Ephesians 4:26
«In your anger do not sin” : Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry»
Can a born again Christian live without getting angry? And in his anger, always avoid saying something that he will regret? I guess its the Holy Spirit that tells us to go back and say sorry! Jesus was sometimes angry, and on a couple on occasions the Messiah wept. There is an ongoing debate on this site about sins. Please join.
Since we debated this earlier today, I can’t resist commenting more with you on this topic of sin.
In Ephesians 4:26 we see that it is not so much that all anger is wrong, but only when you sin while angry. And, from this scripture about anger we see that it is not so much a sin to get angry, but the sin is in how long you stay angry.
Dear Victoria.
Please, feel free. Your comment is always welcome. I might get angry on you if you do not comment..!!!!

Well, when you say it like that, now I really do feel welcome. Thank you!
Dear Victoria.
Be slow to anger….

My comment:
Yes, we should not stay angry for a long time. Because than we will get high BP. But the question is rather the risk you run of sinning in your anger. When we are angry, we often say and do things that we in our cooler moments would not have done. Like hurting people in words and actions.
