“And on Sunday, go receive communion, to receive Jesus”. This is the Messiah, according to Pope Francis.
In his Sunday homily delivered at a Polish parish in Rome, Pope Francis meditated on the presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist as a source of strength for Christians.
“Remember this well,” he urged, “every day, read a section of the gospel. And on Sunday, go receive communion, to receive Jesus. Like it was with the disciples on the road to Emmaus: they heard the word, they shared in the breaking of the bread.”
The Pope reflected on the gospel account of the two disciples on the road to Emmaus who failed to recognize the risen Jesus Christ until he “broke bread” with them. Pope Francis said that the two became “witnesses of the hope that is Christ! Because they met him, the Risen Traveller.”
“This Jesus, he is the Risen Traveller that journeys with us. And Jesus is here today, he is here among us. He is here in his word, is here on the altar, journeying with us,” the Pope preached at Rome’s St. Stanislaus Parish on May 4.
In communion, stressed the Pope, Jesus “gives us strength.”
“When you are sad, pick up the word of God. When you are down, pick up the word of God and go to Sunday Mass to receive communion, to participate in the mystery of Jesus. The word of God, the Eucharist: these fill with joy.”

My comment:
If we receive Jesus in the round wafer in the Roman Catholic Church, this kind of acceptance should have become a life transforming event. Second: If this is the way to receive “Jesus”, the infant is surely not saved in what the Roman Catholic call “baptism”.
The irony is that the most outrageous mafioso can receive this piece of bread, and continue his crimes after the mass. He can drink, rape and murder, as a new follower of “Catholic Jesus”.
The truth is that this sun shaped round wafer, used in every Catholic mass, is made into an idol. A copy of the true-Messiah, a replacement. Truly an anti-Christ. The fruits of accepting this kind of theology, is blasphemy, curses and misery. Even sudden and untimely death.

And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’
The true Jesus spoke about breaking bread, in remembrance of Him. Not to act like a cannibal, and consume His physical body. The Pope and his flock, do not receive the Lord by going to mass in Sunday, and eat the living God.
You can only accept Jesus as Lord and God, by accepting that you are lost and disconnected from God. You are are sinner, and the wages of sin is death. But life is a free gift, in Jesus the Messiah.
You are forgiven, the moment you surrender to His Kingship, accepting to be cleansed by the blood that He shed on Calvary Hill for your sins. Only the blood of Jesus can saved man from his sins. No acts of priests, bishops, cardinals and Pope.

Unfortunately, he along with many others who claim to be “evangelical”, are under the seduction of the “Eucharistic Jesus” and the associated faux experiences (feelings) – lying signs and wonders – as foretold by Y’shua in His Word.
Based on your various comments, I consider you a sister in the Faith – and I offer encouragement to strive to not take offense. Offense seems to be a weapon of the enemy to distract G-d’s children. I speak from experience – the bait of offense can be a huge waste of time.

Due to their inherent anti semitism, the papists forget that the Lords supper was derived from the pesach passover meal, and was only ever intended to be a memorial, a remembrance, of the sacrifice of the blood of the lamb, to redeem and deliver sinners. In fact the Jews have a strong historical tradition of establishing “memorials” at places of significance where there was an encounter with God, or where He intervened in the life of the Jewish people.
The hebrew slaves killed the lamb, then applied the blood to their door post and lintel, and the deliverance of Israel became the judgement of Egypt. Likewise when Jesus broke bread and shared the cup, he was powerfully showing the disciples, yes its ME that is to be the actual passover lamb, as John the Baptist had said “behold the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world”. God never intended for the Lords death on the cross to be theatrically relived ad infinitum, “under the forms of the bread or the wine” or any other way. Jesus died once for all, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, is sat at the right hand of the father interceding for us. He has defeated sin satan and death. This final and absolute victory is accessed, as the reformers often wrote “by a livelye faythe”-and not by a counterfeit neo-pagan religious ceremony devised by, and under the total control of, catholic officials.
The catholic mass was correctly identified and exposed by protestant reformers in England and elsewhere, as THE main doctrinal error (among many others of course) of the romish religion. It is an idol feast-which cynically adopts the jargon-language of the Bible-as a way to counterfeit the Lords supper, leading unwary or ignorant people away from grace and into judgement.
Many reformers were burned alive, essentially because they could not accept or submit to the catholic dogma of transubstantiation. They were men who had lived under the realities of papal totalitarianism, and the accurately discerned the trult repulsive, deceptive attributes of this particualr catholic dogma. It was that doctrinal point that was sufficient to condemn them to burning at the stake, as obstinate heretics, in the eyes of the papacy.
Jesus said “I am present” this is very true-but NOT in the wafers of the catholic mass, but:-
“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

It is true that Roman Catholic priest Martin Luther belled the Pope as an Antichrist 497 years ago. But the rebellion started much before that.
When the Roman Catholic Church brought New Age into the Christian faith 1.700 years ago. From 325 A.D onwards, a lot of damnable doctrines was tried enforced on true apostolic Baptists. They called the new age alliance between the pagan Emperor of Rome and his bishop for an anti-Christian alliance.
