Israel is supposed to be the sixth biggest nuclear power in the world with a stockpile numbering up to 100 nuclear warheads.
The US state department has released documents related to US helping Israel to create a nuclear weapons policy.
In one document, American concern is expressed that even if Israel were to join the NPT, it was liable to continue covertly producing nuclear weapons and missiles. Kissinger wrote in a memo:
“We judge that the introduction of nuclear weapons into the Near East would increase the dangers in an already dangerous situation and therefore not be in our interest. Israel has 12 surface-to-surface missiles delivered from France. It has set up a production line and plans by the end of 1970 to have a total force of 24–30, ten of which are programmed for nuclear warheads.”
It is not clear from the documents that were released if Israel indeed made the commitment that the US asked it to make. But the fact is, as a result of the visit by then-prime minister Golda Meir in the US and her meeting with Nixon, the US stopped its inspections of the Dimona reactor in 1969. In later foreign reports, it was claimed that ambassador Rabin and Meir promised that, in exchange for a halt to the inspections, Israel agreed not to be the first to deploy or arm nuclear weapons, and likely vowed not to hold nuclear tests.
To this day, Israel has yet to join the NPT, and it is believed to be, according to multiple foreign reports, the sixth biggest nuclear power in the world with a stockpile numbering up to 100 nuclear warheads.

Obama and Kerry must be convinced that declassifying these documents, will give them a hedge over Netanyahu in their bid for win support for the Iranian nuclear deal.
The question Obama hope will be put forward is:
How can a nuclear capable Israel brand Iran as a threat, when the Islamic republic of Iran do not have the capability of useing nuclear arms?
That Israel has more than 100 nuclear warheads, do surely give the Zionist state deterrence against attackers. The Jewish state have been attacked by an alliance of Arab nations on four occasions. In 1948, 1952, 1967 and 1973. If Israel face the threat of genocide, the Israeli Defense forces has enough firepower at hand, to fry most of the major cities from Islamabad in the East, to Rabat on the Atlantic coast of Morocco.
It seems to be easy for Muslims to shout “death to Israel” in the streets of Tehran and Cairo. And if they try to achieve their goal by the use of classical Islamic barbaric violence, they will surly be able to slaughter thousands of Jews. But facing a second Nazi-inspired holocaust, we can expect the state of Israel to fight back with all its weaponry.
If Israel do so, more than 200 million Muslims will be fried as a consequence of Islamic Jihad. Large parts of North Africa, the Middle East and Persia will all look like the vaporized cities of Hiroshima and Nagazaki. This will be the price to pay for the sons of Muhammad. The total destruction of their culture and societies.
By granting Iran 100 billion USD as a sweetener in the nuclear deal, we can expect Iran to continue their bid to challenge Israel’s nuclear supremacy, and work for the destruction of the Jewish state. And we can expect Israel to plan for a military strike, that will disable the Ayatollah regime to pose a nuclear threat to the state of Israel. In other words. We are moving towards a massive war in the Middle East.
Like in a duel in the Wild West, the main question will be: Who will blink first? When both the gunmen know they will die, they will bow before a “peace maker”, who can perform miracles and wonders.

To my knowledge Israel has never revealed what it’s nuclear capability is.
The reports indicate that the US stopped inspections of Israels nuclear reactor.
No-one knows what capability Israel has today.
In the West a nuclear weapon is classed as a deterrant.
This is because the world saw what happens when a nuclear weapon is used, after Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The idea being that, hostile nations might be persuaded to meet and negotiate rather than have the same inflicted on their civilian population.
Unfortunately there are hostile nations in the middle east who would sacrifice their own cilvilians if it meant that Israel would cease to exist.
Sadly the West is asleep and cannot hear the chants of death to Israel on the streets of their new peace partner Iran.

My headlines states that the US claims Israel has 100 warheads. And this is confirmed by Jerusalem Post, who claim “al least 100 warheads”.
I have no reason to doubt neither the US claim, nor the confirmation of the Israeli major daily.
That the state of Israel never comments on such claim, is fully understandable. Neither do the USA confirmas on its exact number of nuclear warheads, not how they are deloyable.

The UK went war in Iraq based on US intelligence. Claims of non existent WMD.
The Bible teaches we should trust no-one.
There are claims and counter claims. I suspect the US would like the world to believe that Israel is a threat to Iran and that Iranian nuclear aspirations are justifiable.
The truth is the US is practically bankrupt, it cannot afford to be the world’s policeman so it is trying to offload it’s responsibilities.
It has even made Germany a nuclear state without Germany having make the weapons.
The US has nuclear weapons in storage in Europe and they have given a German the role of commander in chief of all US forces and hardware based in Europe.
Only today we learn that Iran will inspect it’s own facilities for the International inspectorate. Iran is a threat and Israel along with the US and other western nations are the targets.
A radio 4 reporter was reporting from Iran today and in her report you could hear death to Israel and death to america.
Yet the US wants us to believe Israel is the threat.
The truth is even more startling.
God gave instruction many years ago to His people Israel.
Not just the Jewish state we call Israel, but all Israelites.
They did not do what they were told to do.
God sent His son to the ‘lost sheep of the house of Israel’ giving clear instructions showing the way back to God under the new covenant.
That messages has been corrupted but there are some, a remnant holding fast to the truth.
They deliver truth today and are rejected for it, but that goes with the job.
The nations who have rejected the truth are now being led astray by their own leaders.
Same set marriage etc. All signs of the times, they will see an increase in terror too as a result of rejecting the truth.
The US is trying to justify it’s peace deal with Iran, it is as much the US as well as Iran that can’t be trusted.

I see no logic in your last comment. The Bible do not teach that we should trust no-one. Semanticly such a statement is pure non sense, and it will lead you to wrongly applying the Word of God.

Walking on the Earth, we have to trust and believe in a lot of people too, who have been approved and are used by the Lord. Jesus work through people like me and you.
Related to Israel, only a fool will deny that the Jewish state has nuclear weapons. That the Israeli government neither deny, nor confirm this to be true, do not change the relatities on the ground. It is simply a policy to keep the Arabs guessing about the full military capability of israel.

The US’s works in the past have been untrustworthy therefore based on the evidence of their works it is foolish to trust them now.
