Total devastation before the Messianic age

Some preaches say there will be no dooms day before the second coming of Jesus, but a rapture. They skip warnings about the rule of anti-Christ.  They claim we wont be there.

You still have a choise. Surrender to Jesus the Messiah if you want to live.

The apocalyptic events that will bring back the Messiah, are going to bring total destruction on Earth. That is why a new Earth, and even a new Heaven is needed.

For people who believe in the Pre-tribulation rapture, this kind of total devastation will come as a surprise. For them, martyrdom in the coming days are almost unthinkable. Their pastors has simply not prepared them for the truth about the end and the age.

The best pre-Messianic-rule prophecy, about the coming total devastation prior to the second coming, is found in Isaiah 24.

It is just like the pre-tribulation rapture preachers have forgotten this chapter. It is very convenient to say that the Church shall be on the wedding banquet in Heaven when the Anti-Christ rules and total devastation strikes the Earth. Their pastors tells them, that when the horrors are over, the Church will return to Earth and rule in the Messianic age.

The true Prophet says the opposite. We will be here when the horrors strikes, and we will rejoice and praise Him. Walking inside the Great Tribulation.

Isaiah 24
The LORD’s Devastation of the Earth
1 See, the LORD is going to lay waste the earth
   and devastate it;
he will ruin its face
   and scatter its inhabitants—
2 it will be the same
   for priest as for people,
for the master as for his servant,
for the mistress as for her servant,
   for seller as for buyer,
   for borrower as for lender,
   for debtor as for creditor.
3 The earth will be completely laid waste
and totally plundered. The LORD has spoken this word.

 Isaiah writes:

2 it will be the same
   for priest as for people.

It is strange that all the “priests” will be left behind, and the “Church” taken to Heaven.

14 They raise their voices, they shout for joy;  from the west they acclaim the LORD’s majesty.

16 From the ends of the earth we hear singing:
“Glory to the Righteous One.”

Who is going to sing like this, if the “Church”is taken away?

The people on the Earth will perish, and experience the first death. Few will survive the horrors.

Isaiah writes that only a few will survive. The rest will burn.

 6 Therefore a curse consumes the earth;
its people must bear their guilt.
Therefore earth’s inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left.

In the darkest hours of mankind, the Messiah will return to save those who are waiting for Him.

Since there are few survivors, most likely only believers, Jews and gentiles who obeyed the Messiah. No doubt that Paul got the revelation:

“Every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess, that Jesus the Messiah is Lord.

Not all the believers will survive the terror. They will face martyrdom, in the biggest blood bath on the face of the Earth ever.  The children of the Anti-Christ will kill and slaughter believers, from wherever they can be rounded up and detained. Than they will be bunt alive.

But the days of Great Tribulation have been shortened for the sake of the elect. If not, no one would have been able to survive.

But behold. The second death will have no power over those who faced martyrdom. Those who have been beheaded, will rise and reign with the Messiah for a thousand years. They washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb, and came out of the Great Tribulation.

 Revelation 7:14
I answered, “Sir, you know.” And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

The rest of mankind who face the first death, will raise from the dust and face eternal condemnation. They will face the second death, from where there is no exit, no escape.

 Daniel 12:2
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.

 1 Thessalonians 4:16
16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

Paul saw dooms day. The Apostle John also saw the coming destruction. He was told about the second death. The lake of fire.

 Revelation 20:6

Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

 Revelation 20:14

Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.

 Revelation 21:8

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

In the Messianic age there will be peace for 1.000 years. Because all the troublemakers faced the first death, when God’s wrath stroke the Earth. But they will all rise. The World will be ruled with an iron rod, by the Messiah ruling from Jerusalem, a new city that is coming down from Heaven. Now, the final separation of the sheep and the goats will take place.

Despite peace, there will come a final rebellion. Satan will be let loose from captivity, and deceive souls all over again.

But at the very and of his games, He and all who were deceived by him will spend eternity in the lake of fire.

Revelation 20:15
Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

  1. It seems to me from the sequence in Rev, that Jesus will rule with a rod of iron from earthly Jerusalem. The new Jerusalem comes down from heaven after the millennium and the release of Satan.

    1. Dear Sara.

      Shalom.

There have been tribulation for every born again Christian from the day of Pentecost, up to this day. In millions, they have been slaughtered and faced the first death. But they were all resurrected by the Messiah, and will not face the second death.

Many will live a long life is self-indulgences and sin, and not face much trouble on the flesh while walking on Earth. But they can not escape the second death.

The troubles of Jacob is made spiritual and given multiple meanings, even by many “Friends of Israel” who say we shall not use the Word of God like this in other matters. But the Word of God is crystal clear on the dooms day that is approaching. I my self will not mind dying a martyrs death. If that is what Jesus has prepared down the road, I rejoice.

  2. What about this verse?

    Isaiah 26:19-21 (KJV)
Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

[20] Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

[21] For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Lord our God won’t punish Sodom and Gomorrah if Lot is still in that city until He commanded two angels to take Lot, his wife and two daughters away from that sinful city (his wife perished because she ignored the warning that she should not look back during the fleeing)

    Genesis 18:23,26,32 (KJV)
And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? [26] And the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. [32] And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten’s sake.

Interesting to take notice when Abraham asked God if there’s ten righteous souls in a city, will He punish the city? God spares them, He won’t punish the city.

Lord our God through Jesus Christ never punish their childrens who follows His Son
who shed His holy bloods for their sins as Passover Lamb of God.

The question is if God punish their childrens and those who rejects Lord Jesus as Messiah at same time through the tribulation, how can’t He keeps His own Word? Considers Isaiah 26:19-21, God hides his children and He will come out and judge the planet for their wicknessness. It’s same as 1 Thessalonians 4:16.

    1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (KJV)
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the DEAD in Christ shall rise first: [17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

May Lord God bless you all with love I’m Christ.

    1. Dear Adrian.

      Shalom.

      My reply:

Steven was stoned. Not because God could not keep his children from punishment. Being stoned would not feel like prosperity, any day. In the eye of the world, the martyrs are all defeated, cursed beings.

The people who die the first death shall not face the second death. No one should be scared of the first death, if that glorifies His name. Just like Steven’s death.

      1. Dear Ivarfjeld,

Thanks for taking your time to response. That’s true about Stephen in Acts, true Christians were, today and will facing the persecutions from those people who hates Lord Jesus Christ.
He said: “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.” Matthew 24:9 (KJV)

7 years Tribulation is about God’s judgements for those people who follows ‘another’ Jesus, lukewarm hearts and Christ-rejecters. Believes Lord our God still display graces and mercy towards those who will be left behinds by using two witnesses according to Revealtion chapter 11 and will use 144,000 born-again Jews to preach the gospels during the tribulation, it will be greatest revival for left-behinders to repent and believes Lamb of God. Antichrist and his forces will capture and kill the Christians by beheading them (Rev chapter 13)

One verse – it seems clear for pre-tribulation rapture as it is written: 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 (KJV)
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let , until he be taken out of the way. [8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.

Verse eight – “…until he be taken out of the way.” I believe those meant the Holy Spirit that dwells in Believers’s bodies. Like Jesus said we in him, He in Father. Jesus is the vine, we are the branches. John 15. And also notices Jesus’s prayer in John 17 that He states we are in Him, He in us.

We are not facing God’s wrath because we covered by Jesus’s blood. Tribulation is the judgement the world will face the wrath of God, His Grace still gives second chance to left-behinds but faces the death and get a real test to accept or rejects the Mark of beast to see if they still believes in Jesus.

Apologises for long passage I wrote, however I supports your site to expose Catholics, Muslims and false Christians and also agrees with your views about the Jewish people. God bless you. Prays for you to keep exposing the weeds by Satan and leads many to Christ amen.

      2. Dear Adrian.

        Shalom.

        My reply:

You do not have to apologize for expressing your views. This is a site of free expression, and debate among the brethren on issues of faith. We have to be able to agree that we disagree on certain topics, without excluding our brothers and sisters from the flock that will enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

I am an any day “raputure” or “persecution” preacher. I am ready for the call.

    2. Adrian don’t confuse the wrath of satan (tribulation) with the wrath of God that commences on that Great and Terrible Day of The Lord at the seventh seal.

      1. Dear Marten

        Shalom, and love in Jesus.

        You wrote:

        My comment:

I want to challenge your understanding of God. Do you feel He is incapable of stopping Satan? Why do God permit Satan to operate?

      2. No I think God is sovereign and unlimited. Satan is allowed to do only that which God has planned for His glory and our good. He does nothing apart from divine permission. He does nothing contrary to God’s plan.

      3. Dear Marten

        Shalom.

        You wrote:

        My reply:

I agree. So the rule of Satan, is absence of the rule of God. This kind of rule, is also a kind of divine punishment. When God do not protect you, you are lost. Father, Son and Holy Spirit can stop Satan, but they do not have to. God did not stop the Holocaust, neither the bombs of Hiroshima and Nagazaki. Since He was capable of stopping these crimes, we have seen the beginning of the Great Tribulation. God let Hell lose on Earth, but people did still not repent.

        Revelation 16:9
They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.

      4. Ivar, you said
When God do not protect you, you are lost.
So what do we say to Steven, Paul, Peter and the others?
As believers we can expect to experience tribulation.
        John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation:but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Now in Matthew 24:21 Christ spoke of the “great” tribulation. Such as never was not ever will be. Clearly a new level of tribulation.
We must remember the seventieth week of Daniel and particularly the 3.5 years that Satan through Antichrist will be given his power. He will demand equal time that Christ ministered.
Yes the “great” tribulation is coming. And as Paul tells us “that day (Day of the Lord and Rapture) will not come until that man of perdition is revealed.
        So prepare to stand strong.

      5. Dear Marten

        Shalom.

I have tried to establish a clear cut line of authority between God and Satan. God has all the powers, Satan has not. God can at any time stop Satan. It is obvious that God sometimes, are not willing to stop Satan. Like during the Holocaust, and in Hiroshima and Nagazaki.

In regards to martyrdom, that is a separate issue. Christians who were roasted alive in Hiroshima and Nagazaki, might have had less pain than today’s martyrs in Sudan and Nigeria. And they are not dead. They are alive and kicking, well home in the Kingdom of Heaven.

  3. There is a difference between persecution by people and their wickedness and/or from Satan , – and a tribulation that is the pouring out of God’s wrath. We are not appointed unto wrath (1.Thess 5:9).

    1. Dear Christian

      Shalom.

      My reply:

I admit I hold on to a minority view among Pentecostals. But that a majority holds on to one doctrine, do not confirm its correctness. I have no problem loving people who disagree with me, and include them as my brothers and sisters in Faith.

God’s wrath, is the second death. Because we will all face the first death. My problem with people who are afraid of “dying”, is that their life are stilled ruled by their flesh. They are not yet dead to this World. The spirit filled man, have no problems in a quick departure for Heaven at any time. With or without stones being dumped on his head.

      1. Ivar,

        My response:

I love this comment. I want to be that person unafraid of death and stones being dumped on my head. Only by the power of the Holy Spirit and letting go of the world and my flesh.
Those unafraid to die for Him at any moment are living in the Spirit. Is there any other way to be a follower of Jesus? Not really. It’s all or nothing. There is no in between and no luke warm existence. It’s a blazing fire or nothing.

  4. Maybe we should consider 2 dispensations, 2 categories of elect peoples, the Church and Israel.
Althgough we might suffer tribulation and carry our cross, I understand from scripture that the true Church is not appointed to Wrath (Revelation 3.10) and should be raptured.
But Israel might have to go thru the Tribulation or Troubles of Jacob until the purified Remnant eventually call Yeshua, the Messiah, for salvation (Zechariah 13.8) and then “all Israel shall be saved”.

    1. Dear Sephane

      Shalom.

      You wrote:

Maybe we should consider 2 dispensations, 2 categories of elect peoples, the Church and Israel.

      My reply:

My conviction if that the two witnesses in the book of Revelation chapter 11, is the persecuted bride of Jesus, and the Zionist Jews who are both waiting on the Messiah. The true Church know Him. True Christians do not harm Israel, but loves Her, and rather provokes Israel to jealousy. A true Jew keep on searching for Him, and is not ready to reject that Yeshua is the Messiah.

They are both giving a testimony about the faithfulness of the Messiah. And they will stand together to the end.

      1. It seems to be 2 individuals (Moses, Enoch, Elijah…?) not a group, and even less so the Church + Israel….that would be too many bodies in the streets of Jerusalem.

        Love in Christ.

      2. Dear Stephane.

        Shalom.

Revelation chapter 11 clearly says that the two witnesses are two lampstands, and two olive trees. Not exactly two old men, that will return from the Kingdom of Heaven.

        Revelation 11:4
They are “the two olive trees” and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.”

I know that the streets of Jerusalem can not harbor the global Church, but that is not what I feel is the point of this revelation. The true Global Church, and true Zionist Jews do have their representatives in Jerusalem, and more will come.

In the Messianic age we all will travel to Jerusalem. But not by horse. We might just fly in open air, to stand in front of Him and His throne. Would not that be exiting?

  5. I was raised in a Baptist Church in Texas and it was of the
pre-tribulation rapture belief. I can see where we were taught
this from Bible passages. We were also taught to watch and
wait, look up and be ready. I am doing that. No matter what
happens in this world, my heart is fixed, my feet are planted
in my Lord Jesus Christ. So to me this belief is not about
Salvation, like Baptizing, some sprinkle, some dunk under
the water, but it is all pointing to the belief in our Lord.
But, while I am hoping for the pre-trib, I know that I do not
know the timing of my God.
I think when God is ready to deal with Israel, he will not want all
these preachers on earth to be helping Him out, so he will take
them already…but that is just my thought.

    1. Dear Korni.

      Shalom.

I hold a minority view. Not at least, that mankind are already facing the Great Tribulation. In 2009, more than 165.000 Christians were martyred because of their faith. 80 per cent of them, butchered in the Muslim world.

      https://ivarfjeld.wordpress.com/2009/12/17/%C2%AB165-000-christians-have-been-killed-in-2009%C2%BB/

This is most likely the highest annual number of martyrs ever. Very few Churches I know have any idea of this. This is at best a tabu.

This is not covered by the BBC and the CNN.

The nuclear holocaust can come at any moment. It looks like the event in Isaiah 24. Jesus holds the remote control to the nuclear arsenal on the Planet. If Israel face a massive Islamic attack with weapons of mass destruction, the Israeli nukes will be used.

I feel this can happen, at the end of the false peace. When the Jews flee for the Mountains in Zion, and the global army comes towards the fields of Armageddon, we know the end of the road has been reached. Than Rejoice, and thank the Lamb of God.

  6. Thanks so much for this article. I have looked for somebody, who did’nt believe in a Pre-Trib Rapture. I have translated it into Danish and sendt it to my maling-list. But I have one question: When will the Rapture take place?

      1. Dear Israel and Endetiden.

        Shalom.

I believe we already are inside the Great Tribulation. But media do not tell us the truth. Nor do the Church realize how lukewarm it is. A few are aware, but keep on doing the will of the Father, and display the gospel to others in words and deeds. They do not bother about what lukewarm people do or dont.

      2. Israel og Endetiden

        Shalom.

What better anti-christ do you look for, than the Pope?

His global reign is much closer than ever before. The final deal of the merger of Islam and Catholicism is maybe only months away. The WCC is ready to embrace the papacy at any moment. Only technicalities is left. When the Pope is lifted up as the “prince of peace” by the UN, all nations have accepted his global authority.

There is already more than 180 Ambassadors serving the Pope inside the Vatican. Only a few nations are left, who have not recognizced the Global mission of the “Holy see”. Iran is on board. So is the USA.

The next Pope, might be the final one. He will reign as king over all the nations, and fulfill all prophetic words of the coming global man of sin and lawlessness.

      3. Dear Israel of endetiden.

        Shalom.

        You asked:

It sounds probable. But is’nt Satan threefold like the LORD?

        My reply:

I do not fully understand that question. But I will reply: Satan is not omniscience, omnipotent and omnipresent. We as Christians sometimes gives him to much power and attention. Satan is a dark angle, Lucifer. He has powers, because many created angles sided with Him in the rebellion in Heaven. They were all kicked out.

After Jesus died on the cross, Satan is stripped from his powers over all who obey the Messiah.

Satan gets powers inside your life, as you give him. A man like the Pope has given him full powers and full access. Most of the children of the devil, take pleasure in their life of sin. Satan has his army of dark angles have a lot to offer. But what will those who reject the gospel, get in the end?

      4. Dear Israel og endetiden.

        Shalom.

The anti-Christ, it not an “against Christ”. He will claim to know Christ, the very replacement of Christ. “Everlasting Father”, was one of the names of the Messiah. The Pope fits perfect, the “Holy father”.

There are many beasts. I believe they are the world orders. Fascism was one. But got fatally wounded, but will rise again.

The last beast that is coming will make preaching the Word of God a “hate crime”. The False prophet is Muhammed. This Arab is the mother of all false prophets, who has 1,4 billion followers. The anti-Christ and the false prophet will work together, riding on the new world order.

      5. I think scripture is perfectly clear that the rapture occurs on the Day of The Lord. The is before the sixth seal. And at this time lines up perfectly with the Olivette discourse and all other related prophecy.

      6. I’m sorry Ivar I do not know what your question is. I responded to your earlier question a few comments back.

  7. I believe its more important that Gods people need to be ready either way. It doesn’t matter when. What matters is that he is coming and that he is our hope. Personally I believe in pre-tribulation rapture, it has happened repeatedly in the word of God (Noah, and Lot). With the flood, warnings went out and the ark of safety was being built, today the warnings are going out and the ark of safety is Jesus Christ The Son Of God, repent. I pray I am counted worthy to escape and stand before The Son Of Man, I pray that for all those in Christ.

  8. I like this blog very much and agree with almost all the content. However, I cannot agree with this article since I believe in the pre- tribulation rapture. The upcoming Tribulation period is for the redemption of Israel and the judgement of the nations and not for the battering of the Bride of Christ.
    Shalom and God bless.

    1. Dear Arthur Cormode

      Shalom.

I have no problems with brethren who disagree with me on the rapture, and in regards to the Great Tribulation. The rapture will take place when it takes place. Keep on serving Jesus, and be ready for both martyrdom and a sudden rapture.

      1. Dear Ivar Fjeld,
I agree with you. Although I believe that the Word of God indicates a Pre-Tribulation Rapture, I am ready for any eventuality. If I am to be martyred for my faith, I can think of no better tribute I can give to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 🙂
Let’s keep serving Him until we meet face to face.
        Shalom and God bless,
        Arthur

  9. Its a great joy to talk about the blessed hope. bro andrian has given a very right clear message in line with the word.
Jesus warns in luke 21-36 -KJV. WATCH YE THEREFORE,AND PRAY ALWAYS, THAT YE MAY BE ACCOUNTED WORTHY TO ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS THAT SHALL COME TO PASS, AND TO STAND BEFORE THE SON OF MAN.
Thank God that the rapture is the only escape route before the great tribulation because the tribulation will be so great as Jesus said in [mk, 13-19 kjv] For in those days shall be afliction, such as was not from the begining of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
    God Bless.

  10. First I love your website. I wanted to comment on your view that we are already in the great tribulation. That is hard to believe. The great tribulation will be world wide, who will be able to stand?. Mal. 3:2&3, Rev. 6:17, Heb. 12:29. Scripture says that all will have a strong delusion to believe the lie because they did not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved (the love of the truth?, The Gospel, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4) Read 1 Thessalonians chapter 2 in it’s entirety, also Matthew 24. Anti-Christ, they will follow him. He comes in his own name and they will worship him (The whole world). The signing of the seven year covenant with Israel, this false peace agreement begins the great tribulation. The Anti-Christ is the one who makes this agreement with Israel. I have not seen this happen yet. In the book of Genesis when Noah (Gen. 7) and his family were rescued from the great world wide flood, this is a picture of the rapture of the church. Lot coming out of the destruction of of Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen. 19:18-25) is a picture of the rapture of the church. Why would Jesus beat up his bride (church) before he marries her? Being a lady, I would not long for my beloved whom I am engaged to, who beats me up before he marries me. The world hates us born again believer’s, they hated Jesus, that is why they hate us, they hate Jesus. Satan wants to destroy the Jews, he thinks he will win, but I have read the book and we win! Christ Jesus suffered and died for His bride. We are saved by believing the gospel. That the work Christ did on the cross in our place is finished. We do not need to suffer also to help in our salvation. Some Catholics think that. By the way, the Roman Catholics have this same doctrine (not believing in the rapture of the church) Seventh Day Adventists believe they will go into the tribulation and only the Saturday sabbath keepers will be saved. Ridiculous. He promised to come again in like manner the way he went up (Acts 1:11), he will come back. Rapture verses: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. John 14:1-4, 1 Corinthians 15:50-58. Be careful that no one takes your crown, Crown of Righteousness (2 Timothy 4:8) This crown is for those who love the Lords appearing. Saints who eagerly await Christ’s appearing will receive this crown. (see ‘Eternal Productions’, Jim Telow’s website) The rapture is imminent. There is no signs for it. We are always to be ready. Make sure you are the virgins that are filled with the holy spirit Matthew 25: Five were wise, five were foolish. There are 2 comings yet to be fulfilled. The Lord Jesus will descend from heaven with a shout for the rapture of the church of live and sleeping members. The second, He comes with His bride to destroy the armies at armageddon Rev. 19:11-21. Then the 1,000 year rein begins after the sheep, goat judgement. The sheep go into the kingdom and the goats go into hell until after the 1,000 years are finished. Some saints will be martyred before the tribulation by this evil world. Some the Lord take out to save them from evil to come, Isaiah 57:1. They will be raptured. The martyrs in the great tribulation are those who believed the gospel during that time, by the preaching of the 144,000 Jewish evangelists and the 2 witnesses, and also the return of Elijah who prepares the way for the Jews (Mal.4:5, Mark 9:12), who take not the mark of the beast, and are killed because of this. We are to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. We have hope! 1 Thessalonians 1:10. Amen

    1. Dear Nanette

      Shalom.

      You wrote:

The great tribulation will be world wide, who will be able to stand?.

      My comment:

Let me again underline, that I have no problem with other views on the Great Tribulation. Most Evangelical Christians are in agreement, that from here onwards, it can only get worse.

But let me continue to explain what is “going on world wide”, without media covering it. May be its time to take a deep look.

      1. Since 1970, more than 300 million children have been slaughtered in China. Inside the the womb of their mothers. The bloodbath of killing innocent children is global. Many Holocaust’s take place every year, in state sponsored Government hospital and private clinic’s within the so called “western civilization”.

      https://ivarfjeld.com/2013/03/14/323-children-slaughtered-in-china-in-worlds-biggest-holocaust/

      2. After Hiroshima and Nagasaki, terminal cancer have become a global pandemic. If you take a look in a 100 years perspective, the number of cancer goes towards the sky after 1960. The nuclear tests in the atmosphere in the 1950 and 1960 polluted the air, and eventually the gens of mankind, beyond repair.

      3. Children are perishing is their tens of millions every year, because of diarrhea. The drinking water in almost all of Africa and Asia is polluted. One third of the population of the World have hardly any food. They live in fear of starvation.

      4. In 2009, more than 165.000 thousand Christians were martyred. The large majority of them in the Islamic World. How many who were crippled, only the Holy Spirit knows.

      https://ivarfjeld.com/2012/06/20/%C2%AB165-000-christians-have-been-killed-in-2009%C2%BB/

Few, is any, cared for them. This genocide took place while Christians in Europe and the USA, enjoy living in a culture and societies spending 90 per cent of the resources of the World. They watch rubbish on TV, live in indulgences and sin, and goes to Church on Sunday.

      5. 99 per cent of the Globe is covered by regime’s who are members of the United Nation. (UN). This assembly of gangsters, use hundreds of million of dollars every year, to support Islamic terrorism against a small state in the Middle East. The state of Israel. This global movement take pleasure in those who cripple and kill Jews, and would like to the the Mountains of Zion being re-occupied by Islam.

So now you tell me, if you are a part of this global deception?

  11. Thank you so much, ivarfjeld, for your website. I read it often but this is my first time to post a comment. My first comment is thanks for your honest and bold presentation of the clear and simple truths of scripture and the revealings of those who abuse it.

Concerning the above discussion, it breaks my heart that so many Christians (I won’t presume to doubt their salvation) simply refuse to take God at His plain word. For example: when does Jesus say His return will be and when He will gather His saints together? Can it be any plainer than, “But immediately after the tribulation of those days…He will send forth His angels…and gather together His elect….”? (Matthew 24:29,31) After pretty much means after, not before.

Further confusion (and we know who is the author of confusion) is made by those who refuse to use specific words at their biblical face value. “Tribulation” does not equal “wrath.” Daniel’s 70th week is never called, “The Tribulation” in the Bible, so why should we call it so? Jesus only calls the last 3.5 years a “great tribulation”. Since the Bible doesn’t call any of those years “God’s wrath”, why should we? Rather, the Bible is quite clear, simple & plain: God’s wrath, the Day of The Lord, comes “after the tribulation of those days.” A plain reading of the book of Revelation barely uses the word “wrath” until chapter 15-16 when the bowls are poured out. God’s wrath, according to the Bible’s use of the word “wrath”, is poured out in the bowls, not all 7 years.

Finally, my heart breaks for those who have not yet taken to heart in faith the reality that God ‘painted’ this whole picture ahead of time so that we would have faith to endure. Most specifically, when God poured out His judgments on Egypt, did He not demonstrate His awesome power to bring forth many of the same things we see in Revelation AND AT THE SAME TIME protect the Hebrew nation!!!???

Believers in Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, TAKE GOD AT HIS WORD! We are ALREADY not destined for “wrath” because of the saving blood of our Redeemer. We are ALREADY not destined for eternal damnation, because “there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1) And should you or I be chosen to endure unto the days when God does pour out His wrath, we shall be kept by His power and grace!!! While it does appear to me that we are gathered together at the same time that His wrath is being poured out, should we be on earth THROUGH it, I take measureless comfort in Psalm 91, especially (on this thought) verses 7-8: “A thousand may fall at your side And ten thousand at your right hand, But it shall not approach you. You will only look on with your eyes And see the recompense of the wicked.” We are not destined for wrath, but by faith, we will be kept by His power! Praise The Lord!

    1. Hi Jeff
You said” it breaks my heart that so many Christians simply refuse to take God at his plain word. I agree with you and understand your statement.
In my reading and studying and meditation of Matt. 24, God’s plain word was that the events that Jesus goes on to speak about in the chapter are events that precede the end of the age and his coming. He and his disciples (whether these are the twelve or more than the twelve or others we are not sure but these are followers) are told by him that the buildings that they are looking at are going to fall into rubble. This must arouse their attention and cause concern enough that they or some of them went to him privately to ask him ” when will this happen,
And what will be the sign of your coming and the end of the age.
Jesus then proceeds to answer their questions. Vs. 4-14 is a brief summary of what will happen and at the end of vs.14 he says then the end will come. The end of what? Answer. The end of the age because that’s the question they asked him. At the end of verse 14 Jesus said that this gospel will be preached in the whole world and then the end will come. Interestingly Paul writes in his letter to the Colosians in vs.6 of chapter 1, All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing. “The fulfillment of what Jesus prophesied in verse 14 then the end will come.
The end of the age. When Jesus answered their question regarding the end of the age he was letting them know that it was coming soon. Within their time or generation. Some of these disciples would witness it. Next he he speaks of Daniel’s prophecy of the abomination that causes desolation. He tells his listeners, “when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation, let the reader of Daniels prophecy understand, then let those in Judea flee to the mountains. Do you suppose that when Jesus said these words that those listening will read Daniels prophecy. The following verses describe what was going to take place in the land, which is the time of great distress and wrath of this people. Read Daniels prophecy of this time. Daniel 12:1-3. I submit the events
That Jesus spoke about in Matt. 24 have been fulfilled. He answered the disciples question. But yet Christians do not take God at his plain word

  12. I am not part of a global deception ivarfjeld. I looked on your website and I did not see a statement of faith. May I ask what it is? We all know about the horrible suffering. God’s word shows us there has been much suffering throughout the ages. When our Lord and Savior was born, Hared killed all the children under 2 years old. Herod was angry and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all it’s districts, from 2 years old and under. Matthew 2:18, this is a prophecy from Jeremiah 31:15 which says, “A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning. Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted. Because they were no more.” Satan wanted to destroy our Savior. We tend to forget that, for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:12&13. J. Vernon Magee’s commentary says, ” We have said that these powers are organized. Principalities are the demons who have the oversight of nations. They would correspond to the rank on generals. Powers are the privates who are the demons wanting to possess human beings. The rulers of the darkness of this world are those demons who have charge of Satan’s worldly business. Spiritual wickedness in high places are the demons in the heavenlies who have charge of religion..” Remember Job? His entire family was killed by Satan and he lost all that he had. Job Chapters 1 & 2 talks about Satan presenting himself to God, how the Lord allowed Satan to destroy all that he had. In Job 1:21&22 Job said, Naked came I out of my mother,s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord. In all this Job sinned not, nor charged (accused) God foolishly. Satan wants to divide and conquer, but we know God wins. He created Satan, he rebelled, and he will put in where he belongs when time comes. Until then, we need to get the gospel out to as many souls as possible (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) Which says, “Moreover brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand; by which also you are saved, if you keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless you have believed in vain For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures;” For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:16&17. Those dear children are with the Lord. There many people out there that before they die need to choose who they will serve, how can they hear unless the gospel goes out. The laborer’s are few. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I love Jesus!

    1. Dear Nanette.

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

I am not part of a global deception ivarfjeld. I looked on your website and I did not see a statement of faith. May I ask what it is?

      My reply:

I am happy that you proclaim the gospel, and feel that you are not a part of the deception. May Jesus bless you and keep you free from all kinds of deceptions. Amen.

In regards to a statement of faith, you are right there is non. But there is more than 4.000 articles that express different matters related to faith in Jesus the Messiah.

    1. Dear Lis.

      Shalom.

Isaiah 24 is deleted from the doctrine of the pre-trib rapture.

But whatever is written Isaiah 24, before the verse 24:23, will surely take place before the second coming of the Messiah.

23 The moon will be dismayed, the sun ashamed for the Lord Almighty will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before its elders—with great glory.

I have also written an article about the white, western image of a bride, giving us a false understanding of the “bride of Christ”.

      https://ivarfjeld.com/2012/04/01/the-bride-in-the-faulty-beauty-parlor-gospel/

      1. Dear Ivar.

I have never believed in a Pre-Trip Rapture, although most Christians do so. What troubled me was a new Earth and a new Heaven in the Messianic age. I have never heard that before, but I think, it is the true. Many Christians here even don’t believe in a Messianic age in a periode for 1.000 years.

      2. Dear Lis

        Shalom.

I believe the Messianic age and the age of Judgement is the same. Jesus has returned, and will separate the goats and the sheep. For this separation to take place, His children will surely be around. The rapture is a need to gather the badly bruised and persecuted bride from the four corners of the Earth, for the final events in Jerusalem.

Those who have been beheaded for not worshiping the last and final antichrist, will rise and rule with Jesus. Surely we must have got our new heavenly bodies, to be able to rule after our heads have been cut off. The change will take place as we meet the Lord in the air, and within the fraction of a second. A new Heaven and a new Earth have been promised, after the total devastation just before His return.

        Revelation 20:4
I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

        (end of scripture)

Inside the Messianic age, we will receive our reward, and will be taken by Him to the Kingdom of Heaven. There, the wedding feast will continue without end. There is also a rebellion of Satan and his followers just before the very end. Why Satan will be released, I do not know. But I accept it as a fact.

      3. I think, Satan can’t be bound endless, an therefore he must be loosened to be thrown into the lake of fire. But there will be a short time, where he can deceive man. Sadly.

  13. I heard awesome preachers say, that the church has many members, Jew and Gentiles and in the body (church) there are gifts which given by God so we would work together for edification of the church, etc., all are important no matter how small the gift, even the little old wheelchair bound man who is able to sharpen pencils that are in the pews. Another one said, “no one ever asked a Jew what these things meant,” that is, what is scripture talking about. He, being a Bible believing Jew who has excepted Jesus as His Messiah. If you really want to understand from a Jewish perspective, the best book I have read and I still look in it often is a book written by Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum Th.M., Ph,D. called “The Footsteps of the Messiah A study of the Sequence of Prophetic Events.” ” Arnold is one of the foremost authorities on the nation of Israel, and is a messianic Jewish believer. This has made him a popular speaker and teacher at Bible conferences, congregations, and churches throughout the world.” I love this book, when I became born again, a pastor encouraged his members to get his book and it really helped me understand, yet I am still learning and love to learn more about our Savior! I love Jesus!

  14. A couple of questions come into my mind regarding the Isaiah 24 prophecy. If the earth is laid waste and it’s inhabitants are scattered
Then where will the inhabitants go. This is truly a prophecy of Isaiah’s future. I would submit after much meditation of this prophecy that the word earth here is referencing the land of Israel.
When you read the prophecy and replace the word earth with “the land of Israel” the prophecy makes sense because in Isaiah’s future and our past the land of Israel was laid waste and it’s inhabitants were scattered. I believe this prophecy was in regards to the land of Israel at the end of the age. The law Israel age, which was the same age of the generation that existed when Jesus lived on earth.
That age came to an end. A new age began. I call it the gospel/church age. That’s my view on it

  15. I too believe in the Rapture. Rev tells us to count ourselves worthy to escape the things coming down on the earth, and in a few verses the L-rd says, come up here… there will be some who realize that the bible is true and have been left behind but will have to die standing for truth. after seven yrs, we will come back with Chirst. I also believe the L-rd is bringing HIS Chosen home to protect them. we are told to bless them and help them, suport them etc. when they realize the man of peace is satan, they will run to petra for protection. G-d has said , the chosen have received double for their sins and is saving them.. I love them so much and receiving Christ grafted me into the Olive Tree..Looks lie the thngs that the L-rd said, when all these things began to happen, to look up our redemption draws nigh..He has not be early but also Never been late. in the meantime, for those who are killed, the L-rd reminds us, do not worry about who can kill the body , but for Who can kill the body and the soul…
