Catholic bishop visited by false Christ

If we pray the rosary, the terrorist organization Boko Haram will disappear. This was “Jesus” message to a Roman Catholic Bishop Doeme in Nigeria.

Bishop Oliver Dashe Doeme leads all who liten to him down the path to the eternal fire of Hell.
Bishop Oliver Dashe Doeme leads all who liten to him down the path to the eternal fire of Hell.

A Nigerian bishop says that he has seen Christ in a vision and now knows that the rosary is the key to ridding the country of the Islamist terrorist organization Boko Haram.

Bishop Oliver Dashe Doeme says he is being driven by a God-given mandate to lead others in praying the rosary until the extremist group disappears.

“Towards the end of last year I was in my chapel before the Blessed Sacrament… praying the rosary, and then suddenly the Lord appeared,” Bishop Dashe told CNA April 18.

In the vision, the prelate said, Jesus didn’t say anything at first, but extended a sword toward him, and he in turn reached out for it.

“As soon as I received the sword, it turned into a rosary,” the bishop said, adding that Jesus then told him three times: “Boko Haram is gone.”

“I didn’t need any prophet to give me the explanation,” he said. “It was clear that with the rosary we would be able to expel Boko Haram.”

The bishop said he didn’t want to tell anyone, but “felt that the Holy Spirit was pushing him to do so.”

My comment:

Jesus the Messiah warned us that many would come in His name, and deceive even the elect.

Bishop Oliver Dashe Doeme present to us such a false “Christs”.

For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

The “Christ” who appeared to this Roman Catholic Bishop claim Jesus of the Bible to be a liar.  The message is that if all Nigerians pray to the Queen of Heaven, they will be able to defeat Islamic terror.

The rosary mock the word of God. The Bible say there is only on mediator between God and man, and that is Jesus the Messiah.

To pray the Roman Catholic “hail Mary” is a sin that leads to death and destruction. This kind of elevation of a human being to the seat of a goddess is to mock Miriam, the Jewish mother of Jesus.  She was surely a blessed woman. But she was a mortal sinner, who needed to be saved by Her son. She has told us all to listen to her son. We have direct access to Him in our prayer. When we do not listen, we dishonor, blaspheme and trash her legacy.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,

Stop praying the rosary or perish. Only if you obey Jesus the Messiah, you will be invited into the Kingdom of Heaven.

  1. No doubt the mary worshipping catholics will receive this “revelation” uncritically and enthusiastically lap it up, and be encouraged to be even more fervently pious and self righteous than ever.
But this is the direction in which modern charisdramatic church activity is heading. Jesus and the apostles warned it would come to pass. Many of the once solidly reformed protestant churches have capitulated to ecumental demands to go easy on catholicism, by deliberately allowing their flocks to fall into Biblical illiteracy-and have begun to adopt more and more of those “physical”, “tangible” catholic ephemera (candles, mediations, rosaries, statues of mary etc) in their spiritual practise, as if those mysterious things are new and novel and exciting.

Only yesterday I was inside what was once a protestant Anglican church, which has been taken over by neo catholics. There are around 6 different altars, with statues, candles and money boxes too. They have a large statue of mary with little wooden baby Jesus on her lap-holding in his little baby hands a set of rosary beads. They have candles for the dead, with money collection boxes. There are printed cards reminding the seeking sinner that Jesus exists “under the forms of the bread and the wine” (ie this “church” teaches the doctrine of the roman transubstantiative mass) Some people came in while I was there, they paid money, and bought a wax candle, then lit it presumably for a dead relative.
My overall impression was that here was a fledgling religious business. The difference being that prior to the reformation, the catholic religious business held a totalitarian monopoly (politically, economically, culturally, theologically and spiritually) and was more than willing and able to coerce people to support catholic business interests with their money, lest those people should fall into mortal sin by refusing to

    1. Dear Jonathan and chaircharacter

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

My very best guess is that you are one and the same person. Welcome.

It is amazing how desperate armorrcc is to write a defese for the Papacy and his paganism. Armorrcc has promised to leave, just to return. When he is spammed, he always finds away around the spam filter. Never listening to what people try to explain to him, never willing to repent and obey the Word of God.

If you still find its fruitfull to spend time and energy in a bid to correct him, feel free. But be aware that I have reached the limit of my grace towards this commentor.

The RCC dogma of “Mary the Ark of the New Covenant” is another mockery in the name of “Christ”. We see the Catholics carrying statues of their “Queen of Heaven” on their shoulders. They are claiming to be the replacement of the Jews, who carried the only arc of the covenant on their shoulders. Now the Catholics claim they are the true people of God, and have established a synagogue of Satan. They have made a copy-cat religion of Christianity that mixes Christendom and paganizm. Catholic clergy and order brothers have accepted a non-repentable spirit. They will get what they deserve.

      1. You are right Ivar, for some reason I had to sign in twice, and didnt realise the first post had been accepted, apologies for the error, please remove if you see fit..!
PS I should have mentioned, that neo catholic church I mentioned, their biggest altar has been built from pieces of old masonary, from old churches, sections of window tracery and things. I could discern that it was a defiant, cynical parody of Elijahs altar.
They also have next to it what they refer to as an ark (again a cynical parody) the magic box that contains Jesus-who is allowed out when the priest gives his consent.
Just a thought, I wonder what Elijah would do with the “sacraments” and the catholic mass??

  3. all these churches and religions who have written their own bibles who have added to and taken away is acursed…and for millions who believe the false chruches rather than the true word of G-d. just can wrap that around my mind as to why…but I think if they would just read the true word but don’t. G-d wrote it it better to believe G-d than man..the great falling away is here. HIS EYES have moved back to Jerusalem, which is where a great revival is going on as to how they now see Messiah did come and is coming again and all the signs are here. I think if some would just realize what has been fulfilled and what has not, they would see the real signs the L-rd gave us to let us know we are at the end of the age, He is coming and NO ONE will have an excuse so we pray and stay in the word and try to tell them. why? becasue G-d told us to and it is because we love them. if only they would love HIM rather than a building who have many deceived and brainwashed for year..

  4. Makes me think of the Battle of Lepanto, when Pope Pius V called all Christians to pray the Rosary, and the Islamic Ottoman Navy was destroyed, thus preventing an invasion of Southern Europe.

The Ark of the Old Covenant with the Power of God destroyed the walls of Jerico.

It is therefore possible for Mary the Ark of the New Covenant with the Power of God to destroy Boko Harm

  5. “Mary the Ark of the New Covenant”

It is astonishing that people believe that sort of rubbish

The thing is, we have been given a faithful high priest and intercessor, his name is Faithful and True, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is sat in Heaven right now, and we receive his grace, mercy and forgiveness by faith. Jesus has shed and presented His blood as a sufficient atonment for our sin, the catholic priest is not needed to add to that, it is not necessary for a priest to interfere in the dealings between Almighty God and an individual sinner (although of course catholic dogma INSISTS that the priest is indispensable…..)

Besides pious V called all CATHOLICS to pray their inane rosary, elsewhere in Europe, including England, people had very different, Bible based definitions of what a Christian was….

    1. The Ark is Biblical. Saint Luke uses topology to show us that.

      1. God the Holy Spirit overshadowed and then indwelled the Ark.  The Ark became the dwelling place of the presence of God [Exodus 40:34-35]

God the Holy Spirit overshadowed and then indwelled Mary.  At that time Mary’s womb became the dwelling place of the presence of God [Luke 1:35].

      2. The Ark contained the 10 Commandments [the words of God in stone], a pot of manna, and Aaron’s rod that came back to life [Deuteronomy 10:3-5; Hebrews 9:4].

The womb of the Virgin contained Jesus: the living Word of God enfleshed, the living bread from heaven, “the Branch” (Messianic title) who would die but come back to life [Luke 1:35].

      3. The Ark traveled to the hill country of Judah to rest in the house of Obed-edom [2 Samuel 6:1-11]

Mary traveled to the hill country of Judah (Judea) to the home of Elizabeth [Luke 1:39]

      4. Dressed in a priestly ephod, King David approached the Ark and danced and leapt for joy [2 Samuel 6:14]

John the Baptist, son of a priest who would himself become a priest, leapt for joy in Elizabeth’s womb at the approach of Mary [Luke 1:43]

      5. David shouted for joy in the presence of God and the holy Ark [2 Samuel 6:15]

Elizabeth exclaimed with a loud cry of joy in the presence God within Mary [Luke 1:42]

6.David asked, “How is it that the Ark of the Lord comes to me?” [2 Samuel 6:9]

Elizabeth asks, “Why is this granted unto me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” [Luke 1:43]

      7. The Ark remained in the house of Obed-edom for 3 months [2 Samuel 6:11]

Mary remained in the house of her cousin Elizabeth for 3 months [Luke 1:56].

8.The house of Obed-edom was blessed by the presence of the Ark [2 Samuel 6:11]

The word “blessed” is used 3 times in Luke 1:39-45 concerning Mary at Elizabeth’s house.

      9. The Ark returned to its sanctuary and eventually ends up in Jerusalem where the presence and glory of God is revealed in the newly built Temple [2 Samuel 6:12; 1 Kings 8:9-11]

Mary returned home from visiting Elizabeth and eventually comes to Jerusalem, where she presents God the Son in the Temple [Luke 1:56; 2:21-22]

      10. God made Aaron’s rod (which would be kept in the Ark) return to life and budded to prove he was the legitimate High Priest [Numbers 17:8].

God would resurrect His Son, who had become enfleshed in Mary’s womb and born to bring salvation to all mankind, to prove He is the eternal High Priest [Hebrews 4:14].

In Revelation 11:19 John sees the Ark of the Covenant in heaven [this is the last verse of chapter 11]

In Revelation 12:1 John sees Mary in heaven.

      1. Dear armorrcc

        Shalom and love in Jesus.

I have told you to leave. Still you come back. This will be my last reply, and the last time the readers will see your comment.

        You wrote:

        My comment:

The arc of the Covenant was made of stone.

Miriam the mother of Jesus was a human.

I do no longer permit your mockery and defamation of the mother of Jesus. This kind of non sense is offensive to all Christians.

Since you also seem to be unable to understand the difference between stones and humans, even equalizing them, you are disqualified from debating on this site.

      2. John sees something which resembles Mary. If God uses man and the events of man to tell a story about heaven and the events of heaven lets not get confused about which is greater. God said let us make man in our image. If we somehow resemble God in some ways we’re still not Gods worthy or worship, except where otherwise stated such as Jesus who they say is worthy.

Interesting though that there is resemblance between the Ark and Mary. Where did scripture say to worship the Ark though?

      3. Dear Ed Jones.

        Shalom, and love in Jesus.

        You asked:

Interesting though that there is resemblance between the Ark and Mary. Where did scripture say to worship the Ark though?

        My reply:

To worship stone and wood is paganizm and idolatry. Likewise to worship and hail human flesh. There is a limit to my grace when it comes to blaphemy, mocking and defamation of Miriam the mother of Jesus. She can not defend her self against the filth that is thrown at her face around the globe. But on this site she will have an advocate.

There was sereral reasons for why there was a reformation. One of them was the fabrication of truth, were the Queen of Heaven became “Catholic Mary”. The children of Satan try to convince us that this pagan goddess is the mother of Jesus.

      4. “Then all the men who knew that their wives were burning incense to other gods, along with all the women who were present—a large assembly—and all the people living in Lower and Upper Egypt, said to Jeremiah, “We will not listen to the message you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord! We will certainly do everything we said we would: We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our ancestors, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm. But ever since we stopped burning incense to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have had nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine.”

This section in Jeremiah 44 reminds me of Numbers 11-how the Israelites complained to Moses because they thought they would die of starvation and thirst in the desert, and they moaned “we had fish to eat in Egypt, melons, cucumbers, leeks garlic”…..

It is amazing that people will so readily return to what once enslaved them. The dog returns to its vo mit and the sow that was washed returns to its wallowing in the mud….

    2. Jesus is indeed the High Priest of the Covenant….but how does that detract from Mary being the Ark of that Covenant..who bore the New Covenant as the Old Ark bore the Old Covenant….Mary being the Ark of the Covenant does not take anything away from Jesus being the High Priest of the Covenant.

      1. Dear Chibuzor F. Ogamba

        Shalom, and love in Jesus.

We had a person named Amorcccc who argued like you. Are you the one and same person?

        You wrote:

        My comment:

Show me one line from the Bible, where it is written: “Mary is the Arc of the Govenant”…?

      2. Dear Ivarfjeld, No I am different from the person you speak of. But I am indeed glad that there is someone else who does hold on the truth which is my view.

I will not fall prey to your question ‘show me a line’ in the Bible, because you and I know and in case you do not, that the Bible does not teach ALL its truths ‘in a line’,not all the truths of the bible are taught ‘explicitly in word for word sentences’. If this were so, then we have no need of the Holy Spirit to explain to us or teach us, it would also mean that there are no ‘deeper truths or God-breathed truths hidden behind the human words, and it would mean that the Bible, is a no more than a mere literary masterpiece. If you do not agree with me on this point, try and show me a line in the Bible that says, ‘Mary had other Children after Jesus’, or ‘Christ was born on Christmas day” or ‘Jesus resurrected at Easter’ or better still ‘When you pray, you can use someone as a point of contact’. These lines are not in the Bible in anyway, but they are believed by even you I am sure…And a lot of Christians. The truth of Scripture is contained in the fact that the New Testament fulfils and is foreshadowed by the Old Covenant and the secret of this foreshadowing is revealed through the biblical principle of Typology.

The fact that Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant in Christ was not an idea whisked from the blues…It was suggested to us by the writer of Hebrews and the faithful disciple of Paul, Luke. So don’t blame the Catholic Church, blame God. The Writer of Hebrews did this when he himself told us that Jesus is fulfilment of the Contents of the Ark of the Old Covenant in Hebrews 9:4…the Manna, the staff of Aaron and the stone tablets by him being the Bread of life, the Eternal High priest and the New Law…

So if the contents of the Ark represents Christ, who does the Ark represent? Do not also think that this question was whisked out of the blues, it was rather suggested to us by Luke himself, when as he was telling us about the Motherhood of the Mother of Jesus in Luke 1:28 and following, he uses the same words and statements as were used to describe the Ark of the Covenant in 2Samuel 6 verse 1 and following….more than 4 times he draws parallels between Mary and the Ark of the Covenant, and he does this because he believed, just as the writer of Hebrews, that the Contents of the Old Ark have their fulfilment in Christ, and so God fashioned a New Ark for Christ, viz His Mother…

As subtle as it is, the wisdom of God, it is also as simple to poor and unlearned, the magic God works with our salvation history, doing everything in the Old with a view to making each and every one of them New in the New….

  6. Amorrcc,

It is evil to think that a string of beads has power. That is idolatry. Almighty God responds to the prayers of His children, but idolaters are not included among His children. Those in the true Church do not need a string of beads to pray to Our Lord. Praying to Mary is a grave sin (necromancy at the very least and a form of idolatry). Both are enshrined in the practice of “praying the rosary”. Yes, all of God’s children should be on their knees in prayer for protection from on high–but they need no “magic beads” to do so. Praying the rosary is from the pit and an offense to the Almighty.

  7. THE ROSARY IS CHRISTOLOGICAL. IF YOU LOVE CHRIST, you will obtain the peace that only HE can give through this most powerful prayer that centers on the life of Christ s seen by the closest to HIM, His virgin mother. If you do not like praying the rosary, you will not like the four gospels which explain the life of Jesus Christ: our one and only savior. The story of Christ has been given to us courtesy of His 2,000 year old apostolic church – the Catholic Church. Christ is the head; the Church is His body. Misperceptions (lies) spread about praying the rosary, especially equating the Queen (always the King’s mother in olden days) with our King, don’t do any good for any of us on our journey. Judgements should be left to Christ (given to Him from the Father),
our true shepherd, and not to our fellow man.

  8. Thank you Jesus Christ our Saviour and Messiah

Dakar – Nigeria’s army has rescued 200 girls and 93 women during a military operation to wrest back the Sambisa Forest from the Boko Haram Islamist militant group, it said on its Twitter feed on Tuesday.

Boko Haram kidnapped more than 200 schoolgirls near the northern village of Chibok in April 2014, sparking international outcry.

    1. Dear armorrcc

      Shalom, and love in Jesus.

It is amazing how you are able to get through my spam-filter, and do not keep your own word of quiting News That Matters. I take this as a quality sign. That this website do challenge all who twist and disobey the Word of God.

      Why did you come back?

      1. Ivar

        You asked:
        Why did you come back?

        My reply:
Because I am trying to explain the misunderstandings regarding the Catholic faith.

For example the rosary that is a prayer all about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Hail Full of Grace, the Lord is with you” is taken directly from the Bible, and was God’s own words to his most perfect creation.
(Saint Gabriel is a Angel and is God’s messenger)

      2. Dear amorrcc.

        Shalom, and love in Jesus.

        You wrote:

Because I am trying to explain the misunderstandings regarding the Catholic faith. For example the rosary that is a prayer all about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

        My reply:

There are no misunderstandings. The truth has been spoken, and you reject it. And continue to give credit to Catholic Popes, Cardinals and Bishops who speaed falsehood.

The Catholic faith is not Biblical. When you “hail Catholic Mary”, you hail the wrong person. Because the Bible says you shall only worship God.

You set the Word of God aside, and folow your own traditions.

        Mark 7:9
And he continued, “You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!

“Catholic Mary”, who ever she might be, is not God. She can never be. If you claim her to be free of sin, living without sining, and that she was taken sinless up to Heaven, you are a pagan. And you are a liar.

The Vatican promoted “Catholic Mary” blaspheme and dishour the Jewish virgin who birthed the Messiah. I have deep respect for Miriam, and will not tolerate that her name is being draged into the mudd of paganism. I will not tolerate that her lagacy is being tarnished. Like when the Papists compare her to the pagan “Queen of Heaven”.

      3. “The Lord is with you” is used many times in the bible. The Lord is with anyone who is with the Lord. I think you proved your point explaining the Catholic Church, misguided twisters of scripture.

2 Chronicles 15:2 He went out to meet Asa and said to him, “Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The LORD is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.

  9. Ed

Yes I agree with you that ” The Lord is with you” is used many times in the Bible.

And indeed the Lord id with us all.

However in Luke 1:28 you will find that the Greek word “kecharitomene” is the only time this word is mentioned in the Bible.

    1. So what’s your point? Sure Gabriel could have had dual meaning, the Lord was with her, and the Lord was with her, as in her child. And that satisfies it’s meaning in full. Scripture in english says “highly favored” , greetings highly favored one. And she was, chosen of all women to bear the messiah into the world. Is that not enough for you?

      1. You said ‘Is that not enough for you?’ like it is to you to apportion glories to various characters in salvation history…kecharitomene literally means FILL OF GRACE…from the root word ‘CHARITOO’ which means Grace…

You know what? You all have blocked your minds and hearts with lies and falsehoods about the CATHOLIC FAITH…none of you have made any effort whatsoever to understand it so as to at least tackle the matter intelligently…

None of you us even making valid points…at least to show that you are Bible students…you are just children with a deep seated bias and ignorance about the Catholic faith…acting merely on things you have been told…

Ivar…I have not come here to insult you…but just to tell you the truth…and you know what that is? You know nothing…absolutely nothing about the Catholic Faith.

      2. Dear Chibuzor F. Ogamba

        Shalom, and love in Jesus.

        You wrote:

Ivar…I have not come here to insult you…but just to tell you the truth…and you know what that is? You know nothing…absolutely nothing about the Catholic Faith.

        My reply:

That was an amazing statement. Really? Absolutely nothing?

Since I was a not beliving but Church going Catholic for many years….
Since I do quote from the doctrines and dogmas of the Pope on a regular basis.
Since I disply that Roman Catholics worship bones, skulls and corpses…

  10. I want to clarify some misunderstandings you have about the Catholic church. 1. Catholics do not worship bones, skulls, etc. Rather, being the bones or skulls of a saint, we honor them, just as you might honor a statue of a great man such as George Washington. 2. Also, in response to job3627, We don’t believe the Rosary has any power of itself, and it is not a magic charm. We don’t need it to pray to our Lord, but it is a very powerful way of doing so. It’s power comes from Jesus and Mary, whom we honor by praying it. 3. And finally, we don’t worship Mary! We honor, for she is the Mother of God! There are more things, but for now, I simply wanted to point out these misunderstandings of what we Catholics believe.

  11. Apparently, most Catholics do not even realize what their own church teaches. Seeing that the RCC has proclaimed Mary as “Co-redemptress”, along with Jesus, I would put forth that is worship. Just about every catholic that I have ever known has been brainwashed into multiple error and are kept there by various psychological and spiritual ruses dreamed up by Satan long ago. Almost as bad as “Christian Zionists” who continually tell us that the Christ-hating, Satan worshipping jews are still Gods “chosen” race!

    1. You are misunderstanding the Catholic faith.

The “co” in the Co-Redemptrix means “with”. The Blessed Virgin is “with” Jesus in that she brought Him to the world.

In a sense we are all co-redeemers; any time we bring someone to Jesus, we are working with Him. But the Blessed Virgin deserves special mention because of her unique role in God’s plan of salvation.
