Jordan’s king claims Israel is undermining the status quo in Jerusalem as women in the Old City chanting they will liberate al-Aqsa with blood and fire.
“Christianity in the holy city is under fire… this cannot continue,” Abdullah told the world. “As custodians of Jerusalem’s Muslim and Christian holy sites, we are committed to protecting the historical and legal status quo and to their safety and future. We are committed to defending the rights, the precious heritage, and the historic identity of the Christian people of our region.”
He went on.
“The future of Jerusalem is an urgent concern. The city is holy to billions of Muslims, Christians and Jews around the world. Undermining Jerusalem’s legal and historical status quo triggers global tensions and deepens religious divides. The holy city must not be a place for hatred and division.”

My comment:
The Bible says the Messiah will return til Jerusalem, when His own people have returned to the city. This is the very purpose of the Messiah regathering the Jews from all nations, the formation of Israel in 1948 and liberation of Jerusalem in 1967.
Islam has for the past 100 years desperately tried to block these biblical prophecies from bring fulfilled. The liberation of Jerusalem in 1967 was a catastrophe for all Muslims. Their «allah» was proven to be a liar and a powerless god. Not able to hold on to «al Quds». Not at all able to convince the Jewish people to embrace the teaching of Mecca’s claimed to be prophet Muhammed. Islam tries to rally Roman Catholics for the final war on the Word of God. The «Zionist enemy» must be defeated at all costs. «The Holy city» is a Papal concept. The Pope claim to be The Holy father, the vicar of Christ and the owner of the city of David. For evangelical Christians, the ancient city of Jerusalem is the city where the Messiah died and resurrected. And the modern city where He will reign as the King of Kings when He appear to bring the final judgment.
King Abdullah and United Nations «status quo» on the Temple Mount is a human made regulation to keep the Jewish people from building a third temple. To stop them, Muslim youth are permitted to throw rocks down on Jews praying at the Western Wall. Jews are permitted to enter the site, only, as long as they promise not to utter a word that can be taken for a prayer or thanksgiving to God of Israel.
What ever kings, evil spirts and demons will try, the Messiah will return to a liberated Jerusalem. He will land on the Mounts of Olives with a big bang.
Zechariah 14:4
On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south.
Acts 1:11

As He enters Jerusalem, the Messiah will kill the last and final false Messiah, called the last man of lawlessness or antichrist. The Messiah will eventually set up His judgement throne on the Temple Mount. Regardless of the opinions of United Nations, king Abdullah of Jordan, the pope and eight billion people on the face of the Earth. Amen.

The Pope Francis and Ahmed El-Tayeb created Abrahamic Family House where all religions can come together as one in a false sign of peace and love.
