Abstract
Fluorescence-based oligonucleotide (ON) hybridization probes greatly aid the detection and profiling of RNA sequences in cells. However, certain limitations such as target accessibility and hybridization efficiency in cellular environments hamper their broad application because RNAs can form complex and stable structures. In this context, we have developed a robust hybridization probe suitable for imaging RNA in cells by combining the properties of 1) a new microenvironment-sensitive fluorescent nucleobase analogue, obtained by attaching the Lucifer chromophore (1,8-naphthalimide) at the 5-position of uracil, and 2) a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) capable of forming stable hybrids with RNA.

They claim to know the Messiah, but seems to cary a powerless cross. As they walk down the path of faithlessnes and compromises.

The bible says Paul was in danger of false brethren. Who are they? How can we detect people who claim to know the Messiah, but do not?

1 Corinthians 1:18
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Philippins 3:2-3
Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the mutilation! For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Philippins 3: 18-19
For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame—who set their mind on earthly things.

You have often heard religious people adding some few words to the truth, that nullifies their claimed faith in the Messiah. I call them « ad-on Christians ». There is always a « but » added, after truth has been spoken. An excuse for not being able to stand up and preach the true cross. To follow His example. The cross enables us to walk in the power of His resurrection, to be persecuted and even martyred for our faith in Him.

« I know I have to follow Jesus, but I need to have income » That is a typically normal statements from the camp of the compromised. Yes we need money. But how are we as caretakers of the Lords money and time? Jesus faced lot of excuses without any empathy. Remember that this message was to people claiming to be his decsiple.

Matthew 8:19-22.

Then a certain scribe came and said to Him, “Teacher, I will follow You wherever You go.”
And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”Then another of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”
But Jesus said to him, “Follow Me, and let the dead bury their own dead.”

In John 6 we read about disciples who grumbled and were rebuked by Him.

John 6: 61, 64-66.

When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples complained about this, He said to them, “Does this offend you?

But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him. And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.” From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more.

Unfortunately, it seems that these « disciples » continued to preach that they had met Jesus. But their message seems to be watered down, and conformed to a more acceptable message to those who listen to them. Their mantra is, « You can follow Jesus, but ». Feel free to add the most used excuses. « I need to work », “I need money”, “I need to take care of my family”. “I am a little bit busy”, “My pastor said”, “I am not worthy”, “I have a friends who is gay”, disabled, etc, etc, etc.

Word War III was not fought with armed guns and nuclear weapons. But with a vaccine dose. Not even the gross majority of the claimed to be « Christian church » were able to read the prophetic signs. But surrenderd and handed her self over to submission to the World. They left the narrow path, and seems not able to make it through the narrow door.

Which biblical references can we use to explain the present carnage?

Matthew 7:13-14

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

It is off course terribly offensive to some Christians, to remind them about these few lines. Because the narrow path is highly unpopular. And unfortunately, the large majority will not be able to take that path, and complete their journey. The World had to much to offer. The prices of silver offered became a to big temptation.

New Testament believers, are confronted with The God that has not changed. Father, Son and Holy Spirit is God from the first line of what we call the Old Testament. The same « Jesus » is there in Genesis chapter 1, and took the Hebrews across the Red Sea, overlooking the mass murder of the Egyptian army in the book of Exodus. Confronted with the character and nature of God of the Bible, many “Christians” reject Him. They walked into a creepy deception. They were often simply not able to stand persecuted for their faith, and fell away. The Old Testament hero’s did not. And they paid spectacular consequences of their submission.

Hebrews 11: 35-40.

Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. Still others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yes, and of chains and imprisonment. They were stoned, they were sawn in two, were tempted, were slain with the sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented— of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and mountains, in dens and caves of the earth. And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise, God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.

May Yeshua the Messiah bless all who still resist the devil, and have no plan of pulling up the white flag and surrender.

What will happen to all who take the mark of the beast? They will rejoice till the time they understand they have been deceived and will perish.

How do we read the book of Revelation, chapter 11? Did not Noah experience a World rejoicing, laughing and ridiculing him just before all creation perished?

Revelation 11:10

And those [non-believers] who live on the earth will gloat over them and rejoice; and they will send gifts [in celebration] to one another, because these two prophets tormented and troubled those who live on the earth.

(Amplified Bible).

All who take the mark of the beast will perish. That is a very unpopular prophetic message. Both for claimed believers and non believers.

But strangely enough. Many non-believers noq feel that 666 and the mark of the beast has arrived. They have seen that Covid-19 is a trapp linked to Satans plans for the whole World. To enforce a global dictatorship, and to be honoured by all for brining good health, peace and prosperity. Many non-believers also feel that there is a plan enforced for depopulation. True believers ask them to read about in Revelation 9: 6-7. Onw third, or more than 2 billion people are about to perish.

Non-believers can simply not understand why people do not listen to reason linked to Covid-19. Why they are being censored, and called voices of conspiracies? Well, in Revelation 11:10 you find the answer.

Than read Luke 16. The man who complained from Hell, obviously knew who Abraham was. Possibly a claimed believer in God of Abraham. He begged Abraham to send someone to save him out of the burning fire. Unfortunately it was to late. Like for all who regrets, after having received the 10 pieces of silver, or taken the mark of the beast. What was his fatal error, that lead him into the inferno?

Abraham gave him the answer. « You simply did not listen to the warnings. You had the Law (Torrah) and the warnings from the prophets. I am sorry, its too late. There is no way I can help you now ».

Luke 16: 29-31

Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ”

What about the 10 virgins? In particular the five foolish of them. Satan’s plan was not only to let their lamp burn out because of lack of oil. When their oil was over, the unwise begged the wise virgins for oil. If the wise had shared, all the 10 virgins would have been silenced by Satans trickery. All of them would have ran out of oil before the bridegroom knocked on their door. The message from the vise virgins. « Sorry, mate, you blew it. You did not listen to our warnings and now have to face the most terrible consequences ».

Matthew 25:9-10

But the wise answered, saying, ‘No,lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’  But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

The prophetic warning is crystal clear, to all who have become friends of the World, run and governed by the beast.

Revelation 19:20-21
Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
