Jews kiss Arabs in bid to achieve peace

Arabs and Jews protest ‘book ban’ with a kiss.

Only a false peace agreement can be achived by kissing a gentile.

Time Out Tel Aviv responded to the Education Ministry’s barring from a reading list for high schoolers of a novel depicting an Israeli-Palestinian love story with a video showing Jews and Arabs locking lips.

This new video is modeled on the “First Kiss” video released in March 2014, which went viral before people caught on that it was actually an advertisement for a fashion line starring models.

Like the original video, this new clip, titled, “Jews & Arabs Kiss,” shows ostensible strangers pairing up into couples for a kiss. It’s awkward and romantic, but in this case the creators aim to sell coexistence rather than clothing.

My comment:

This campaign reminds me about the “flower power movement” of 1967. The idea that if everyone had put some flowers in the hair, it would bring an end to all wars.

Seeing Jews and Arab kiss each other and publish the picture on Facebook, also reminds me about Yassir Arafat. He also roamed around kissing world leaders, talking about peace. The kissing gestures of the PLO leader, made him a darling of the secular media.

The Bible warns us about such pacemakers:

 Malachi 2:11
Judah has been unfaithful. A detestable thing has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem: Judah has desecrated the sanctuary the Lord loves by marrying women who worship a foreign god.

There were biblical persons who kissed, and in the next moment were caught in acts of betryal:

 Mark 14:44
Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: ‘The one I kiss is the man; arrest him and lead him away under guard.’

Likewise, kissing Arab and Jews will be loved by the secular world. The global audience do not want to see the survival of a Jewish state, that is set aside by God, not to be like the nations of the pagans. The Jewishness of the Jewish people have been preserved through 2.000 years of exile, by Jews being loyal to the commandments of God. A safardim Jew from Marroco would rather marry a askenazim Jewess from Russia, than to jump in bed with a local gentile.

What we see is yet another sign of the downfall of Zionism. 70 per cent of the Israeli are as secular as secular New Yorker’s. They do not want to have anything to do with God of Israel, but rather do whatever they desire.

In this way, Israelis play them selves right into the hands of the last and final false peacemaker.  In the Bible, also mentioned as the man of sin and lawlessness.

God of Israel is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Only He can save a man from his sins.

  1. Decieving spirits say we can succeed without God. They tell us we can have peace and a perfect world, or perfect for us, without God. Revelations says there will be 3 deceiving spirits. Maybe we can love our way there, maybe we can bomb our way there. I guess the third spirit, buy our way there, if we print enough money to reach the moon.

    1. Dear Edward

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

My point is that we should be a little bit choosy of whom we kiss. I am not against kissing.

  2. That’s more politics than kissing. Who cares if jews kiss arabs, neither believes in jesus. If they did it probably wouldn’t matter since they’d all be one in Christ. So all these differences are caused by the decieving spirits saying there are other ways to achieve peace. I guess, I don’t know. Just wondering what the “deceiving spirits” are.

    1. Dear Edward.

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

      Did you read the article?

Why wonder about “deciving spirits”? The Word of God is crystal clear. The Jewish people shall not marry gentiles. Full stop!.

That claimed to be Christians do not understand this, is caused by spiritual blidness. Many Christians have trashed the commandments of God, and live a life based on indulgences and lawlessness. In the name of “Christ”.

  3. It says not to marry women who worship a foreign God. Christians wouldn’t be worshipping a foreign God, and seculars don’t have any God..

    1. Dear Edward.

98 per cent of the Arabs worship a foreign God. Many mighty men of God fell, because of intimate relationships with “foreign” women who worshipped other gods. One of them was king Solomon. King David fell into the sin of murder and adulatry because of a beautiful Hittite woman.

Than to the topic, you want to highlight and debtate: Sadly, many claimed Christians do worship a god who is foreign to all Jews. A helenist god, a “Christ” who is not God of Israel. A copy-cat Messiah.

  4. Nah, I didn’t want to go there. Even the real Christ is foreign to most Jews. I guess they don’t get how they can be justified by anything but perfect adherence to the law of Moses, or at least how others can be justified by anything else.

    1. Dear Edward.

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

That most Jews keep on searching for their Messiah, do not justify the deceptions of the Christians. The words and deeds of false Christians are one of the reason, why many Jews find it difficult to belive in the Messiah at all. Seeing a pagan Pope, breaking all the laws by his own convenience, in the name of “Christ”.

  5. Rabbi’s teaching that he isn’t probably doesn’t help much either. Most people are blind followers and it’s like the blind leading the blind. Catholic or Jew, they are a lot alike.

  6. Hey Ivar,
of course your article is about Arabs and Jews kissing to send a message
to those observing that we Jews and Arabs dont want to be enemies anymore.
they want to live together in peace with each other.
The article is not about Arabs and Jews marrying, however I’m sure this will and
does already exist. As Ed has said, if both do not know Christ then the god they worship
is no god at all. At least that’s the way I understand Ed’s point.
If however; the two are believers then they can marry in accordance to the words the Apostle
Paul. But the article is not about marrying but kissing.
As you mentioned in the article about Judas one of the twelve, his kiss was a sign to bring
harm upon Jesus. The betrayal. So a kiss can be used to bring evil.
Paul instructed the Corinthian believers and undoubtedly among the believers at Corinth
the were possibly some of them who were Jewish, to greet one another with a holy kiss.
For the law abiding Jew to marry outside of their own people is forbidden, just as believers are instructed to not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. This is applied in marriage and also can be applied in other relationships, ie business perhaps.
But the article is not about marrying. its about sending a mention by means of a kiss to those Arabs and Israeli’s who do not want to live at peace. Some Christians want them to be enemies. But Jews and Arabs who love Jesus want to be at peace with one another. There is only one way that a Jew and Arab can live together in peace and harmony with genuine caring love for each other, and that is both are in Christ. That’s how the world will know who they really are by the way they love one another.
Too many want them to remain enemies.

    1. Dear Todd.

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

To not know the scriptures and the power of God, is quite normal. But there are people who have read the Word of God, and hate the scriptures. They hate the scriptures into the core of their soul and bones.

I was once one of them.

I could not accept that God has chosen for Him self a people, His own treasured posession. He set them aside, built a nation, and commanded them not to become like all other nations. He forbade them to marry pagans, who worship foreign gods. To be understood, not God of Abraham, Isaak and Israel.

For gentile Christians, the issus of marrying a Jewess is a non starter. But for the Jewish people and nation: Who is eventually marrying a Jewess is a matter of life and death. If all of them listen to pagans, the nation of Israel will disapear. And the Jewish people will no longer exist. Many people and nations have disappeared, and are found in the scrapyards of history.

How nice it will be for the preachers of Replacement Theology, if the nation of Israel was gone?

That it would be proven that all the promises and the covenants, are tranfered to “Christ” and his “Church”.

Israel is surely a hair in their soup.

” A holy kiss” is something very different, than jumping in bed with someone. Apostate Jews and Christians do not mind if Jewish women defile them selves, and become like any other woman on the planet. The present “kissing-campaign” in Israel claim to be about “peace’. That is a iie. These flash mobber’s protest that the Jewish nation has Rabinical restrictions on marriage. This is the core issue. This is the truth.

To remove these restrictions will be like ” a kiss of betrayal”.

  7. Many issues have been raised in this debate.

Ivar has brought to the readers attention a campaign by secular people of opposing race.

From what I have read in other sources, the education department in Israel has banned a book that contains a narrative about love between Arab and Jew.

The secular world is driven to work towards peace among the nations.

The Bible says the secular world will achieve peace and the one world religious system will oversee and support this campaign for peace.

Those whose opinions oppose this approach to peace will be viewed to be on the wrong side by both the seucular and religious leaders.

We are taught in scripture that there must be a falling away before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This means that despite the nation of Israel coming into being as a Jewish state, the religious leaders will lose influence over social affairs and the secular peace campaign will gain traction.

Jews who hold to and practice their faith under their understanding of the Old Covenant blind to Jesus being the person the Prophets foretold about, will continue to exist in fewer numbers as the world gets more war weary and looks for ways to establish peace among the nations.

Those who claim to be Christians – called by God under the new covenant are yet another complication.

The Bible is quite clear that those who God callse will become targets by false teachers, before they have chance to become spiritually mature they can become victims and be led off course.

    Among these people are subgroups.

    The deceived. As described above.

The deceivers, the above who become entrenched in false teaching that they too begin to spread the same deception.

The problem for all Christians is, they can easily be deceived if they refuse to accept what the Bible says, on given subjects.

A problem arises when deceived people are firmly convinced on a matter and refuse to change.

And another problem arises when a deceived person is convinced they are a ‘true’ christian and doggedly drive forward ignoring everyone because they are completely blinded by what they have been taught and accepted as truth, because that is more acceptable than the truth that is clear in scripture.

We all are guilty of being in the above position at some stage in our walk.

    Philippians 2
12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,

Look at the above verse and then examine yourselves.

    Have you always obeyed?

There are many instructions in the Bible.

    19 Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;
20 for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.
21 Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Self deception is another aspect of being deceived.

We have the ability to read and study, but, the time comes when we have to put into practice what we learn and change our ways, if we do not, then we can be experts in scripture yet make no progress in spiritual growth.

This secular campaign is a simple piece in the bigger of the jigsaw that is the worlds progress towards false peace.

    1. Dear Allistar

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

      I will add your conclusion:

This secular campaign is a simple piece in the bigger of the jigsaw that is the worlds progress towards false peace.

      My comment:

You have hit the button. The Jewishness of the state of Israel is the core issue. The moment Israel becomes like all other nations, the end shall come.

We have seen Jews returning home, after 2.000 years in exile. Refusing to marry pagans, in the nations where they took refugee. After the Holocaust, many Jews thought they would never be able to find a Jewish husband or wife. If would be so easy, just to surrender and find a pagan spouse.

But no. Absolutely not. Something extraordinary beautiful happend, not known to most of both the religious and secular International community. A sefardim Jewess originally from Marocco would rather travel to Ukraine, and marry an askenazi boy. The everlasting oat sealed thier marriage. “Next year, next year in Jeruslaem”. Than the nerwly married would return home, and settle in Israel, in Biblical Zion. The promised land.

The first time I understood this, I acnowledged that God’s calling are not revocable. Now the children of the mixed Sefardim and Askenazi parents, are home in Israel. Again targetted to renounce their Zionist convictions and promise to remain a Jew. They still stand. It is all about grace. Unlimited grace.

The Jewish people as an etnic people, have survived all the attacks from Satan, if the Messiah was not with them, it would have been totally imposible. But He loves them regardless of their incomplete seach for Him.

    2. Greetings Allistair,
You mentioned that he education Department in Israel
has banned a book that has a narrative about love between Arabs and Jews.
I am not familiar with this book. It is a secular writing I presume.
I have read about the New testament is banned as well and of course this is a spiritual
writing that teaches love between Jew and Gentile. Arabs would fall into that category.
Now I am not there in Israel to know positively that this is fact. I have only read this.
I will try to find the source. If I am wrong about this please correct me. Maybe Ivar will know.
If this is factual then, whom ever is doing the banning is banning the very words of Yeshua on this matter.
While I am writing this I googled the banning of the New Testament in Israel and there is a ton of stuff about it. Right wing lawmakers in Israel calling it a despicable book. Sending the book to the Knesset members is a provocation. some dispose of them to the rubbish bin of history while other members are more respectful and return them to the sender. What a shame
I know this isn’t really about Jews kissing Arabs but you brought the comment up about the book ban. I have also read about New Testament burnings in Israel.
      Food for thought.

      1. 1 John 2
18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.

I have taken the above verse out of context, but I wanted to draw attention to something.

People are obsessed with ‘the antichrist’.

But the verse refers to many antichrists, plural.

        1 John 4
3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

:It is the work of the spirit of antichrist.
