Patriarch lauds Jordanians protecting “holy sites” in Jerusalem

Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem on Thursday commended the Hashemites’ role as custodian of the holy sites in Jerusalem.

Patriarch Theophilos III and HRH Prince Ghazi expose the Orthodox-Islamic nexus.

During a meeting with HRH Prince Ghazi, Chief Adviser to the King for Religious and Cultural Affairs and the King’s Personal Envoy, and Grand Mufti of Egypt Sheikh Ali Gomaa, he said the visit by Prince Ghazi and the mufti came at a time when people in Jerusalem need all the support they can get.

He added that the patriarchy supports Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’ call for Arabs and Muslims to perform pilgrimages to Jerusalem, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The patriarch said that Prince Ghazi’s visit to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre after praying at Al Aqsa Mosque implies many meanings, most importantly the region’s history of Islamic-Christian coexistence and the Hashemites’ commitment to their responsibility to protect Islamic and Christian holy sites.

He voiced appreciation for His Majesty King Abdullah’s and Prince Ghazi’s efforts to spread the culture of tolerance and respect among followers of different religions.

The patriarch held a lunch banquet in honour of the Prince and Gomaa, according to Petra.

Prince Ghazi and the Egyptian mufti began a visit to Jerusalem on Wednesday, according to an official statement.

My comment:

To hail the Kingdom of Jordan for their willingness to protect the “Holy Sites” in Jerusalem is a grand example of distortion of history.

When the Jordanian army attacked and occupied East Jerusalem in 1948, the Muslim army destroyed 55 synagogues and Jewish schools.

Jews were thrown out of the eastern part of the city, and banned from entering the holy sites of Judaism.

Why do the Word believe that the same Jordanian criminals will protect the religious freedom in Jerusalem?

Why do the Catholic and Orthodox clergy call on Islamic forces to protect their rights in the “Holy city”?

The truth is that East Jerusalem was under Islamic occupation up to 1967. This year, the city of David was liberated. The Zionist state of Israel is the only true protector of religious freedom in the united capital of Israel.

  1. There are apparently enough gnostic elements in Eastern Orthodoxy and Islam to enable them to find common cause. The Orthodox have traditionally believed in “weak theosis” (the belief that we become like God as we walk with Him. The Orthodox, however, stopped short of any confusion between the Creator and humans as His created). On the other hand, many gnostics believed in “strong theosis” (that men will one day BECOME gods as they absorb gnosis) and, interestingly, this teaching has always infected Sunni Islam’s Sufi mysticism. Sufis will say that Suffism preceded Islam and scholars say that Suffism actually represents those gnostics who “converted” to Islam under persecution by Islam. “Connecting the dots” becomes more interesting when one considers Freemasonry and the occult Kabbalah which infects Judaism.

The King of Jordan is said to be a Freemason. Freemasonry is itself broadly gnostic and Freemasons have always taught a “strong theosis”. In fact, you can see this in graphic terms on the painted ceiling of the U.S. Capitol building rotunda, where Freemason, George Washington is depicted as a god. The artist, Freemason Constantino Brumidi convinced Jefferson Davis, (yes–THAT Jefferson Davis) who was then, U.S. Secretary of War (just prior to the Civil War), that he should have “artistic license” to paint whatever he wanted. The Greek-Italian Brumidi, who had been associated with Italian revolutionary, (and Freemason) Giuseppe Mazzini, called it “The Apotheosis of Washington”. Another interesting point is that Brumidi spent three years painting at the Vatican, while Pope Gregory XVI was on the Papal throne.

With the very strong influence of Freemasonry on Mormonism (Joseph Smith was a Freemason), it is easy to see why the Mormons teach that humans will “ascend to godhood”. Isn’t it Interesting that a Mormon will be contending for the Presidency in November?

A further point of the growing apostasy is that more conventional Christian orthodoxy is being invaded by the teaching that the Holy Spirit can make believers “sin-free” in this life—that believers can become, in effect, sinless just as Jesus was sinless. It is a short step from that to the strong theosis of gnosticism.

Satan is rapidly bringing his “church” together. A central teaching will be the very embodiment of his ancient lie from Genesis 3:4-5—“You won’t die! the serpent hissed. God knows that your eyes will be open when you eat it. You will become just like God, knowing everything, both good and evil.” Another corollary teaching will be that of reincarnation. Satan would love for humans to believe that they will “get another chance to rise up to godhood” so that he can take them to hell. The occult offshoots infecting Christianity (Catholic paganism and New Age Protestantism), Islam (Suffism) and Judaism (Kabbalah) are already quite into reincarnation. And, of course, Hinduism and Buddhism have always taught reincarnation. So that will be another basis for “unity” in Satan’s “church”. And the only thing standing in the way of that “doctrine of demons” will be Hebrews 9:27, “It is appointed to man once to die, and then the judgment.”

The days are certainly very evil. Believers need to stay very close to the word of God. Satan hates the word of God because it reveals Satan’s other ancient trick, “Did God really say…?” (Gen. 3:1)
