The Guardian: Syrian insurgents vow to attack Russian forces as Moscow hints at ground role.
The 41 groups are reacting against Moscow’s air war but a senior official says Russian fighters from Ukraine ‘can’t be stopped’ from fighting for Assad regime.
More than 40 Syrian insurgent groups have vowed to attack Russian forces in retaliation for Moscow’s air campaign, in a show of unity among the usually fragmented rebels against what they called the “occupiers” of Syria.
The 41 Syrian rebel groups, which included powerful factions such as Ahrar al-Sham, Islam Army and the Levant Front, said Russia had joined the war in Syria after President Bashar al-Assad’s forces were on the verge “of a crushing defeat”.
The insurgents’ warning came as the chairman of Russia’s parliamentary defense committee suggested that Russian “volunteer” units could join with forces fighting for Assad.

The Russian occupation of Syrian airspace, have done the magic for all the Islamic terror-groups. They have agreed to stop slaughtering each other, and stand united.
Like in Afghanistan, the Russians will fail. But the consequences for Israel is alarming.
The secular Russian intervention is Syria, is a gift to radical Islam. The Jihad forces will now get some first hand experience by fighting the Russians. They will learn how they have to handle the IDF. In a not to distant future, the Jihad movement will bid to bring down the borders on the Golan Heights, and push a million Syrian immigrants into Israel.
The Russians and NATO will let the Muslims do the dirty job for them. The last enemy will be the Zionists entry, and the “right wing Jewish extremists” who “occupy Palestinian land on the Westbank”. The Sons of Muhammad will be permitted by the nuclear powers to make the city of Jerusalem a military “theater”, in a bid to liberate “al-Quds”.
Why prolong this painful process?
Let the Antichrist come. Let all those who love lies, antisemitism and Arab nationalism unite. Let them walk down the path towards the wide gate of destruction. When the Messiah of the Bible returns, He will separate the sheep and the goats. He will return as the Lion of Judah, and set up His judgment throne in Jerusalem.

As you must understand in the story of Christ separating the sheep from the goats, neither the sheep, nor the goats recognized Christ traveling incognito in some human form. It has nothing to do with religion, but the recognition of our common humanity, and the treasure of the human heart.

Assad was properly elected by his own people, is loved by his people generally. Or another possibility is that Russia will again defeat Turkey.
