U.S. and Israel in Joint Air Force Exercise

The Israeli Air Force operates outside Israeli airspace on the mercy of the US Air force. They fly high together.

Israeli jets can not fly through US "no fly zones" on the way to Iran.

U.S. European Command and the Israel Defense Forces have begun Juniper Stallion 13, a two-week bilateral aerial exercise held between the U.S. and Israeli air forces in Israel as part of regularly scheduled training between the two nations.
Juniper Stallion 13 is a combined F-15/F-16 air-to-air exercise designed to improve the interoperability and cooperation between the U.S. and Israeli air forces.

My comment:

Surely, the US-Israeli relationship is one of a kind.

The IDF rely on the same military forces, that supplied Islamic Jihad in Libya, and have proposed to arm the Islamic forces in Syria.

Israel also depend on the US for a possible strike on Iran. It looks like its better to believe in “Father Christmas”.

The IDF also frequently requests Turkey to fly over its airspace. On the military side, a “peace deal” with the Islamic forces, seems to be the lesser problem.

  1. The Obama administration is to Israel like a Muslim husband who takes other wives. He tells her she is still his number one, but his actions show her that means nothing, and she knows it’s only a matter of time before the divorce letter is delivered.

Israel must put her trust in the Lord.
