“Frankly, America needs a good role model like Obama,”

These was the words of Mike Huckabee during a press briefing at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

With rare public appearances at churches on Sundays and a smaller percentage of Americans (34 percent, according to the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life) who believe the president is a Christian, debate continues to loom over Obama’s faith.

Huckabee criticized the debates over Obama’s religion and birthplace as “useless” and “unnecessary.” “I know for some people that is an obsession but it’s not with me,” said the Southern Baptist.

Weighing in on the debate, Huckabee stated, “He has personally articulated not once, but numerous times of his Christian faith. I take him at his word. I have no reason not to.”For us to continue to dwell on that to me is missing the point.”

Though critical of Obama’s policies, Huckabee said he has no disagreement with Obama as a human being. He went further to commend him for being “an exemplary husband” and an “extraordinary father.” “Frankly, America needs a good role model like that,” he said.

My comment:

Mike Huckabee might not be a good Christian role model. Neither do I. The same question applies to President Barack Hussein Obama.

Do Obama believe that Jesus is God?

I find it amazing, that is seems to be impossible for a single journalist to pass this question on to Obama.

If the answer is “Yes”, Obama is not a Muslim. If the answer is “No”, Obama is not a Christian.

This is a promise given by Palestinian negotiator Nabil Sha’ath on Wednesday. He rebuffs a key demand by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when he launched direct talks with PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Washington one week ago.

“Such a declaration would directly threaten the Muslims and Christians in Israel and prevent Palestinian refugees, who left their homes and villages a number of decades ago, from being granted the right to return to them,”, Sha’ath told reporters in Ramallah.

Sha’ath, a member of the Palestinian negotiating team, said Netanyahu planned to raise the issue at Sharm el-Sheikh, where the direct negotiations are set to resume in coming days.

Earlier this week, Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said Israel’s demand to be recognized as a Jewish state is worrying.

“If the international community defines Israel as a Jewish state – such a decision should be approved by the UN,” Aboul Gheit said.

The Israeli demand is serving, among other things, to expose Arab and Muslim hypocrisy, since there are numerous states in the region that declare themselves to be “Arab” or “Islamic” republics without UN approval and without any guarantees for the rights of other religious or ethnic minorities.

My comment:

All who feel there is a political solution to the conflict in the Middle East, do not understand what this conflict is all about.

Its about the Koran denying that there can be a Jewish state in the “Islamic heartland”. All Muslim’s who stay faithful to the teachings of Muhammad, will fight the Jews with all their might.

The battle around Israel is a war between to spiritual powers. God of the Bible on one side, and “Allah” of the Koran on the other. Both of them can not be god. One of them is a demon, that is ruled by Lucifer, also called the Father of all lies.

The state of Israel, including Jerusalem is a property of the Jewish people. The districts of Judea and Samaria should stay under Israeli control. That will be the best options for both Jews and Muslims, and for all of us. Including Catholics and Christians.
