Israel is ready to crush the head of Hezb”Allah

The next possible war with Lebanon will take the IDF the whole way to Beirut.

Brigadier General Harzi Halevy, Major General Yair Golan, and Brig. Gen. Yoal Strik.

During the second Lebanon war, not launching a ground offensive was a major mistake done by the politicians in Jerusalem.

Today, the Generals have got the green light to immediately launch a msasive ground offensive, if Hizb”Allah attack Israel with missiles.

Brigadier-General Harzi Halevy, commander of the IDF’s Galilee Division, said that the military “is thoroughly and professionally preparing for the possibility of another war; taking into account that the enemy possesses varied fire power and it is well hidden within civilian society.”

The next war, he added, will see the IDF “Strike with full force. We will have to go inside (Lebanon) and wreak havoc – not as punishment, but because that is where the enemy is.

“A third conflict will see Lebanon suffer more than it did during the second one. We will give the Lebanese army the chance not to be ‘the enemy’; but any attack will be met with an offensive, and they will be easier to handle than Hezbollah,” Halevy said.

My comment:

One of the reasons for Israel’s failure during the Second Lebanon war, was the massive International pressure to recognize Hezb”Allah as a “peace partner” in the Middle East.

Israel lived by the hope, that diplomatic consultations by the US and the EU would be able to stop the missile attack on Northern Israel.

Israel learned its lesson. The Jewish nation can not rely on any foreign power, in regards to secure the life and safety of its citizens.  It has been like this since World War II.

As a follower of the Messiah Jesus, I will never hold a gun. If anyone wants to kill me, I will enter Heaven before many others.  I am sure that Jesus do not want me to harm anyone.

 Ecclesiastes 3:8
a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

In regards to Israel, the Jews have a right to self defense. Their very calling is to be good caretakers of Zion. If the IDF had not protected Israel, the Middle East would be like Nazi-Germany in 24 hours of so. Governed by Islamic totalitarian evil.

It is interesting for all Messianic believers, to notice, that John The Baptist did not tell soldiers who asked him, to lay down their arms.  We do not know who these soldiers were, but they were most likely working for the occupying forces of the Roman Empire.

 Luke 3:14-15
Then some soldiers asked him, “And what should we do?”
He replied, “Don’t extort money and don’t accuse people falsely —be content with your pay.”
The people were waiting expectantly and were all wondering in their hearts if John might possibly be the Christ.

  1. Would you have picked up a gun to save a Jew from a Nazi if you had been around last time? Think about it now, because you may be forced to make that decision one day during some future holocaust. And there may not be time to think about it then!

    1. Jesus said ”DON’T DO THAT”… “take no thought how or what you will say”

Matthew 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

Matthew 10:20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

Luke 12:11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:

Luke 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

      1. While we are in a time of Grace, God is still the same Yesterday, today, and forever. Malachi 3:6 “For I am the LORD, I do not change;” Did God ever command Israel on a military level?

No Christian wants to kill, but I believe that Christians can wield the sword if needed to fight against evil. I.E.. Those bent on killing innocents, your family, etc.

Obeying your government, enforcing justice via the law of the land was / is expected it of Christians. Soldiers are a sword of Justice for the Lord

The Bible says in Romans 13:4: “The authorities are God’s servants, sent for your good. But if you are doing wrong, of course you should be afraid, for they have the power to punish you. They are God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong.”

When this was written Soldiers were the Police, the Fire Department, and the Army all wrapped up into one. Nailing you to a chunk of wood, prison, and enslavement were the standard forms of punishment back then.

Jesus instructed some of his very own apostles to carry swords, and if they did not have one, then they better sell their very own jacket to have one. Why would he say this? Because Jesus Christ is Jehovah God in the flesh, the same God who says He changes not.

Jesus had interaction with many soldiers and never rebuked their profession, neither did Jon the Baptist. Neither can I find any Apostles rebuking a soldier for being a soldier. They understood.

Even history shows Christian military history. The Roman Theban Legion was slaughtered to a man by Caesar for not worshiping him as god when he demanded it, because they stated only Jesus was their only God (

The above verses (Matthew 10:19-20, Luke 12:11, Luke 12:12 were specific instructions to the Apostles to let the Holy Ghost witness through them when they got brought before courts and rulers on a special mission for the Lord before His death on the cross. How does it relate to being a soldier? I don’t see the connection.

So be a light to the world, reach for the Lost. But don’t be afraid to stand for whats right in the eyes of the Lord. And if you die for it, then you die for it.

        In Love.

    2. I would have tried every other way possible. But if there was no other way than the answer is yes.

Einstein once said “The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”

      I agree.

  2. I will do whatever the Holy Father,The Holy Son and The Holy Ghost requires of me. My Father knows that I will help and give everthing for His people. I love the Jewish people, my heart aches for them. The Father will give me wisdom and strength and guidance to do whatever is needed tho I may perish. So be it.
