Daily bread from the life of Y´shua

John 11:34-36

“Where have you laid him?” he asked: “Come and see, Lord,” they replied.
Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, “See how he loved him!”

God can not feel pain. Wrong. Jesus wept. He was moved to see the unbelief of the Jews. They did not believe that the Messiah could raise Lazarus from the grave. Some people think Jesus cried because Lazarus was dead. That is wrong. Lazarus was not dead. And there was no need for Jesus to cry, since He knew His Father in Heaven would agree with Him in regards to Lazarus.

    1. Dear Nyt i Natten.

Sabbath Shalom, and thanks for this comment.

The humanity of Jesus is best expressed in his tears and anger. He was a complete human, and in the same person a complete God. Sitting on his throne in Heaven, still a complete man and complete God. Still crying, when people He loves turns their backs on Him.

I can can not prove this by the scriptures. Maybe there are some Bible verse that explains this. So please take this as my personal experience. I am also a “Charismatic”. We all are, because we have our personal experiences with Him, that is almost not explainable.

    greetings and peace
Lazurus was dead. John 11:14 – He (Jesus) told them plainly Lazurus is dead, and for your sake I am glad I was not there,so that you may believe. But let us go to him. I believe you are correct in that he was not weeping over the death of Lazurus. He knew he was going to raise him so that was not a crying matter. He wept over their unbelief
