Empire had a defense pacts during World War I.

Kaiser Wilhelm II
27 January 1859 – 4 June 1941.
He was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia, a mixed kingdom of Protestant Christians and Roman Catholics. He wanted to restore the Holy Roman German Empire that was lost in 1809.
The last German Emperor went into exile in the Netherlands, which had remained neutral throughout the war. Queen Wilhelmina refused to extradite him, despite appeals from the Allies.
In the early 1930s, Wilhelm apparently hoped that the successes of the German Nazi Party would stimulate interest in the revival of the monarchy. Wilhelm greatly admired the success which Hitler was able to achieve in the opening months of the Second World War, and personally sent a congratulatory telegram on the fall of Paris stating «Congratulations, you have won using my troops».
During his last year at Doorn, Wilhelm believed that Germany was the land of monarchy and therefore of Christ and that England was the land of Liberalism and therefore of Satan and the Anti-Christ.
He argued that the English ruling classes were «Freemasons thoroughly infected by Judah». Wilhelm asserted that the «British people must be liberated from Antichrist Judah. We must drive Judah out of England just as he has been chased out of the Continent».
He believed the Freemasons and Jews had caused the two world wars, aiming at a world Jewish empire with British and American gold, but that «Judah’s plan has been smashed to pieces and they themselves swept out of the European Continent!» Continental Europe was now, Wilhelm wrote, «consolidating and closing itself off from British influences after the elimination of the British and the Jews». The end result would be a «U.S. of Europe».
16 million people died in World War I, in the chaos created by Wilhelm II and his supporters.

General Franco
4 December 1892- November 1975.
Franco, was a military general, dictator and head of state of Spain from October 1936 (whole country from 1939 on), and de facto regent of the nominally restored Kingdom of Spain from 1947 until his death in November 1975.
As head of state, Franco used the title Caudillo de España, por la gracia de Dios, meaning; «Leader of Spain, by the grace of God».
During his almost forty year reign, Franco’s governance went through various different phases, although the most common ideological features present throughout included a strong sense of Spanish nationalism and protection of the country’s territorial integrity, Catholicism, anti-communism, anti-masonry and traditional values.
He won the Spanish Civil war with military aid from Italy and Germany
The imprisonment of ideological enemies in concentration camps throughout the country. During the Cold War, the United States established a diplomatic alliance with Spain, due to Franco’s strong anti-Communist policy. American President Richard Nixon toasted Franco, and, after Franco’s death, stated: “General Franco was a loyal friend and ally of the United States.
In his recent, updated history of the Spanish Civil War, Antony Beevor “reckons Franco’s ensuing ‘white terror’ claimed 200,000 lives.
Eight
Pol Pot
(Saloth Sar) : May 19, 1928– April 15, 1998.
He was the leader of the Cambodian communist movement known as the Khmer Rouge and was Prime Minister of Democratic Kampuchea from 1976–1979.
Saloth Sar was born in Prek Sbauv in Kampong Thom Province in 1928 to a moderately wealthy family of Chinese-Khmer descent. He left Prek Sbauv to attend the École Miche, a Catholic school in Phnom Penh.
Pol Pot imposed a version of agrarian collectivization, forcing city dwellers to relocate to the countryside to work in collective farms and forced labor projects, toward a goal of «restarting civilization» in a «Year Zero». The combined effects of slave labor, malnutrition, poor medical care, and executions resulted in the deaths of an estimated 1.7 to 2.5 million people, approximately 21 per cent of the Cambodian population.
Cambodia was liberated by communist Vietnam, not Western allied forces.

Idi Amin
(c.1925 – 16 August 2003)
Idi Amin was the son of Andreas Nyabire Nyabire, a member of the Kakwa ethnic group, converted from Roman Catholicism to Islam in 1910 and changed his name to Amin Dada.
He the military dictator and President of Uganda from 1971 to 1979. Amin joined the British colonial regiment, the King’s African Rifles, in 1946, and eventually held the rank of Major General and Commander of the Ugandan Army. He took power in a military coup of January 1971, deposing Milton Obote.
Amin’s rule was characterised by human rights abuses, political repression, ethnic persecution, extrajudicial killings, nepotism, corruption and gross economic mismanagement. The number of people killed as a result of his regime is estimated by international observers and human rights groups to range from 100,000 to 500,000.
The relations with Israel soured. Although Israel had previously supplied Uganda with arms, in 1972 Amin expelled Israeli military advisers and turned to Muammar al-Gaddafi of Libya and the Soviet Union for support. Amin became an outspoken critic of Israel. In the documentary film General Idi Amin Dada: A Self Portrait, he discussed his plans for war against Israel, using paratroops, bombers and suicide squadrons. Amin later stated that Hitler «was right to burn six million Jews».
Idi Amin went into exile in Saudi Arabia, and died in Jeddah in 2003.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
(born 28 October 1956)
He is the sixth and current President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the main political leader of the Alliance of Builders of Islamic Iran, a coalition of conservatives.
Ahmadinejad was born near Garmsar in the village of Aradan, in Semnan province, the fourth of seven children. His father, Ahmad, was an ironworker, grocer, barber, blacksmith, and religious Shi’a who taught the Qur’an.His mother, Khanom, was a Seyyede, an honorific title given to those believed to be direct bloodline descendants of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
Executes Christians in unknown numbers, and says he will destroy the state of Israel.
