Hague warns Israel not to strike Iran

UK foreign secretary urges J’lem to give sanctions a chance.

British Foreign Minister William Hague misguides Israel, and is ready to betray her.

UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said Sunday that if Iran develops nukes there will either be a war or a cold war, but warns Iranian nuclear standoff would not have safeguards of US-USSR Cold War.

While encouraging Israel to give Europe’s latest round of sanctions a chance and discouraging it from hasty military action, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said Sunday that if Iran succeeds in developing nuclear weapons, there will either be a war or a cold war.

“Either way, [Iran] will be attacked and there will be a war,” Hauge told the BBC when asked if a nuclear-armed Iran would lead to a nuclear arms race in the region.

The other option, he said, is that “there would be a cold war, in which Iran, for the long term, is subject to these kinds of very intense economic sanctions and they would find that other nations in the region developed nuclear weapons.”

My comment:

William Hague is one of many Papenheimer’s who would had attacked Hitler before World War II.

Like Neville Chamberlain, he do not understand who he is dealing with.  The UK complacency on the Nazis almost cost the United Kingdom its freedom.

That the UK do not understand that the ideological and spiritual threat from Iran, is a disaster in the making.  The Jews have experienced one Holocaust, and should not listen to William Hague. The UK Secretary of Foreign Affairs wold rather save his own house to be blown to pieces by Islamic Suicide bombers, than to utter one world to condemn the Islamic Jihad on the Jewish state on Israel.

 Luke 21:23
How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people.

What the Jewish people have learned the hard way, is that they must not listen to false friends. Israel must look after its own security.

The Messiah Jesus is the rock of Israel. He will guide and save them. Amen.

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

  2. Hi Roger,
When catastrophy strikes, it affects both believers and unbelievers alike, and history bares this fact out. G’d is allowing evil to prosper in these ‘last days.’ Evil could never rise if all believers were to be supernaturally protected. Often times, G’d lets us be sifted like wheat, in an effort to purrify us. More often than not, it is Satan who does the sifting.
The wicked have always killed G’d’s children. In the end, they will be held accountable.
We must realize that it is our souls, that are sheilded from the wicked, not our bodies. What was it that Job said; Even though He slay me, yet will I trust in the Lord. Our faith is purified in persecution. We had better start preparing our hearts for it now. The world stage is being set for the unveiling of the antichrist, and of his kingdom. When Israel is attacked a remnant will be supernaturally protected for 1,260 days, the entire length of the reign, of the antichrist. After Satan realizes that he is unable to kill the remnant, he will turn his furry on the Christians. Rev:13:7, It was granted to him (Satan) to make war with the saints and to OVERCOME them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tounge, and nation. Rev:12:13-17, I’ll just quote 17, And the dragon (Satan) was enraged with the woman (Israel’s remnant) and he went off to make war with the rest of her offspring, (christians who have been grafted into Israel) who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

    1. Dear Denise,

The Church WILL NOT go through the tribulation. What you are teaching is completely unscriptural. The Church is NOT appointed to wrath. I urge you to search the scriptures and pray about it and only then will you will find the truth and understand Yeshua’s promises to His Bride.

When we read the passages describing the Lord Jesus’ return, we find verses that tell us we won’t know the day and hour of that event. Matthew 25:13 says Jesus will return at an unknown time, while Revelation 12:6 indicates that the Jews will have to wait on the Lord 1,260 days, starting when the Antichrist stands in the Temple of God and declares himself to be God (2 Thes 2:4).

This event will take place at the mid-point of the seven-year tribulation (Dan 9:27). Note that some people only see a three-and-a-half-year tribulation. In a way, they are correct because the first half of the tribulation will be relatively peaceful compared to the second half. Nonetheless, peaceful or not, there still remains a seven-year period called the tribulation. When the Jews flee into the wilderness, they know that all they have to do is wait out those 1,260 days (Mat 24:16).

There is no way to apply the phrase “neither the day nor the hour” to this situation. The only way for these two viewpoints to be true is to separate the two distinct events transpiring here: 1) the rapture of the Church, which comes before the tribulation; and 2) the return of Jesus to the earth, which takes place roughly seven years later.

The Marriage Supper of the Lamb

In Luke 12:36, the Word states that when Christ returns, He will be returning from a wedding. In Revelation 19:7-8, we read about the marriage itself. The marriage supper takes place before the marriage. According to Jewish custom, the marriage contract, which often includes a dowry, is drawn up first. The contract parallels the act of faith we use when we trust Jesus to be our Savior. The dowry is His life, which was used to purchase us. When it’s time for the wedding, the groom goes to the bride’s house unannounced. She comes out to meet him, and then he takes her to his father’s house. This precisely correlates with the events according to the pre-trib scenario. Jesus, the Groom, comes down from heaven and calls up the Church, His Bride. After meeting in the air, He and His Bride return to His Father’s house, heaven. The marriage supper itself will take place there, while down here on earth the final events of the tribulation will be playing out. After the marriage supper of Jewish tradition, the bride and groom are presented to the world as man and wife. This corresponds to the time when Jesus returns to earth accompanied by an army “clothed in fine linen, white and clean” (Rev 19:14).

      The People of the Millennium

If Christ were to come back after the tribulation, rapture all the saints, and slay all the ungodly, who would be left to populate the earth during the millennium? Only the pre-trib viewpoint can account for this post-trib problem. The Church is raptured before the tribulation, a vast number of souls are saved during this seven-year time frame, and those who make it through the tribulation go into the millennium while the unsaved are cast into hell.

      The Saint U-Turn

In the pre-trib scenario, after we rise to meet the Lord in the air, we will go to heaven and abide there seven years. At the end of that period, Christ will come down to earth, defeat the Antichrist, and cleanse the temple. In a post-trib rapture, we would rise in the air to meet the Lord, then do a 180-degree U-turn and come back down to earth. Revelation 1:7 states that Christ will appear out of the clouds and come down to earth. Zechariah 14:4 says that His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives. If He’s already headed our way, why would we need to be caught up to meet Him?

      “Come Up Hither”

Many pre-trib writers cite Revelation 4:1, which says, “come up hither,” as a prophetic reference to the rapture of the Church, leaving Revelation chapters 1 through 3 as a description of the Church Age. After the shout to “come up hither,” the Church is not mentioned in Scripture at all. The attention of Scripture switches from the Church to the Jews living in Israel.

      Armies in Fine Linen

When Jesus returns (Rev. 19:18), an army follows Him. The army’s members are riding on white horses, and they are clothed in fine linen that is white and clean. In Revelation 19:8, we are told that the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. If the saints of God are returning with Christ to wage war on the Antichrist, then it is not possible to have a post-trib rapture without us running into ourselves as we are coming and going.

In several passages, the Bible refers to the tribulation as a time of trouble for the Jews. The phrase “Jacob’s trouble” pertains to the descendants of Jacob. Jeremiah 30:7 says that this time of trouble will come just before the Lord returns to save His people. The final week of Daniel’s 70th week is yet to take place. An angel told Daniel that, “70 weeks are determined unto thy people” (Dan 9:24). Scripture never mentions that the tribulation is meant to be a time of testing for Christians. However, some post-tribbers try to claim that they are the ones being tested during the tribulation. To make this so, they need to spiritualize the 144,000 Jewish believers in Revelation 7:2-8 who receive God’s protective seal. Placing the Church dispensation into the same time frame as the seven-year Jewish dispensation, as the post-tribbers do, raises one good question: Can two dispensations transpire at the same time? In the past, God has only dealt with one at a time. Having both present during the tribulation would have to be an exception.

“He” That is Taken Out of the Way

Before the Antichrist can be revealed, Paul said a certain “He” must be taken out of the way. According to 2 Thessalonians 2:7, the “He” that must be removed is widely thought to be the Holy Spirit. It has been promised that the Holy Spirit would never leave the Church, and without the working of the Holy Spirit remaining on earth, no one could be saved during the tribulation. The removal of the Church, which is indwelt by the Holy Ghost, would seem the best explanation for this dilemma. The working of the Holy Spirit could go on during the tribulation, but His influence would be diminished because of the missing Church.

      War or Rapture

(Rev 19:19-21) When Jesus returns at the end of the tribulation, He will be coming for battle. For those who believe in a post-trib rapture, it would be strange to meet your Lord and Savior just as He’s rushing into battle. The idea that war and rapture could occur together is difficult to imagine, especially since they transpire at the same moment.

      The Five Foolish Virgins

The wedding story that Jesus gave in Matthew 25:2-13, I believe, is a parable of the rapture of the Church. It explains how some will not be ready. Jesus clearly states that a group of people will miss out on an event, and will cry out to God to let them into the place where He resides, heaven. Although some try to put this parable in a post-trib context, it doesn’t fit very well. The ones left behind in a post-trib rapture will not need to seek the Lord because they’ll immediately be confronted by Him and His army of angels.

God Hath Not Appointed Us to Wrath

In 1 Thessalonians 5:9, Paul assures us that God has not appointed His people to wrath. This wrath is plainly God’s anger that will be poured out during the tribulation. Pre-trib believers interpret this as meaning that Christians will be removed from the earth. Post-trib believers tell a different story. They describe this as meaning that God will protect Christians during the tribulation and pour this wrath out on the unbelievers only. This idea runs against the statement made in Revelation 13:7, in which the Antichrist is given power to make war with the saints and to overcome them. A post-trib view would make God’s promise of protection from wrath into a lie. In years past, it was possible to think of being protected from the guns and swords of that day. Today, when any major war would involve nuclear and chemical weapons, it’s impossible to expect that same kind of protection. When Nagasaki, Japan was bombed during World War II, the bomb exploded over a Catholic church. Everyone who was in the center of the explosion died–both Christians and non-Christians. The only way to validly interpret God’s promise of protection from wrath is by viewing 1 Thessalonians 5:9 as the bodily removal of the Church from this world.

      The Salt of the Earth

Jesus said, “Ye are the salt of the earth” (Matthew 5:13). When the believers are supenly removed, the earth will be plunged into spiritual darkness. When this happens, the Antichrist will then be free to control the world.

      God Takes an Inventory

In Revelation 7:3, an angel descends to earth and seals the servants of God. Two bits of information about this sealing highly disclaim a post-trib viewpoint. The first item is the number of people sealed: 144,000. The second one is that all those who are sealed are from the 12 tribes of Israel. For the events in Revelation 7:3-8 to be true in a post-trib interpretation, either the Church has turned against God or God has turned against the Church. A post-tribber could write a thousand-word commentary about why the Church doesn’t need to be sealed. Instead of trying to argue about why the Church is not mentioned or sealed, a pre-trib proponent could just say, “We’re already in heaven.”

      Noah and Lot as Examples

The tribulation period is compared to the times of Noah and Lot by Jesus in Luke 17:28. Most people argue over whether the time frame Jesus was talking about in that passage was pre-trib or post-trib. In doing so, they miss an important point. The two circumstances that the Noah and Lot situations have in common are the removal of the righteous and the judgment of the unbelievers. From these two accounts, we see that God prefers to remove His own when danger is involved.

The Church Would Rebuke the Antichrist

If the Antichrist came to power with the Church still here, I do not see how he could operate. When Hitler was fighting to take over England, a number of Christians were praying for victory. Hitler made mistake after mistake, and England outperformed its enemy at every stage of the conflict. It is difficult to measure the impact of intercessory prayer in physical warfare. Little is known of how great a role praying saints played in the defeat of Nazi Germany. If the Church were to reside on earth during the tribulation, I am sure she would give the Antichrist fits. In Revelation 11:3, the two witnesses alone give the Antichrist enough headaches. Millions of Christians who know their Bibles well would recognize the man of sin and pray fire down on his head. The post-trib view would have to plan on the Church just rolling over and playing dead the whole seven years.

      1. JM, my dear brother, you covered a lot of issues here. Although I lovingly disagree with you on several counts. I have heard many pre trib teachers, like Zola Levitt, and others who have made a good case for a pre trib rapture. However, upon closer inspection, I am firmly in the pre wrath camp.
In one way, I would love to be wrong and to escape all the horror that is soon to be unleased upon this earth. On the other hand, to be tested to the point of death for my faith, is in it’s own way, a blessing, as well.
There is a Messianic Jewish pastor named Mark Biltz who does a great teaching on the Feasts of the Lord, and how they relate to the timing of the rapture, and to the return of the Lord.
You can go on to his web site; el shaddai ministeries, there you will find 4 CD’s on the Feasts of the Lord, you can click on them and watch them for free, and if you like them, you can buy them as well. I think that you will consider them to be a blessing. Pastor Mark Biltz also does a study on the blood red moon, which is awesome, that is free, on youtube.
Blessings to you JM, in the name of our Redeemer, Yeshua.

      2. Dear Denise,

I am very familiar with Mark Biltz and his ministry, but his studies have nothing to do with our discussion here and it is obvious that you did not even read my reply as you posted merely minutes later.

You can choose to be set in your ways and intolerant of the truths and promises that Yeshua gives to his Bride in the Holy Bible if you like. However, your views are NOT according to scripture and it is misleading to spread error about God’s word. Your post-trib views were not backed-up with any substantial scripture to prove your point.

May your future posts have a disclaimer on them that reads: “This is my opinion only and not according to scripture” so as not to lead others astray.

        God Bless.

      3. Dear Todd,

“There are three time periods mentioned in Daniel 9:24-26. First we see 70 weeks. This totals 490 years. But in verse 25, it lists two time periods that only total 69 weeks , seven weeks and sixty-two weeks. Immediately Daniel goes on to tell us something about those two periods. During the first seven weeks, 49 years, the rebuilding of the city, “the street and the wall” is to take place. Then it tells us what will happen after the sixty-two week, 434 year period. But the last week of seven years seems to have been lost. In the second part of verse 26, and especially in verse 27, we start to hear things about the AntiChrist that we know haven’t yet happened. This lack needs reconciling. That’s where the Gap Theory comes in.

The Gap Theory is the explanation given to reconcile the fact that Daniel prophesies 70 weeks of years, but that all the prophecies haven’t come true, or rather didn’t come true in the time alloted, 490 years.

“The Gap Theory says that there is a Gap of time between the 69th and the 70th week. And that the 70th week is the time of the Great Tribulation. Jesus’ quoting out of Isaiah is a solid confirmation for the existence of a gap of time. Most Historicists have insisted that the 70th week came right after the 69th, but can’t come up with events that fulfill the prophecies. They can’t find an Antichrist that did all the things prophesied about him that were to happen in the 70th week of years. For instance, they can’t find a man who, in the seven year period after the death of Jesus, made a peace pact with Israel, allowing the restitution of sacrifices, then breaks his pact after three and a half years. The sacrifice was already ongoing and wouldn’t be stopped until more than thirty years later when Titus conquered and razed Jerusalem in 70 AD.

“To start, we should consider the events rather than the time period of the prophecy of Daniel in chapter nine. We’re looking for the fulfillment of Bible prophecies that can narrow down our position as related to the beginning of the Great Tribulation.

“Therefore, we’ll not focus on the 70 weeks to try and figure out when they are, but what is prophesied to happen. This is not the usual way this material is studied. Most folks want to pin down a date so badly they miss some crucial evidence in the argument for the Gap theory. They have to know exactly which edict starts the prophecy. Is it Cyrus’, Darius’ , or one of Artaxerxes’ decrees that begins the 490 years? Does the time start at 539, 519, 457 or 444 BC? That date, while capable of being determined, can only effect the 490 years of the prophecy by some one hundred years. There must be a way to reconcile the other 1900 years ’till now. The issue isn’t, “When did the prophecy begin to count down the 490 years,” it is rather, “Did the prophesied events come to pass.” This is a pivotal point. One that Jesus confirms when he reads from Isaiah in the synagogue.

“Daniel says that SEVEN things will take place before the end of the prophecy. GOD determines that He will:

        1) Finish the transgression-which one? Some transgression, OK. ALL, no. YES/ NO

        2) Make an end of sins–I just sinned yesterday. NO

        3) Make reconciliation for iniquity–Christ did that. YES

        4) Bring in everlasting righteousness–OK, only in that His righteousness is, but I sinned today. YES/NO

        5) Seal up the vision-We haven’t seen lots of prophesied events. NO

        6) Seal up the prophecy-Same as above. NO

        7) Anoint the most Holy–If this is the 4th Temple, as is said, NO

“Daniel’s not much of a prophet, is he? 490 years after the prophecy was to begin, somewhere around 40 AD, only one strong and two questionable fulfillments are evident. Moreover, he’s had an additional 1900 years to make up for it, but still has come up short. Oh well, I guess those guys that say Daniel was written in 150 BC were right. Not!

“There’s only one reconciliation for the 490 years. The Gap theory. Haven’t we seen other prophecies that weren’t absolutely consecutive?

“The second confirmation of the Gap theory can be found also in Daniel, chapter eleven. It’s in this chapter that we get such immaculate detailing of historical events that, as mentioned above, scholars are led to believe that someone other than Daniel wrote the book.

“After being provoked by the Medo-Persians, Alexander conquers them, and the rest of the world. He dies, in verse four, and his kingdom is split in four(by his generals). We then get a detailed history of two of the general’s actvities, as portrayed by the King of the North (Selucus) and the King of the South (Ptolemy). They war back and forth, successors taking their places, until verse 21. Beginning with verse 21 we can’t find fulfillment anywhere in history, except partially. This last “person” who stands up, “a vile person,” does many things that have no evidence in history. Antiochus Epiphany fulfills much of the prophecy, but falls short of many of it’s elements. His intricate peace talks with Egypt, and Daniel’s other condition of uprooting three countries, are two examples that rule out Antiochus. The fact is, that the prophecy concerning the person from verse 21 on has not been fulfilled; regardless of Daniel’s 490 years. There must be a gap of time between verse 20 of chapter eleven and verse 21.

“Now to Jesus and Isaiah. Here’s what Luke records in verses 16-20 of chapter four:

16-And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17-And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, found the place where is was written,
18-The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20-And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of alll them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

“And well you might say that this prophecy by Isaiah was fulfilled. Only if you use the prophecy read by Christ. Jesus did all six of those things. Isaiah was some prophet. Everything Jesus said was true. BUT, he didn’t say ALL of it! ! ! Go to Isaiah and read the REST of the prophecy.

“This is the part that got the Jews in trouble. They expected their Messiah to do the rest of the prophecy; Jesus DIDN’T.

Verse 2 of Isaiah 61 is where Jesus stopped IN MID-SENTENCE! ! You’d think that any Proper reading of the prophecy would continue to the end of the thought. But no, Jesus stops just before an “and.”

2- To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, (this is where Jesus stopped, because he couldn’t go on)
        AND the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all the mourn;
3-(still part of the same train of thought) To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.” NOW we’re finished with the prophecy. Not before.

“The day of God’s vengeance and the deliverance of the Jews is yet to come. And notice how the time is fixed by the following verses which describe events that we know to take place in the Milllenium. This, then, is the third “proof” of the Gap theory. God says that two is an adequate witness. I think that some in-depth study will turn up more evidence for the Gap.

“Besides, some of my more superficial study of other theories that try to make sense out of the 490 year puzzle shows that dates and events have to be tortured to make the prophecy true, or descriptions must be “spiritualized” or symbolized to make them fit.

“The Gap theory is a Tough Nut. It seemingly goes against the “literal” quality that we want out of scripture. But then Paul reminds us that the glass is too dark to make out reality in detail.”

      4. Dear JM.

The Church is not destined for eternal wrath. That is true.

But for Steven who were stoned and John The Baptist who were beheaded, the wrath permitted by God to struck them expose the Pre-trib doctrine to be faulty. We will all face persecution if we are faithful to Jesus, and some of us will be martyred.

The pre-trib camp is closely liked to the camp of the false prosperity gospel camp. Persecution and martyrdom do not fit in their doctrine’s.

If we preach about healing and financial blessings, everyone will love us. So we can avoid persecution and martyrdom.

      5. Hi JM,
I’m back, I had to go and eat. When I came to faith it was through studying with Jews for Jesus, so my understanding of prophecy is from a Jewish perspective. When I read the scriptures of Yeshua reading from the scroll of Isaiah, I see a Jewish Rabbi making a claim to His Messiahship. I know that it is Yom Kippur, because He is announcing the Jubilee, and the Jubilee can only be announced on Yom Kippur. The reason that Yeshua stopped reading and put down the scroll is because He was letting everyone know that He is the fulfillment of Isaiah 53, Messiah ben Joseph, the suffering Messiah. This was also His mission statement for His first coming, and He fulfilled all of the Spring Feasts then. The rest of the verse in Isaiah will be fulfilled with His second coming, as Messiah ben David, the conquering King, and He will fulfill all of the Fall Feasts at that time.
The time period between His first and second comings is not mentioned here at all.

    2. Dear Denise,

      Here’s more:

In the book of Daniel 9:24, Daniel was told by an angel specially that the TRIBULATION period was for Daniel’s people (JEWS) and Daniel’s holy city (JERUSALEM).

It is crystal clear that the Tribulation is the time of ‘Jacob’s Trouble’ – Daniel’s 70th Week — and is reserved for ISRAEL and NOT THE CHURCH.

      Read Comment:

      1. Hi JM,
In Romans 11, Paul explains that the Gentile believers are grafted into Israel. IN Ephesians 2:11-13, Therefore remember that you, ONCE GENTILES in the flesh-who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands- that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the COMMONEALTH OF ISRAEL and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. You see, you are now part of the nation of Israel. Yes, Daniel is talking about what will happen to his people in the last days. But by faith, you have been made part of Israel. I don’t know why Gentiles almost universally think that the Gentiles get all the blessings while the Jews get all the curses. Yeshua is the good Shepherd: John 10:14-16,” I am the good shepard; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. And OTHER SHEEP I have which are NOT OF THIS FOLD; THEM also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be ONE FLOCK AND ONE SHEPHERD.” The body of Christ is not to be divided, that’s what Satan would love to accomplish. Yes, the believers who are in Israel will be supernaturally protected from Satan, and Israel will take a serious beating, but then Satan turns on the Christians who are not in Judea at that time. Remember, the ones who have the testimony of Jesus. We as believers are not going to suffer the Wrath of G’d, but the wrath of Satan is another matter all together. Do you think that your faith will never be tested? He who ENDURES to the end shall be saved. This is why we must prepare our hearts now, so that we will be able to stand firm and to endure what is soon coming upon us.

      2. Dear Denise,

You have taken one scripture regarding gentile believers being grafted into Israel COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTEXT and used that to attempt to back up your post-trib views — while ignoring all of the other scriptures that have been presented in my two posts.

Your interpretation is in error and is not intended to be understood in the way you have presented it, as it relates to the rapture of the Church .

“Being grafted into Israel means that God began to send the Gospel and to work with Gentiles. This was God’s plan from the beginning, but was only revealed after Israel rejected Jesus the Messiah.

“God began a new dispensation we refer to as the “Church Age” in which He is seeking and saving Gentiles (and Jews) which are the “body of Christ” or “body of the Messiah.” (Romans 12:5; 1 Cor. 10:16, 12:12, 27; Eph. 4:12)

“Those saved in this dispensation have a special place in God’s plans and in His coming Kingdom as the body of Christ.

“Israel was God’s plan to bring the Messiah to save men from their sins. God promised to Abraham that through his seed (singular) all the families of earth would be blessed.(Gen. 12:3 and Gal. 3:16).

“Therefore when Israel rejected their Messiah, Jesus Christ, God’s plan was to TAKE THE GOSPEL TO THE GENTILES AND IN A NEW DISPENSATION SAVE THE GENTILES WHO ARE THE BODY AND THE BRIDE OF CHRIST. (Rev. 18:23, 21:2, 9, 17)

“However, God is not finished with Israel and in the coming seven year Tribulation will once again begin to work WITH ISRAEL AND MANY JEWS Jews will be saved.(Revelation 7:1)

“God’s plan was to reveal Himself to the world through the special nation He created which is Israel. That has not changed.

“The seven year Tribulation, also Daniel’s 7th Week, is God FINISHING THE DISPENSATION OF THE OLD TESTAMENT.

“Daniel said there would be 490 years to the coming of the Messiah to set up the promised kingdom to Israel, which is the Millennium that follows the Tribulation.

“Presently, only 483 years of Daniel’s prophecy has been fulfilled leaving one week or seven years till it is finished.

“Therefore, the dispensation of the Church Age is God grafting into His plan the salvation of Gentiles and saving the body of Christ who are SEPARATE from Israel with DIFFERENT PROMISES AND POSITION.

“As saved Gentiles we understand that God’s plan has always been to bring salvation through Jesus Christ, a Jew of the nation of Israel.

“We do not make light of Israel and realize they are God’s special people to whom He is NOT FINISHED WORKING YET.

“We have an inseparable connection to Israel and God’s plan. (Romans 11:25-27).

“Gentiles can be grateful that God has grafted us into His plan which is Israel and GIVEN US A SPECIAL PROMISES (such as not being appointed to the wrath of the tribulation) He has NOT given to Israel.

      3. Hi JM,
I am not post trib, I am pre wrath, and there is a differance. Secondly, the Gentiles being grafted into the COMMONWEALTH of ISRAEL is not out of context, and I was not useing it to support a pre trib rapture. I was quoting it to prove that the body of Mrssiah is ONE Flock, with One Shepherd, that they are together, ONE NEW MAN. That said,
there is plenty of scriptures that support the view, that we will likely go through a large part of the tribulation. MAtthew 24:29-31, “Immediately AFTER the TRIBULATION of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. THEN the sighn of the SON of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will SEE the Son of Man coming with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, (Yom Teruah) and they will gather TOGETHER His ELECT from the four winds,(the rapture) from one end of heaven to the other.
In 1 Thessalonians 5:1-4, But concerning the TIMES and SEASONS,(these are the feasts of the Lord) brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord comes as a theif in the night, For when the say, Peace and safety! then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. BUT YOU BRETHERN, ARE NOT TO BE IN DARKNESS , so that THIS DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THEIF.” Yeshua tells us to WATCH, well what exactly are we watching for if He is coming as a theif in the night for us? He is coming as a theif for those who are not keeping His Feasts Days, and are therefore, not keeping watch.

      4. JM
Why is it that a teaching that pauses the last week of daniel’s prophecy which is now some 2000 years is so widely accepted.
As I have thought through that prophecy i cannot for the life of me put a pause in the weeks. Why can we not believe that the prophecy was a 490 year prophecy which started with Cyrus’s
decree for Israel to return to its land. Why if you can explain, is their a pause of some 2000 years placed in it. I can only believe that it has been entered into it so that certain escatalogical beliefs will work. Without the pause incerted it truly changes ones belief and understanding of the so called end times prophecy. Where is it that scripture tells us to incert the pause in history

      5. Dear Denise,

I’m sorry, but I have no patience or time to continue repeating myself when you are unwilling to even read my posts, pray about them, and ask the Lord to give your wisdom and discernment. If it’s all about your pride and wanting to be “blindly” correct at the expense of God’s truth, I’m leaving you on your own to stew in your error.

If you are willing to addresses point by point what I have posted ALREADY and back your “theory” that the church is appointed to wrath, that’s another thing.

        Here is the link:

Please address each and every point in the article — CLEARLY — with appropriate paragraph spaces, bullets or numbering so it can be easily followed and not a big blob of convoluted text. You mix some scripture (that does not ever apply), then throw in Mark Blitz and the blood red moons, etc. What will be next? The kitchen sink?

Your points are so convoluted that I feel like a rat in a maze searching for cheese following them. I won’t continue in a discussion that demeans the Word of the Lord and calls Jesus Christ a liar to fulfill the pride of “man.”

        God Bless.

      6. JM,
I do read your posts, but when you get into dispensations, my eyes just glaze over. As for my writting, I’m sorry that you find it so offensive. As for Mark Biltz, he was not just thrown in. His studies on the Feasts of the Lord are all about Yeshua, and the fulfillment of prophecy.

      7. Denise,

Your problem is LEGALISM. I assume you are a Messianic Jew who thinks that you have to continue keeping the law (Feast Days, Sabbath, etc.) to be found worthy in the eyes of Yeshua the Messiah and to be saved.

This is a lie from the pit of hell. All of your righteousness is but FILTHY RAGS in the eyes of Yeshua. You have NO RIGHTEOUSNESS OF YOUR OWN NO MATTER WHAT OLD TESTAMENT LAWS YOU KEEP.
Denise, you believe in “another Gospel” — that is why you refuse to listen to the points I am making and why our conversation is going nowhere. You believe a Gospel of “works” which is error and is utter blasphemy.

Paul tells us in Galatians, “NO FLESH WILL BE JUSTIFIED BY THE LAW.”

Gentiles (anyone not a Hebrew descendant of Jacob) were never at anytime under the Levitical Mosaic laws as a condition of being in covenant with God. Gentiles were grafted into a New Covenant of grace through faith in Jesus. All the glory should go to Jesus for his work on the cross. Galatians 3:13 declares that “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.

Romans 10:4 declares that “Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for every believer”. Jesus fulfilled the law and one else could fulfill the law because all have sinned and missed the mark. Only a sinless Savior could keep the law and fulfill it to perfection. Jesus alone with the help of the Holy Spirit enables every regenerated redeemed believer to be transformed into a new creation in Christ with a new nature. This transformation is also the work of Grace, not of works so no one can boast. When a drowning person is saved they hug (and hold), not brag or boast.

Since Circumcision and Sabbath rest also predate the Mosaic laws, why aren’t most Christians taught to keep the Sabbath and circumcision laws as well as tithing? Abraham was NEVER given a mandate by God to pay tithes, however he was given a mandate to circumcise all males in his household. Failure to keep the circumcision law was punishable by death and was a capital crime under the Old Covenant. After the Jesus death on the cross the Apostle Paul told the early Gentile Churches that “circumcision will profit you nothing (Gal.5:2) and nowhere was the Sabbath law taught to Christians as a requirement by God after Jesus death and resurrection and neither is the tithe mandate.

Jesus has now given us the Dispensation of Grace for every area of our daily lives (John 1:16). If the Holy Spirit leads and guides you to voluntarily give a tenth of every dollar you earn on your gross income to fund your Church it is commendable but the key word is voluntarily. You can never pay for the total value of Jesus and his free gifts given by his sacrificial death on the cross.

Jesus paid a debt he did not owe for a debt you could not pay. This debt he paid covers every aspect of your life. If it were not for Jesus we’d have no access to go boldly to the throne of God’s grace and obtain mercy or grace. Romans 10:4 (declares) Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for everyone that believes. Jesus our High Priest has made the real payment that allows us access to God and His blessings.

“If we are required to do anything by the law we must do them ALL.

We are in the “Time of the Gentiles” and are under the Gospel of Grace.

Satan has confused you, Denise. The tribulation is when God turns his attention BACK TO THE JEWS. If you are now saved by the Blood of Jesus, Denise, as you claim, you are not a “Jew” and are NOT under the law. The only law in the New Testament that is mentioned is this:

“For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these essentials: that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication; if you keep yourselves free from such things, you will do well. Farewell” (Acts 15:28-29).

        Farewell Denise and God Bless.

      8. JM
        Greetings again
I would like to hear your answer to me regarding Daniels 70 weeks prophecy.
And Also: Paul said in his letter to the Corinthians, that he had to adress them as babes, he said they were carnal, and they were carnal because they were quarreling with one another.
You have done well by ending dialogue with our sister Denise.
WHile some have different views on things,we must always agree to disagree. This maintains a unity among believers.
Paul said to the church at Phillipi. If on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. Can you absolutely say beyond a shadow of a doubt that your understanding of scripture has not been swayed by someone else, because it sounds to me from your coments that you read and study a lot of commentaries, footnotes etc. Your words come from theology of man and not totally from God.In God’s word there is a spirit in it, not just the letter that is in it. meditate
deeper into it and you will learn new things. Its amazing. Nation Israel was deceived by its teachers and leaders. This is why Israel missed so much. We today have fallen into the same deception from our teachers and leaders. Some of what you say is correct I believe. Christ crucified is what matters. Much of the other stuff is secondary

      9. Dear Ivar,

First of all, I do not believe in the lie called the “prosperity gospel”. That said, I don’t see how it is even remotely connected in anyway to the Pretribulation Rapture doctrine that is totally Scriptural.

There is a HUGE difference between what Steven went through being stoned and what John The Baptist went though being beheaded — compared to the UTTER HORRORS OF THE TRIBULATION TO COME.

We are talking about an event taking place on earth that will be INDESCRIBABLE HELL, horror, and torture that has NEVER BEEN since the beginning of the world and NEVER WILL BE AGAIN. The suffering and death that will progressively get worse and worse as the seals, trumpets and vials are opened can NOT even be imagined by any “man” living in the present day.

There were antichrists before, but the Tribulation brings THE FINAL ANTICHRIST! The man of sin from the bottomless pit. Peace will be taken from the earth, famine, chaos, most of the world’s population tortured and dead, sun as black as sackcloth, asteroids and planets falling from the sky, pole shifts, mountains moving out of their places, seas turning to blood, fish and animals dying, rotting human and animal bodies everywhere.

Widespread use of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons flashing thru the skies, demonic activity at a level that can’t be comprehended, hail and fire mixed with blood, 1/3 of the world’s tree and grasses burned up, 1/3 of the sea become blood, 1/3 of sea life destroyed, rivers and fountains poisoned, demons loosed from the bottomless pit to torment men for five months, men seeking death by can NOT find it, 1/3 of man dead by fire, smoke and sulfur, bowl judgments of seven plagues, grievous sours fall upon those who have the mark of the beast and worship his image, skin literally burning off and falling off man’s flesh while they are still alive, every sea creature dies and the seas becomes as blood, the sun scorches mankind with great heat till man is burned alive, people gnaw their tongues and pain and sores engulf their bodies, earthquakes, thunder, 100 pound hair stones falling to earth and more to come.

THIS IS THE HORROR OF THE TRIBULATION PERIOD. This can NOT be compared to Steven’s and John the Baptist plight.

Our loving Father Yeshua HaMashiach the Messiah will NOT ALLOW HIS BRIDE TO GO THRU THIS and is written in the promises to the church in scripture over and over again.

It clear that the Tribulation is the time of ‘Jacob’s Trouble’ – Daniel’s 70th Week. It is reserved for ISRAEL and NOT THE CHURCH.

Ivar, I believe you are mixing up the SECOND COMING when Jesus touches down on the Mt. of Olives AT THE END OF THE TRIBULATION with the RAPTURE which is when the LORD COMES FOR THE CHURCH IN THE AIR before the Great Tribulation starts. These are two totally different events.

Praise His Holy Name! We love you Yeshua! Please come and take us home now! Amen.
I am reposting an article by Jack Kinsella that makes it clear that the Tribulation is the time of ‘Jacob’s Trouble’ – Daniel’s 70th Week. It is reserved for ISRAEL and NOT THE CHURCH.

In the book of Daniel 9:24, Daniel was told by an angel that the TRIBULATION period was for Daniel’s people (JEWS) and Daniel’s holy city (JERUSALEM):

“Seventy weeks are determined upon THY PEOPLE and upon THEY HOLY CITY to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.”

In this verse we see a complete outline of Israel’s future history, broken into subdivisions of time with a six-fold purpose:

        1. First, to finish ISRAEL’S transgression – the rejection of the Messiah at the First Advent.

        2. Second, an end will be made of ISRAEL’S sins.

        3. Third, reconciliation will be made for ISRAEL’S iniquity.

        4. Forth, everlasting righteousness will be introduced to ISRAEL.

        5. Fifth, ISRAEL’S Scriptures will be vindicated by the fulfillment of all prophecy .

        6. Sixth, Christ’s returns at the conclusion of the war of Armageddon, at which time He will be anointed and will take His seat on the THRONE OF DAVID.

This is a time of judgment against ISRAEL and the GENTILE world (Earth-Dwellers) and not the church. THE CHURCH WAS ALREADY JUDGED AT THE CROSS.

Daniel indicates the Tribulation Period is for ISRAEL’S national redemption. That theme is picked up by Zechariah 12-14:

“A prophecy: The word of the LORD concerning ISRAEL. “I am going to make JERUSALEM a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock.”

“And I will pour out on the HOUSE OF DAVID and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.”

“On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.”

“On that day, I will banish the names of the idols from the land, and they will be remembered no more,” declares the LORD Almighty. “I will remove both the prophets and the spirit of impurity from the land.”

Jeremiah also says that the tribulation is a time of JACOB’S TROUBLE:

“Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of JACOB’S TROUBLE, but he shall be saved out of it.” (Jeremiah 30:7)

Clearly, since the Tribulation period is the time of JACOB’S TROUBLE, and was pronounced upon DANIEL’S PEOPLE AND DANIEL’S CITY. Its purpose is to accomplish for Daniel’s people in the last days the same thing that was accomplished for the CHURCH on the cross.

If there is a purpose for the Church in the Tribulation Period, there is NO MENTION of that purpose in Scripture — although Scripture is clear regarding both Jews and ‘earth-dwellers’. And the ‘earth dwellers’ CAN’T BE THE CHURCH, since their names are not written in the Book of Life.

1 Thessalonians 1:8-10, specifically at verse 10 says:

“And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, WHICH DELIVERED US FROM THE WRATH TO COME.” (The church is not appointed to wrath.)

        1 Thessalonians 5:1-9 says:

“For when THEY shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon THEM, as travail upon a woman with child; and THEY shall not escape.” (Note the pronouns ‘they’ and ‘them’)

“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: WE are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let US not sleep, as do others; but let US watch and be sober.” (Note the change — ‘they’- ‘them’ become ‘we’- ‘us’.)

“For THEY that sleep in the night; and THEY that be drunken are drunken in the night.”

“But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.”

There is clearly a distinction between Jews, ‘earth-dwellers’ and ‘us’ — the Church.

Verse 8 references ‘the hope of salvation’. What does that mean — ‘hope’ of salvation? Salvation from what? My salvation comes with an iron-clad guarantee, signed in Blood. I don’t ‘hope’ for salvation — I am saved now.

Clearly, taken in context, the ‘hope of salvation’ referenced by Paul can’t be salvation from hell.

But salvation from the ‘wrath to come’ is indicated by the context and consistent with the doctrine that says “I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them from my hand.” (John 10:28)

What did Jesus say about His coming? He said, “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” (Matthew 24:36).

Clearly, He could not have been speaking of the same event (THE SECOND COMING) that could be so easily calculated. Is this a contradiction?

According to 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4, there is a secret return of Christ, the one of which Jesus spoke.

Paul writes, “For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

This secret Advent, in which the Lord comes for His Church in the air, is NOT THE SAME event as the one in which He puts His foot upon the Mount of Olives, splitting it in two (Zechariah 14:4).

Paul is referring to what is commonly called the Rapture of the Church. Since this secret Advent’s timing cannot, according to Jesus, be calculated, it CANNOT be the same event as the Second Coming. That Triumphant Return can be calculated precisely when the antichrist appears. Hence, the pre-tribulation Rapture of the Church is consistent with Scripture.

      10. Dear Jm.

        You wrote:

There is a HUGE difference between what Steven went through being stoned and what John The Baptist went though being beheaded — compared to the UTTER HORRORS OF THE TRIBULATION TO COME.

        My reply:

It is only of academic interest, if the tsunami in the Indian Ocean were a part of the tribulation or the great tribulation. 200.000 people perished. Most of them within seconds. Few of them gave any thought to the theological implications.

For Christians who died in this apocalyptic event, it was not important if their death can be branded as a part of the great tribulation or not. These people are in Heaven. Well before the rapture, I presume.

We can say the same about the 100.000 people who perished in Hiroshima. For me, this looks like the age we call the Great Tribulation. Media do not cover the full extent of the horror on the planet. And most people are comfortably numb, and do not listen and do not care.

It was like this just before the flood. People were having a grand party.

      11. JM
        Greetings again
Now I know you read and listen to the opinions of men regarding your escatology. Your understanding of end times prophecy is shaped by guys like Jack kinsella, Dr. Jeremiah, Hal lindsey, Lahaye, and many others. You need to stop listening to them and just read the word.

      12. Dear Denise,

I say this in love that I’m concerned that you are without understanding of the Gospel message evidenced by your flagrant misuse of Scripture and this outlandish comment:

        You said:

“Yeshua tells us to WATCH, well what exactly are we watching for if He is coming as a thief in the night for us? He is coming as a thief for those who are NOT keeping His Feasts Days, and are therefore, NOT keeping watch.”

        1. Do you think that by being Torah-observant and following Old Testament feasts and rituals in a binding way, you will earn favor with God, above other true Christians who don’t do this?

        2. Do you think that it is necessary to keep the Jewish Feasts and the Sabbath in order to be saved?

        3. What do you think Paul meant when he said:

“And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in ALL things He might have the PREEMINENCE.

“For it pleased the Father that in Him (*ALONE*) should all fullness dwell; And, having made peace through the Blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

“And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled in the body of His flesh though death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight: If you continue in the FAITH (*NOT WORKS*) grounded and settled, and be NOT MOVED AWAY from the hope of the Gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven. (Colossians 1:17-23)

      13. Let me keep this very simple. I believe that it is only through the shed blood of Yeshua, that we are able to obtain salvation. Not through works. However, it is also true, that keeping the commandments results in good works. This is bearing good fruit, it is also an outward expression of our faith, and a sign between us and G’d, that we are His children.
As for keeping the Feasts, these are designed and established by G’d, and not the traditions of men. G’d wrote the feasts in the stars of heaven. Through out the years, the stars tell the story of redemption, and the Feasts are celebrations of G’d’s redemptive work. So by keeping the feasts, we meet with G’d, on His holy days, and we are able to keep watch, while we anticapate His return. By keeping the Feasts all of G’d’s children are gathered together, at the same time. We worship together, celebrate together, watch, and wait for our redeemer, together. It’s that simple.

      14. Dear Denise and JM.

The basic faith in Yeshua can be explained in a few lines.

        1. We are saved by Him, alone. By His blood, alone.

        2. Because we love Him, we do good works for Him. Faith without works, is dead faith.

        3. You do not love Him, if you do not do the will of the Father.

  3. As an Englishman I would urge Israel not to listen to this man , he has no idea of the situation that Israel finds itself in, obviously Israel does not want to go to war but it appears Israel must gain the advantage, do they wait to be attacked by a nuclear Iran or nip it in the bud now and knock it back donkeys. Yes Russia may join in but so what , The Lord defends Jerusalem, whats a russian bear? I’ll tell you what a russian bear is, its a bear in a rush to get away from the God of israel when He gets His hammer out for a bit of nation bashing, May God give wisdom and unity to Bibi and his cabinet, courage to the Tsahal and frustration and division to their enemies,

  4. JM, what you have stated is what I have been taught during my lifetime, so I agree with you. But, I for one, will accept whatever the LORD gives to us.
Be it pre-post-mid tribulation but according to scripture it points to pretribulation
rapture of the people(church) in Christ. Which you documented very well…

IMHO the entire world will be involved in the 7 year tribulation period conflict..

  5. Rose
Be careful what you have been taught
Much of what is has been and still being taught in your’s and my life time I have come to believe is in error. Much of it is man’s opinion.
You must read only the word of God. I would encourage you to put away all commentaries and only read scripture and allow only the the one who gave the scripture to enlighten you. You will be surprised at how much you will see that much of what is taught is in error

  6. Dear Todd,

Be assured that I don’t sit home all day eating bon-bons and blindly pop in a “Left Behind” video in between re-runs of “Days of Our Life.”

Don’t assume that I attended popular prophecy conferences either to base my beliefs on. Assuming makes you presumptuous and arrogant.

It’s dangerous to ASSume the depth of anyone’s relationship with Yeshua or attempt to gauge whether they read the Scriptures and ask for discernment outside of watching Benny Hinn blow on someone who has just received a “miraculous” healing.

In the interest of saving time, I have copied and pasted articles that I tend to agree with. If I were to reinvent the wheel and write my own commentaries, I would have to quit my job, stop eating and drinking, end my social life, neglect my home and garden, ignore my pets, and overdose on “NoDoz” 24/7 just to post on this site alone.

If you don’t believe there will be a seven year tribulation and that there is no “Gap” — please feel free to express your views.

The one thing I am POSITIVE about is that the Bride of Christ will not go through the Great Tribulation.

    God Bless.

    1. I believe there is no gap.I believe the six decrees of chapter9:vs 24 have been fullfilled. I can give you sriptures for each one if you would like. I believe that the tribulation spoken of by Daniel that was to come upon his people occurred. Jesus re stated the prophecy of Daniel regarding the abomination that causes desolation in his Discourse on the Mt of Olives. The question posed to him by his disciples at the beginning of the discourse of Matt 24, was Tell us “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age. The age was comming to an end and with it all the end of the age/,last days prophecies with it. I believe the time between the beginning of the New Covenant(approx.A.D.30 when Jesus made his covenant with many till the ending of the Old covenant A.D. 70.)
when the temple ,sacrifices, Levitical priesthood came to an end
was the last days. Unbelieving Israel suffered tribulation unlike any they had ever experienced. The remnant that God had chosen at that time, some suffered and some did not some were killed and some were not. Unbelieving Israel tho, was almost entirely wiped out. Read history. The wrath of God on his people
came upon them. Jesus Christ destroyed his enemy. The Parousia(his comming) happened. The bride of Christ did go through the tribulation. I look at the so called last days prophecy as being fulfilled, not yet to come. I am sure that you now think I am crazy but thats ok. The editor of this blog does not like long post , so in keeping with his rules, respecting his wishes I will respond with short answers.
