Daily bread from the life of Y´shua

Mark 10:25
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”

We have to admit that this move will not be possible for a camel. Neither for a man. Thats why we need to pay attention to Jesus when he speaks about Earthly fame and wealth. It is not simply possible for an elder person to get access to the Kingdom of Heaven, For a jew it is hard to believe that this man Jesus ca can be the Messiah, Simply because they compare him to a human. Can this Jewish man be the One who would bring an powerful Earthly establishment?

  1. Proper translation would be “it is easier for a rope to go thruough the eye of a needle”…….

However, “Woe unto you who are rich” should suffice, and for those who are yet held captive by the old covenant?

“Behold these are the wicked, they prosper in the world, they increase in riches” ;-(

  2. The God of Abraham inspired this to be written of our Lord Jesus

    Isaiah 8
14 And he will become a sanctuary and a stone of offense and a rock of stumbling to both houses of Israel, a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

    Romans 9
33 as it is written, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.”

    1 Peter 2
8 and “A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.”They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.

Jesus is the stone of stumbling.

Our Jewish brothers consider him a ‘rock of offense’ because we believe He will return as Messiah, they expect the Messiah to fulfil all prophecies concerning HIm one after the other. Christians recognised He came first as Saviour and will come again as Messiah.

But, we also must understand that Jesus said ‘those that love me, keep my commandments’.

He also said ‘the words I speak are not my own, they come from the Father in heaven’.

So, God the Father spoke through Jesus and confirmed that He measures our Love for Him by our willingness to keep the commandments.

Jesus said ‘I and the Father are one’
Meanind ‘we’ are in total agreement, the law was not done away with on the cross.

Christianity has drunk from the whores cup of abominations, it is full of false doctrines, Christmas, Easter are just two ‘christian’ feast that God did not establish for His people.

He tells us ‘your feasts are an abomination in my sight’.

Before we can even approah our Jewish brother with the Gospel we have to acknowledge the false doctrine we have been given and we have to identify it, repent and establish sound doctrine in our lives.

    Jesus put it like this.

First remove the log from your own eye, before trying to remove the splinter from your brothers.

  3. Quite simply, that which was “waxing old” DID “vanish away” when the natural, earthly, temporal realm centered in yerusalem was destroyed…….

For at that time “THY KINGDOM DID COME” in FULLness for the final Victory over death was WON!

So it is that the brethren of The Messiah choose to remain but “aliens and pilgrims while yet on this earth” for our “citizenship(Life) is in Heaven”, and soon, and very soon we will be taken Home, Home at last!

    Till then:

    Father Help! and HE does…….

All Thanks and Praise Be Unto Our Father!

  4. Here is what the Lord says about storing up earthly treasure.
“For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?”
(Matthew 16:26) And He also says:
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (Matthew 6:19-21,24)
    God bless.
