Suspended for sailing with the enemies of Israel

Hanin Zoabi was suspended from parliamentary debates for the rest of the term for sailing with last year’s flotilla to Gaza.

Up in arms over suspension. The Arab Christian member of Knesset should have been tried by a judge.

Hanin Zoabi of the Balad Party was stripped of her parliamentary benefits by the Knesset Ethics Committee on Monday.

Three other lawmakers filed complaints against her participation last year in the flotilla on board the Mavi Marmara.

Nine Turkish activists were killed after Israeli commandos stormed the ship.
The ethics committee ruled that Zoabi cannot address the Knesset or vote in committee debates through the end of the summer session.
Last year she was stripped of her diplomatic passport and lost her right to visit countries with no ties to Israel. Zoabi will still be allowed to vote in the Knesset plenum, however.

My comment:
There have always been acts of rebellion in the Jewish camp. Even in the days many not committed people joined them in the exodus out of Egypt.

  Numbers 21:5-7

they spoke against God and against Moses, and said, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? There is no bread! There is no water! And we detest this miserable food!”

Then the LORD sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died. The people came to Moses and said, “We sinned when we spoke against the LORD and against you. Pray that the LORD will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

The state of Israel must not tolerate treason.

Any American sailing on ships supplying goods to Nazi Germany during World War II, would face arrest and trials.

Hamas is based on a Nazi-style charter, that demand the destruction of the state of Israel.

Member Knesset Hanin Zoabi sould count her self lucky that she has not been sent to 1o years imprisonment.
