There is an amazing similarity between the worship of the pagan sun god and money.
The symbol of the sun “god” is found on the US dollar bill. You can not buy or sell anything without a grand or two. Earlier the US dollar reflected the value of the US gold reserves in Forth Knox.
The same sun god symbol is also carried just above the forehead of every US General.

Actually, sueliz, it is the “Seal of Solomon”, (a Star of David inside of a circle–not very noticeable until you realize that the thirteen Stars of David compose a Star of David themselves.) There is a fair bit of controversy over the Seal of Solomon. But many Satanists claim that it is supposed to be one of the most powerful of occult symbols. It is doubtful that all those who wear this insignia are aware of its occult significance. We must always look beyond images and symbols to the actual substance. I also beleive a spiritual principality (substance/purpose) will manifest symbols, signs, and actions over people who are of its agenda/purpose wether knowingly or not.
More specifically, there are many false gods. But there is always the counterfeit that is VERY similar to the real deal. Where you see a sun disk over Horus (son). I see the true Sun/Son – (Aten) over the deceived. Just as a halo or a disk or anything over the disciple, to counterfeit the real deal of the one true God. The symbol over the head represents the substance/spirit/purpose of the being. God’s children are living Torah in compliance and submission to his will.
What is the difference?

No offense intended, but your posts might be to more effect if you would skip the references to Egyptian mythology. In any case, God the Father takes a very dim view of those who would mix His word with the beliefs (and especially the practices) of pagans.
I thought this post had a central theme using Egyptian RELIGION, not mythology.
To skip or leave out any reference to that would aid the deceiver. A tactician must always study the enemy. This enemy/deceiver has been around for a long long time.
