Hague prosecutor will open preliminary examination into 2010 incident, following appeal referred through Comoros by casualties’ families.
The International Criminal Court’s prosecutor said on Tuesday she would open a preliminary examination into events surrounding the 2010 Israeli raid on a humanitarian aid flotilla bound for the Gaza strip, in which nine Turkish activists were killed.
The prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, said in a statement that she was obliged to open a preliminary examination following a referral from the Indian Ocean island nation of Comoros, where one of the vessels that were raided was registered.

The World is turned up side down. In stead of demanding the arrest of Islamic terrorists, the International Criminal Court is misused to persecute defenders of freedom and liberty.
The legal systems of many nations are on the edge of being taken over by the mob. Criminals are protected, and the innocent is put beyond bars.
We have seen such kangaroo courts before. The 1935-Nurnberg laws in Nazi Germany persecuted and convicted Jews from the crimes of simply being Jewish.
It is a shame that Israel’s lobe fight against Islamic terrorism, is being defamed by this lawyer lady form Gambia. She needs to repent, and apologize for her support of violent Islam, supporters of the terror group Hamas.
