Obama and Putin unites 55 kilometers east of Armageddon

Two of the three super powers on Earth unites in Syria. Damascus is hardly 55 kilometers east of Armageddon.

US President Barack Obama has welcomed an agreement between the US and Russia under which Syria’s chemical weapons must be destroyed or removed by mid-2014 as an “important step”.

But a White House statement cautioned that the US expected Syria “to live up to its public commitments”.

The US-Russian framework document stipulates that Syria must provide details of its stockpile within a week.

If Syria fails to comply, the deal could be enforced by a UN resolution.

China, France, the UK, the UN and Nato have all expressed satisfaction at the agreement.

In Beijing, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Sunday that China “welcomes the general agreement between the US and Russia.

This agreement will enable tensions in Syria to be eased,” he added.

However, there has so far been no reaction from Damascus.

In the White House statement, President Obama said that the US-Russian deal “represents an important, concrete step toward the goal of moving Syria’s chemical weapons under international control so that they may ultimately be destroyed”.

My comment:

The day before the election in Norway, I joined a house fellowship in the southern part of the country.

The debate was on Syria. Many people felt is was complicated to draw any conclusions out of this conflict.

I said: Lets agree that Syria is a complicated issue. But lets move from that is chaotic and complicated, to what is easy to understand. In the end, all the focus of evil will unite, move from Damascus, over the Golan Heights and towards Armageddon.  It will be everyone against Zionist Israel.

Many evangelical Christians seems to forget that the War in Syria is also God’s war. It is a preparation for the last battle of Armageddon. It is God of the Bible who draws all nations towards the battle in Zion, where He will hold judgment.

Are you one of the multitudes, who do not have a clue of what is going on?

Please read your Bible, and join a Christian fellowship who has Jerusalem as its main focus. Who understand that the final preparations for the final war on God’s Word is just down the pipeline. Who understand that the return of the Messiah is imminent.
