Israeli play on London theater goes on despite protests

Pro-Palestinian activists have disrupted the UK debut of Israel’s Habima theatre company in London.

About 10 minutes into the play, a banner reading “Israel Apartheid leave the stage” was unfurled from the first-floor balcony accompanied by several Palestinian flags.

Around 15 people were carried or led out of Shakespeare’s Globe theatre after unfurling banners or Palestinian flags. One man was arrested.

Before the performance of The Merchant of Venice, Globe artistic director Dominic Dromgoole asked the audience to stay calm in the event of disturbances.

The actual performance carried on despite the disruptions.

The protests came after a group of stage figures including Mark Rylance, Mike Leigh and Emma Thompson called for the Globe to boycott the company over its performances in Israeli settlements in the West Bank.

In a letter to The Guardian, they said Habima had “a shameful record of involvement with illegal Israeli settlements in Occupied Palestinian Territory”.

Shakespeare’s Globe said its current international festival was “a celebration of languages and not… a celebration of nations and states”.

Security was stepped up ahead of Monday’s show, with airport-style metal detectors in the foyer and audience members’ bags searched.

My comment:

First: There is no “Palestinian” people. They are all Arabs. They have 22 countries to live in.

Second: There is no “Palestine”. This was the name the pagan Emperor in Rome gave Israel, to mock God and the Jews after 70 A.D.

Third: The Mountains of Zion is not a “river bank”, not the “west bank” of the river Jordan. This hilly mountain range is Jewish, and the correct name is Judea and Samaria.

Forth: Koran-obeying Islam who attack anything Jewish has always represented a bastardization of freedom and culture. They have nothing to offer but an totalitarian attitude, and actions similar to the work of Nazi-Germany.

Fifth: Islam as an ideology comes from the same source as Nazism. The filth it represents, is based on Jew-hate. Jewish culture and blessings to the World must be destroyed, and replaced by a system of senatorship, priestly rule and violence as an acceptable political tool.

Six: Europe might soon become like a dog. It will return back to its own womit. The Europeans do not only accepts antisemitism and Jew-hate. Europe support Islamic terrorism against the state of Israel. The Nazis burned the books of the Jews, and claimed the Jews were a treat to world peace hardly 70 years ago. Just like the Arabs have done every day since the state of Israel was re-birthed in 1948.

Jesus the Messiah is the king of the Jews. He takes no pleasure in people who either ignore or curse His chosen people.

Stand up for the state of Israel. Stand tall with the Jewish people in their time of need of your support.

Ground zero mosque Imam wants to merge all faiths

“Islam, Christianity and Judaism believe in the same prophets, the same God, the same ethical principles”.

Imam2 — Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf wants all faiths in the US to unite, serving “god” together.

This is the claim by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the man behind the demand of building of a Mosque on Ground Zero in New York city.

Shortly after 9/11, the American imam gave sessions on Islam to the FBI and invited agents to his mosque, in an effort to foster cooperation at a time when Muslims felt under attack.

Rauf comes to Toronto Saturday to deliver a keynote address at a dinner organized by the Council on American-Islamic Relations Canada, and to talk about his new book, Moving the Mountain.

The magazine the Star asked him some questions. Her is one of them:

Q. As you know and I’m sure heard often, the perception within many Muslim countries is that this is a war against Islam, not terrorism.

A. This is a perception battle because perceptions have been shaped. The fact of the matter is Islam as a religion is much like Christianity and Judaism. We believe in the same prophets, the same God, the same ethical principles . . . We need to work together. We ourselves have been victims of extremism. We were among the people who perished on 9/11. Extremism today kills lots of Muslims — look what happened in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq, all the suicide bombing, we are the victims of them.

The One world religion is based on a concept where Jesus the Messiah is deleted from his post as as God, and the only way to the Kingdom of Heaven.

The UN kept and prolongs a «Palestinian refugee problem»

Without UN funding, the issue of Palestinian refugees would have gone away a long time ago.

This is a statement by Prof. Nitza Nachmias of the Jewish-Arab Center in Haifa University. She says that it wasn’t for UNRWA and its half-billion dollar annual budget, the Palestinian refugee problem would have been solved long ago.

There is no such thing as Palestinian refugees. If people would stop calling the places in which they live ‘refugee camps,’ then they would see that these places are just like villages and towns anywhere else, and the inhabitants are totally rehabilitated, Nachmias told Arutz Sheva’s Shimon Cohen on Sunday.

She continued:
«Refugee camps are like the maabarot [in which Israel housed its hundreds of thousands of new immigrants from North Africa and elsewhere] in the 1950’s or the camps now in Haiti – not the villages with streets and stone houses in what is known as Palestinian refugee camps of today».

«They are rehabilitated better than refugees who are not supported by UNRWA», Nachmias said. «Practically, factually and legally, there is no such thing as ‘Palestinian refugees.’ … Refugee camps are a fiction, and most of those who claim to be refugees have already been integrated into other countries».

Prof. Nachmias, a senior researcher at the Jewish-Arab Center who also teaches in Asheklon College and the University of Maryland, feels that Israel has taken the wrong approach in dealing with this issue:

«We can’t simply push it off to the ‘final status talks’ and say, -We don’t accept the demand for the right-of-return because it will destroy the Jewish character of our state-

What do they care about our Jewish character?

If they deserve to be here, then it’s tough luck on us! Rather, Israel should take a pro-active approach, basing itself on international law and precedents, and declare that the Palestinian refugee issue no longer exists. They are no longer refugees». ”

Rules for Palestinians are Different?

«According to international law,” Nachmias explains, “a refugee is an individual or family that was forced to run away – but this definition does not extend to children [of the original refugees], a community or a group. The only exception to this rule is the Palestinians, for whom the international laws are apparently different»

If it wasn’t for UNRWA, Nachmias indicates, the issue of Palestinian refugees would have gone away a long time ago:

I discovered documents of pension funds of over a billion dollars a year, managed by brokers in Switzerland. All this for what is defined as a ‘welfare agency’ whose mandate is renewed every three years».

Why is there no Jewish refugees today?

What happened to 800.000 Jews who were forced to leave Arab countries and Persia?

The answer is simple. The state of Israel absorbed them, and gave them citizenship, along with two million Muslims that refused to flee the war zone because of Arabic pressure.

What happened to the Muslims that declined David Ben Gurion`s offer to stay behind in Israel?

What happened to the Arabs who were told by Arabs that they would return to a new Arab nation, as soon as the Jewish Zionist state was defeated?

These Arab Muslims left Israel, lost the war, and ended up in so-called «Palestinian refugee camps». Fooled by their own Arab brethren, They were all quickly denied citizenship in 21 Arabic nations. The truth is that Arabs made their own Muslim brethren «eternal refugees», to be used as a political tool in the never ending bid to destroy the winner, the Jewish state.

Mahmoud Abbas is a Holocaust denier forced on Israel as «peace partner»

«A partnership was established between Hitler’s Nazis and the leadership of the Zionist movement».

This is written by the PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, in a book following his doctorate in 1983. The book is named: «The Other Side: the Secret Relationship Between Nazism and Zionism».

Mahmoud Abbas writes:

… [the Zionists] gave permission to every racist in the world, led by Hitler and the Nazis, to treat Jews as they wish, so long as it guarantees immigration to Palestine».

Mahmoud Abbas on the Holocaust:

« It seems that the interest of the Zionist movement…is to inflate this figure so that their gains will be greater. This led them to emphasize this figure in order to gain the solidarity of international public opinion with Zionism. Many scholars have debated the figure of six million and reached stunning conclusions — fixing the number of Jewish victims at only a few hundred thousand.”

In the Arab newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, on June 24, 2003 Abbas is quoted for saying the following in regards to the Holocaust:

«…If coming back to the suffering and tribulations (caused) by the Nazis, we would read hair-raising things about the entanglement of the Zionist leaders in the ‘sacrifice’ of many Jews in order to kill two birds with one stone: to be rid of those who disagreed with them [meaning Jews opposed to Zionism] on the one hand and, on the other, to push all the Jews to immigrate to Palestine, since Europe had become an unbearable Hell»

«I would like to say that, based on the above, the Jewish – or more accurately Zionist – willingness to sacrifice Jews for the above mentioned cause is a known historical tradition»

BBC wrote the following on January 10th, 2005:

Mahmoud Abbas, also known as Abu Mazen, was named as chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) after Yasser Arafat died in November 2004, and in January 2005 he won convincingly in the election for president of the Palestinian Authority.

A highly intellectual man, Mahmoud Abbas studied law in Egypt before doing a doctorate in Moscow. He is the author of several books.

But some Jewish groups have criticised both his doctorate and the resulting book, The Other Side: the Secret Relationship Between Nazism and Zionism, as works of Holocaust denial.

Abbas denied that charge in an interview with the Israeli daily Haaretz in May 2003.
«I quoted an argument between historians in which various numbers of casualties were mentioned. One wrote there were 12 million victims and another wrote there were 800,000», he told the newspaper.

«I have no desire to argue with the figures. The Holocaust was a terrible, unforgivable crime against the Jewish nation, a crime against humanity that cannot be accepted by humankind», he said.
