National Security Agency monitored the phone conversations of 35 world leaders after being given the numbers by an official in another US government department.
This is according to a classified document provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
The confidential memo reveals that the NSA encourages senior officials in its “customer” departments, such the White House, State and the Pentagon, to share their “Rolodexes” so the agency can add the phone numbers of leading foreign politicians to their surveillance systems.
The document notes that one unnamed US official handed over 200 numbers, including those of the 35 world leaders, none of whom is named. These were immediately “tasked” for monitoring by the NSA.
The revelation is set to add to mounting diplomatic tensions between the US and its allies, after the German chancellor Angela Merkel on Wednesday accused the US of tapping her mobile phone.

It becomes more and more evident, that the Americans have been deceived to vote into the White House, one from the enemy camp.
Again we have to thank badly persecuted Edward Snowden for having the guts to expose the evils of Obama. Even the Germans needed help. They could probably not phantom that the USA ever would be lead into spying on their best friends and allies.
Barack Hussein Obama is not only the biggest disgrace in modern American history. He is also a dangerous and hidden supporter of the ongoing Islamic bid for global submission and “world peace”.
Obama and his team, has managed to turn NATO from being a North Atlantic peace keeping force, to an aggressive military alliance supporting Islamic Jihad in Libya.
Obama managed to turn the CIA and NSA from spying on Islamic terrorists, to spy on 35 World leaders. Most of them supporters of liberty, freedom of expression and the rule of law.
The pathetic conditions of American democracy, is exposed in the Americans inability to impeach him, and put him behind bars. Obama must be the most obvious criminal, who ever got to sit on top of the largest arsenal of nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
What a shame. What a disgrace.

…(smile So Ole Pharaoh Obama is coming out and showing people he has more gumption than they gave him credit for…hmm??) Not that it is good but it ‘is’ what it is…and God will get the Glory for this Pharaoh just as He got the Glory for all the other ones before him and will if there be any after him! …it would not surprise me one bit if the spirit of the Anti-Christ entered into Obama before he left Office…not one bit or even after he left office…whether he entered any man to ..with all that is going on in America the ‘godlessness’ and acceptances of both parties and excuses both parties and all the followers of them it’s blasphemous to see it let a lone hear of it..
I hate the fact that America my country is leading the Bandwagon against Israel and seems to be so proud to saunter into all the Private Meetings of Godless men with no fear of the Lord Jesus Christ whom they will soon be calling on the Mountains to fall on them in fear of facing Him…..however…I will not let the pride of my nation or any nation over ride the love of My Lord, for I am well aware that The Earth is His and the fullness there of …in this all nations will one day be a beauty unto The Lord a beauty we all will be thankful to Him that they will be healed from the wickedness that for so long has destroyed so many and so much of His work. The Word He promises us of the leaves for healing of the nations…since I have been so sick these past few months I’ve had more time than normal to study and read …there is not a spot on the Earth that I have not seen so far that He has created by rock, river, ocean over time or by His Word to come forth in all Nations that each has such a beauty that is absolutely beautiful. And how much more when He removes the veil that is upon the Earth from the wickedness..the color He created….(smile) I’ve often wondered how in some countries and religions, cults, the men can wear color but they make their women look like dried dead prunes …actually ..prunes are pretty good…but the fact is God likes color…he creation is Beautiful..
And as close as we are to the return of our Lord we must keep our eyes open to these messages like these posts..on Newsthatmatters… the Rapture believing people will have a hard time when they wake up to the fact what they based up their faith on was ‘getting a ticket out of here’ …when the Scriptures said to base your faith on Jesus Christ and Him alone…. President Obama is not done…nor is any of those who are behind him and with him…they are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing….Read Revelation folks…Read The Word of God…all if falling into place…

I don’t understand the fuss, governmnts spy on each other, if she didn’t think anyone was spying on her what on earth was she speaking, she leads a global economic superpower at least a European one that has a dodgy track record in starting wars, does she not think anyone would be snooping? Your ally today may be your enemy of tomorrow depending how your government policy develops. It doesn’t make it right but its a fact of life. Israel no doubt spies on my country England as it spies ont he US and Germany , russia etc etc but then again with the hypocrisy of our own nations she needs to.
