Luke 24:12-14

Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.

The Jewish fisherman Peter was called by Jesus to become his student. Peter was like all of us. He struggled with his faith, not able to listen to Jesus and believe the messages from His Master. When Peter came to the grave and found it empty, He could simply not understand. Still, He had not got the Power of the Holy Spirit. That a man can rise from the dead, has to be revealed to us from above. We have to be born again to know this for sure.

Romans 15:8
For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, to confirm the promises made to the patriarchs.

The Jewish Apostle Paul is crystal clear. The Messiah came to serve the Jewish people, not to be served. The Messiah is never in opposition to God of Israel, but is the fulfiller of all previous promises. People who claim that Christ do not agree with His Father in Heaven, are followers of a false Messiah.

Mark 1:21

They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.

The Messiah and his students up held the Sabbath, starting from Friday evening at sunset. The Messiah was a committed teacher is the Synagogues, and the Jews called Him Rabbi. Jesus of Nazareth did not come to start a new religion, but to explain who our Father is and what He demands from us.
